Mini appartamento con 2 letti singoli (unibili) e bagno privato. Ingresso indipendente dal giardino. Accanto al centro ma fuori ZTL. Parcheggio gratuito in Via Rainusso, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla casa. Parcheggio a pagamento sotto casa. Non c'è cucina ma sono presenti caffettiera elettrica, frigo, bollitore, microonde e fornello elettrico, quindi un piccolo angolo cottura (attrezzato con l'occorrente per cucinare). Colazione gratuita confezionata. Animali ammessi senza sovrapprezzo :)

Splendido appartamento appena ristrutturato, pensato per far sentire a casa chiunque vi soggiorni. La posizione è fortemente strategica: a pochi passi dal centro storico e a 100 metri dalla stazione dei treni (Bologna-Verona). Seppur trovandosi vicino alla stazione la zona è molto tranquilla e ben servita da servizi di ogni genere: bar, pizzerie, ristoranti, gelaterie, supermercati, negozi. L'alloggio è una casa indipendente, composta da soggiorno con divano e TV, cucina attrezzata e dotata di elettrodomestici e stoviglie, due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con il proprio bagno completo di servizi e doccia. Non mettiamo in condivisione gli ospiti. Esternamente c'è un giardino privato e un ampio spazio cortilizio dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza i mezzi di trasporto. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.
