Holiday rentals with a sauna in Solidaridad

I really appreciated the little things in this place. It came stocked with everything to make it feel like home. The entire property and condo was amazing and the pools were very spacious to where we had felt we had parts to ourselves. We were traveling multi generational from toddler teenagers to elderly and they all enjoyed it. We felt very safe and would definitely come again.

THE APARTMENT: Very nice, spacious, clean and well stocked with everything needed by our family for a weeklong stay. Wireless internet worked fine to do remote work. The cart to load/pull things throughout the complex was extremely useful. Only negative was the firmness of the double-bed mattresses, but that’s relative and not a deal-breaker. THE GROUNDS: Mareazul community was peaceful, private, safe, and absolutely gorgeous. Our family loved the pools, the beachfront, the wildlife, and the on-site restaurant. We didn’t take advantage of other amenities like the gym or spa. THE HOST: Mabel was attentive, gave clear instructions early, and communicated well. Her responsiveness slowed down noticeably after check in though, for unknown reasons. We really enjoyed staying at Mabel’s apartment and would happily return for a similar rate. 👍🏼

We loved staying at Dmitri's place! its situated in a complex of condos within a private estate, the whole area is incredibly safe and we felt more than safe walking round at night. the airbnb was nicer than a hotel, large, spacious, clean, towels on hand and the patio leads right out to the pool. the pool was huge and had a swim up bar which we LOVED. Felt so much nicer than an all inclusive resort. the pool has plenty of deck chairs and is generally very quiet. it's a 30 minute walk to the town which we loved exploring in the evening would 10/10 recommend to a friend and stay here again if we came back :)

Daniela's place was just with the doctor ordered. Just beautiful, spacious, high ceilings, clean, and modern appointments. The view was great, and everything worked beautifully. I would recommend having a rental car, as it's not super close to the center. This is exactly what we wanted, and it works beautifully. A very peaceful place, with fantastic amenities. The pool was spectacular, the hot tubs were piping hot. There is food in walking distance. I would stay here again and again.

Very nice place perfect location

The photos don't really honor the place, both the apartment and the rest of the condominium. We felt at home, we didn't want to leave. To the point that we found it more luxurious than the all inclusive we stayed after. Everything is spotless, with details in every spot where you looked, excellent finishes and appliance quality. We could even use the washing machine. I realized there was no hair dryer and by mentioning it to Melani she directly bought it and got it the next day. Impeccable. We are really very comfortable, being our honeymoon we couldn't have chosen better place to spend our first 8 nights in Playa del Carmen. The area is very quiet, you can move well with a car since it is a little far from the center but it is convenient because it is an exclusive area. Thank you very much Melani and the other host for such warmth. We will definitely recommend and will be back as soon as we can.

Great place to stay in Playa Del Carmen. The property is beautiful and the pool is great. Highlight is lounging in the hammock over the water. Place was super clean and having 2 king beds is fantastic. Host was great with providing instructions. 15 minute walk to the closest beach and also 15 minute walk to the end of famous 5th avenue. An OXXO across the street with a few eateries, and the pool bar has a little cafe with snacks you can buy. Definitely recommend!

Spacious flat for a group of 6, with ensuite bathrooms and AC for each bedroom which was great! 10 mins walk to a great part of the beach, lots of shops and restaurants nearby but generally quiet location. Stella was quick to respond to any messages and help with an AC problem too.

Maria is a wonderful host and her condo is very comfortable and clean. The bakery across the street was delicious and we also enjoyed the Italian restaurant. Otherwise we walked about 15 min to the tourist area which had so many choices for food! We also walked to Sams Club (taxi back) for food cooked at the Air bnb. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The pool was very nice and lying in a hammock in the pool heavenly! Highly recommend!

Excellent place, exceeded our expectations, very well located a few minutes from the shopping center with exchange house and collective stop to and from the center, also close to wing tima of transport to xcaret. Only observation, the main bathroom had low water pressure in the shower.

The condo was in a great location! The amenities were awesome. Beautiful pools! There was an Oxxo right across the condos which was super convenient. Loved being in Playacar. Much more quiet, very family friendly. Rose was great, very responsive!

Couldn’t recommend this place more! Whole building offers luxurious amenities, all staff is super friendly and nice. Unit is beautiful, fresh and very bright! Communication between us and Carlos was 15/10! Every little concern or question we had - everything was resolved within minutes with outstanding care! This was our 3rd time in Playa and hands down this was the best accommodation we had. We definitely will be back!

