Each apartment is equipped with 2 or 3 bedrooms, kitchenette, bathroom, large living area and verandas on front and back. Each home is equipped with linens and dishes. The apartments are located within a large condominium garden, reserved and surrounded by greenery, equipped with personal parking, showers, barbecue, laundry and outdoor dining area. The family-run residence is committed to hosting vacationers who need a place to spend their days relaxing and having fun. The beach that is just a one-minute walk from the house is equipped with sea equipment rental and restaurant services. In the small town of Solanas there are various restaurants, market butcher shops, pharmacy and small shops. In the main square in high season you can have the opportunity to attend some recreational events organized by various organizations and associations as well as the municipality itself.

Outside you can enjoy a large, well-kept and panoramic garden where you will find furnished areas where you can enjoy the breathtaking view. From the garden on foot, you go down to the nearest beach, Is Canaleddus, which is equipped with a deck overlooking the sea and a restaurant.

The strategic location will allow you to reach all the most beautiful beaches of the south-eastern coast of Sardinia (Simius, Porto Giunco, Timi Ama, etc.) in just 10/20 minutes by car. Ideal to be immersed in the tranquility of a residential village, but also a few minutes away by car from all services: groceries, pharmacies, restaurants, beach resorts, nightclubs, etc.

The house is located in Solanas, a tourist town a few kilometers from the town of Cagliari,in a quiet neighborhood and 700 meters from our beautiful sea. It consists of 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms ( one inside the house and one in the outer courtyard, kitchen with dishwasher , washing machine and living room, from which you access a large dining area and barbecue. You can park outside the house.
