Loved this place! The instructions to get into the community were a little confusing but we were able to work it out okay. The community is beautiful and they have decorated the apartment gorgeously! My only complaint is that we didn’t stay longer and use all of the amenities! Thank you for a fabulous stay!

I loved Rodolfo’s place. It is cozy , well equipped & very hospitable. I love the vibration in the house. I woke up every day happy. The vibration of the whole building is amazing surrounded by nature. For nature lovers , hippies , spiritual minded folks this abode is a gem. Rodolfo dwelling was designed to facilitate a comfortable and enjoyable sojourn. Rodolfo is very responsive, affable , considerate & attentive. As a guest one couldn’t ask for more. I recommend this abode wholeheartedly. Would have given 6 stars if allowed unfortunately 5 Being the max Will have to settle for it. I’ll happily book it again upon my return to Quintana Roo. This place is excellent. I highly recommend staying here as its within walking distance to everything (beach, supermarket, and unlimited restaurants, bars, shops 5th Avenue and all the hot spots). The apartment had everything needed and more. We didn't use the balcony or the pool due to construction and dust everywhere, but other than that, it was excellent. You couldn't hear the construction from the bedroom, so it didn't bother us much. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable to me, but my husband didn't mind it too much. You can't please everyone with the bed, so it's fine. The room is really dark, so you will get some really good sleep in there. The gym is small, but had everything needed for a great workout. There is a sports complex right nextdoor too. Overall, I highly recommend this place as it has everything you need and more. we would definitely stay here again!

Jorge was always very attentive and flexible, the apartment is perfect! Well located, spacious, well lit, well-equipped kitchen, great bed and very comfortable, we had an amazing time and I would definitely stay at Jorge's place again! Thank you very much

Great place to stay. My one week long family of 4 vacation was great at this location. Very clean and relaxing, more than enough space for my family. Very attentive host, they will response with in minutes for any questions. I will definitely recommend .

I've stayed here before and my experience is always wonderful! The staff, building, apartment and location are all great! I shall return! It's like my home away from home! It's clean, spacious, walkable and safe.

Very clean and well maintained quiet flat that was close to the main attractions, restaurants, and the beach. Parking was available which helped. Leopoldo was Friendly and proactive in making sure I had a comfortable stay. The rooftop pool was a welcome plus.

Michael and Ernesto were very proactive during my stay even when the air conditioning created massive condensation and leaked into the bathrooms, it was resolved and fully cleaned within a few hours. They were great hosts and would stay again!

This was my second time staying with Ronn! It was so great the first time that I had to come back! 1. The condo is beautiful with a gym and rooftop pool. Inside the condo building there is a jungle setting that’s stunning! 2. It’s walking distance to the beach in a few minutes and steps away from coffee, breakfast, groceries, food and a quiet spot with live music. 3. It’s on the quiet end of 5th ave so you’re not dealing with the party animals but close enough to walk down for night life if you choose. 4. Ronn allowed a late checkout for my late flight. However, if another guest was checking in you can leave your bags with the secure front desk. This is the best place to stay in Playa!!

Awesome! Definitely the best place you can find in Playa del Carmen, the apartment felt like being at home, it doesn't miss anything at all, it has everything, its apartment and the luxury facilities, the great amenities, Olivia was very attentive and very friendly, walking to 5th avenue was a great walk, it's like 12 minutes, definitely I'll be back! the best place in Playacar is here!

Very nice and clean. Very close to attractions, beach 5 min walk and local Walmart 14 min walk. Outside patio and plunge pool was a great added touch. Also, a little bar next door to the condo building. Only downside was I wish the bed was more comfortable.

I can most definitely say this was one of our All time favorite places to stay!! The home was in an amazing location…walking distance to everything we needed or wanted to do. Corrina had a list of dining places that were spectacular!! We love to walk and explore and these surrounding did not disappoint. The private pool was a huge blessing on days that we just want to lay out and relax!! Thank you so much for hosting us in your beautiful home!

We came to Kippal Cozumel with my wife and kids, and it didn’t take long to realize we had found the perfect spot for a family vacation. The apartment was spotless, beautifully designed, and fully equipped – but what really made the difference was the warm and welcoming atmosphere. We truly felt at home from the very beginning. The kids absolutely loved the pool, the foosball table, and the pool table – it was hard to get them to leave. And we enjoyed the peace and quiet, the rooftop bar with relaxing music, and the perfectly timed, delicious margarita that made everything even better. It honestly felt like every little detail had already been thought of. The hospitality was top-notch and full of heart. Thank you for an amazing experience – we would absolutely love to come back again!

Cruz con Mar is one of our favorite places to stay in PDC. We have been in quite a few different units in the building. This one was one of the best. The ease of the door lock and the updated thermostats might be a strange complement but IYKYK. The beds were very comfortable and the water pressure in the showers were great.

We had a wonderful time at Chris’s place!! It was the perfect location for our family’s first visit to Playa del Carmen. It was close to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. The home was clean, beds were comfortable and hosts were responsive. Five stars all the way!! We will definitely book Chris’s place next time we are in PDC.

The home was exactly as described and looked just like the photos—beautiful and welcoming. The only issue was an unpleasant odor coming from one of the bathrooms, which we discovered was due to the toilet brush. Once we identified the source, we placed the brush in the backyard, and the smell was no longer a problem. The home was clean, the instructions were clear, and the property itself was stunning—just steps away from the beach. I’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic getaway.

I loved the attention of the hosts, they saved me from not spending the night in the car with 7 young girls, the Airbnb I rented for my vacation made us have a bad time and we had to leave it, I contacted the hosts late at night and they were accessible and quick, they made it easy for us to live in the apartment in less than 10 minutes, 🤗 they were angels for us, the place is comfortable, safe and with super clear and precise directions, they are in contact and always available, I recommend them 100%

Excellent stay, Elba and Nayeli are always attentive to resolve any unforeseen events. I appreciate all the attention, highly recommended. Very safe, comfortable and the pools are excellent.

House was beautiful and super well laid out. Big new TV, comfy couch, and all the amenities. The place was clean, bathroom soaps and shower gels, and the fresh beds were amazing with soft covers and quality sheets. Area was new, secure, quiet and Jorge kept the yard and pool spotless. We used the clubhouse, pool and gym and it was great. The only surprise was that the beach was only accessible through the gate across a very busy highway. You had to pay to access it in the times laid out. It was not the “private quiet beach club” that was advertised. The Beach front was all private, with no other accessibility. Very commercial touristy beach.

100% recommended. As they mention in their publication, they strive to the smallest detail to make sure everything is good and clean. There were 6 adults and 2 children and we were quite comfortable, all the services without any problems, and the area was very quiet. My nephews loved the pool and the facilities in general were always lit and clean. Only if you stay there is it advisable to rent a car, but 5 minutes away you have absolutely everything.