Great place. Deena was responsive. We had a couple of glitches but we worked it all out. The location is perfect. Beautiful pool area and quite relaxing. Property is right where you want to be, not too noisy, but walkable on the main called. So easy to get around on foot and easy to grab a taxi if needed. Room was quiet and private. Request more blankets if you need to feel more cuddly. I'd like a towel switch out if you're staying for a week. 2 towels is not enough for 2 people for 6 night/7 days. Overall place is quite enjoyable. The balcony does not have a view, so if you're looking for that, don't expect it. The pool area was my favorite part of the property. Bed was comfy. Stay in this place if you're a very familiar couple or friend team... because the bathroom does not have sealed door, so your mate is going to hear all of your business. I would like a bit more lighting in the place, runs pretty dark. Very quiet if you need to get some work done. Wifi works great.

The accommodation that Manuel offers is very good, the apartment has everything you need for a pleasant and comfortable stay in Playa del Carmen.

We had a great stay, everything was clean and it was clear the limits on aircon use etc. (As there are 4 rooms with aircon, 3 bedrooms and the living room, it’s not possible to have aircon during the night in the bedrooms as you will go over the limit immediately). One aircon running is about 2kw per hour for those who are wondering so be aware for the hot months. Julieta was very responsive and friendly and we had a good check in and check out experience. The water pressure was not very good on the first floor but other than that there was always enough hot water for all of us and the kitchen was very well equipped with even a kettle and toaster which we really appreciated :) The community children’s playroom was a huge plus for us as well as the community pool, there are two different pools with shade at different times of the day so it was great for the kids. Also little extras like beach umbrellas and she provided more than enough towels which was great:) Def would stay again!

Silvia’s home felt like home, we throughly enjoyed our stay, the home was very clean with everything we needed to make our vacation enjoyable. We felt very comfortable there, the house had plenty of space for our family. Silvia was an excellent host, she was very quick to respond to us, very friendly and accommodating, it was a pleasure to communicate and stay in her home. Bali complex feels very safe, my boys were free to walk around and use the leisure club, they felt safe and everyone was so friendly. The leisure club is excellent, my boys enjoyed playing football, basketball and working out in the gym, the Olympic size swimming pool is lovely and so refreshing. There’s tennis and a padel court as well. It was nice to have a separate pool in Kona, a few steps away from the house, it was very quiet and peaceful staying there, would definitely stay there again and would recommend staying at Bali in Silvia’s home.

I loved the attention of the hosts, they saved me from not spending the night in the car with 7 young girls, the Airbnb I rented for my vacation made us have a bad time and we had to leave it, I contacted the hosts late at night and they were accessible and quick, they made it easy for us to live in the apartment in less than 10 minutes, 🤗 they were angels for us, the place is comfortable, safe and with super clear and precise directions, they are in contact and always available, I recommend them 100%

The place is very nice, I went with my family and we felt right at home. It has all the amenities and provide many things that serve you to occupy on the beach. Alonso answered the questions we had very soon. Excellent and comfortable place, I would definitely stay again. I would highly recommend it

Excellent! My family and I love the place, extremely comfortable and beautiful, clean and tidy! It was just what we needed, both the house and the area very quiet and Juan Manuel always very friendly, attentive and available, ready to support us at any time, as well as the very friendly staff also. 100% recommended, I would definitely choose it again.

Angela's place is magnificent, because it is a very well-kept house in details, very clean, you really feel at home, the decor is very nice and you feel very comfortable. I am fascinated by the location because it is very close to xcaret, xplore, and other parks, there are shopping malls and supers relatively close. There is pool in the private, it is safe. Angela is very ready for your needs.

Perfect stay in this Condo halfway between Cancun and Tulum. Great for discovering the region. Responsive, accommodating host. Well equipped residence: swimming pool, children's games, gym. Spacious, comfortable and well-equipped apartment. Recommended ++

Juan's place is great if you're looking for a safe, quiet, luxurious stay. Everything was clean and as described, the gated community is relaxed and family-friendly with great amenities like access to the sports club. Had excellent communication with Juan, made me feel very welcome and he could help me out with any question. I didn't mind the location at all, a 20 minute ride on the e-bike to the center was fine in exchange for staying in the more relaxed and peaceful environment. I'd come back anytime!
