This was a GREAT place to stay! Perfect location and very spacious and clean. We loved it!

Jess’s place was everything we imagined and more. Beautiful gem well worth the price plus, very responsive and helpful hosts.

The location was close to town and there are restaurants in walking distance. Make sure to check out the beach and bring your snorkel gear! I wish we did this on the first day! There is a security guard at the entrance so have your reservation info and info on the home to get in. Rent a car also, it makes getting around much easier.

Excellent stay, Elba and Nayeli are always attentive to resolve any unforeseen events. I appreciate all the attention, highly recommended. Very safe, comfortable and the pools are excellent.

This was a dream vacation for me and my family. This luxury house is great for kids and close to so many things! I would highly recommend this property and will be returning. The personalized service is TOP NOTCH!! I don’t think it could have been a better and a more supportive experience.

I went with family and friends and we stayed for 1 week, everything worked perfectly. The house is nice and very cozy, it has everything you need to be comfortable, the kitchen is very well equipped. The rooms are very nice, clean and tidy. The hosts were always very attentive, they left amenities that helped us a lot, such as fresh water 💧 Thank you very much for your hospitality Nimsi ☺️

My family was SHOCKED the second we walked in the front door. I’ve seen a lot in my days, but this, IT WAS OUT OF THIS WORLD AMAZING. BEAUTIFUL. RELAXING! Dominga adds so very much to this luxury vacation!!! We loved her!!!! We loved everything!!!!! If you are reading this review… do not look any further. This paradise home was 10++ you will not find anything as or more dreamy than PARADISE. WE WILL BE BACK. EVERYTHING WAS SO EASY AND THE WHOLE VACATION WAS SO ORGANIZED. COMMUNICATION IS PERFECT!! One of a kind snorkeling and bay location. Private Oasis which is very hard to find in Cancun. Located in the middle of everything. Snorkeling equipment provided, meal service also provided and 24 hours security. Hot tub got very HOT!! Was super happy with the place and host. Will be back.

We felt very comfortable. The apartment is not far from 5th Ave. The beach is also within walking distance. We also liked that there was a pool in the residential complex. The area is safe and the neighborhood is very nice and friendly.

The place is in a good neighborhood. Close to the 30 Ave where there are plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Loved the rooftop area with the pool and palapa. I was able to work without any wifi issues. Great value.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an absolutely incredible stay at this Airbnb in Playa del Carmen! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The air conditioning and WiFi worked perfectly, and the bed was super comfortable. The location was ideal—just a short walk to the beach, amazing restaurants, and vibrant nightlife, but still tucked away enough to be peaceful at night. The neighborhood felt very safe and friendly. Our host was amazing—responsive, helpful, and full of great local recommendations. Check-in was seamless, and they even left a few thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. If you're visiting Playa del Carmen, do yourself a favor and book this place. I’ll definitely be coming back!

This place is excellent. I highly recommend staying here as its within walking distance to everything (beach, supermarket, and unlimited restaurants, bars, shops 5th Avenue and all the hot spots). The apartment had everything needed and more. We didn't use the balcony or the pool due to construction and dust everywhere, but other than that, it was excellent. You couldn't hear the construction from the bedroom, so it didn't bother us much. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable to me, but my husband didn't mind it too much. You can't please everyone with the bed, so it's fine. The room is really dark, so you will get some really good sleep in there. The gym is small, but had everything needed for a great workout. There is a sports complex right nextdoor too. Overall, I highly recommend this place as it has everything you need and more. we would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was clean and all was ready for our arrival. Carmen and Arturo were quick to respond to any questions and needs we had. The location is beautiful, safe, and within walking distance to countless activities, shopping, and restaurants. There is also golf cart service available if you don't want to walk. Clarifying note: there is no guest account for Netflix, just a small smart TV and you can log into your own streaming services. For the price we paid, we would definitely consider staying here again if we come back.

Stay here! Carlos is immediately responsive and accommodating. The building is safe and the apt: squeaky clean, quiet and comfy with all the amenities + breathtaking views from the rooftop pool. Located in one of the nicest spots in Playa and completely accessible to everything by foot. Really great experience!

Very clean and well maintained quiet flat that was close to the main attractions, restaurants, and the beach. Parking was available which helped. Leopoldo was Friendly and proactive in making sure I had a comfortable stay. The rooftop pool was a welcome plus.

Irias was incredible with the check in and check out process. She was always available when we needed her. The place is incredible. I just loved the roof top private pool! I have nothing negative to say about this property. I will definitely stay there again.

This was my second time staying with Ronn! It was so great the first time that I had to come back! 1. The condo is beautiful with a gym and rooftop pool. Inside the condo building there is a jungle setting that’s stunning! 2. It’s walking distance to the beach in a few minutes and steps away from coffee, breakfast, groceries, food and a quiet spot with live music. 3. It’s on the quiet end of 5th ave so you’re not dealing with the party animals but close enough to walk down for night life if you choose. 4. Ronn allowed a late checkout for my late flight. However, if another guest was checking in you can leave your bags with the secure front desk. This is the best place to stay in Playa!!

We had a great time, the place was awesome. Aside from the seaweed that is uncontrollable it was amazing snorkeling out in the bay. We are actually looking to invest in a place similar to this and this gave us a very good appreciation for the location. Definitely on the top of our list..

Definitely the best place you can find in Playa del Carmen, the apartment felt like being at home, it doesn't miss anything at all, it has everything, its apartment and the luxury facilities, the great amenities, Olivia was very attentive and very friendly, walking to 5th avenue was a great walk, it's like 12 minutes, definitely I'll be back! the best place in Playacar is here!

Very nice and clean. Very close to attractions, beach 5 min walk and local Walmart 14 min walk. Outside patio and plunge pool was a great added touch. Also, a little bar next door to the condo building. Only downside was I wish the bed was more comfortable.

We had a wonderful anniversary trip. Host was very responsive and extremely accommodating. Thank you for everything! We were referred by friends and we were not disappointed.

I can most definitely say this was one of our All time favorite places to stay!! The home was in an amazing location…walking distance to everything we needed or wanted to do. Corrina had a list of dining places that were spectacular!! We love to walk and explore and these surrounding did not disappoint. We came to Kippal Cozumel with my wife and kids, and it didn’t take long to realize we had found the perfect spot for a family vacation. The apartment was spotless, beautifully designed, and fully equipped – but what really made the difference was the warm and welcoming atmosphere. We truly felt at home from the very beginning. The kids absolutely loved the pool, the foosball table, and the pool table – it was hard to get them to leave. And we enjoyed the peace and quiet, the rooftop bar with relaxing music, and the perfectly timed, delicious margarita that made everything even better. It honestly felt like every little detail had already been thought of. The hospitality was top-notch and full of heart. Thank you for an amazing experience – we would absolutely love to come back again!
