L'appartamento e' climatizzato (sistema freddo/caldo), dotato di ogni comfort (2 tv con lettore dvd, stereo, 2 a/c, frigorifero con freezer, forno microonde, tostapane, frullatore, ferro con asse da stiro, asciugacapelli, sedie, sdrai e ombrelloni da spiaggia, piccolo barbeque, lavatrice) e DISTA SOLI 5 METRI CIRCA DALLA SPLENDIDA SPIAGGIA DI GEREMEAS, all'interno di un complesso con accesso per i soli residenti. La baia di Geremeas, lunga 3 km, è sicuramente una delle più belle della costa. Il mare cristallino raggiunge subito una certa profondità e la sabbia è bianca e di grana un po' grossa. Sicuramente apprezzabili le dune di sabbia che spiccano dietro la spiaggia. L'appartamento è disponibile da subito. Beachfront apartments are available in southern Sardinia, Solanas, just 35 km from Cagliari and just 12 km from Villasimius. Solanas is known for its great tranquility and crystal clear sea. That's why it was ranked six among the best beaches in Sardinia. The residence consists of 3 comfortable and spacious apartments, of about 80 sqm, with 5/6 beds. Each apartment is equipped with 2 or 3 bedrooms, kitchenette, bathroom, large living area and verandas on front and back. Each home is equipped with linens and dishes. The apartments are located within a large condominium garden, reserved and surrounded by greenery, equipped with personal parking, showers, barbecue, laundry and outdoor dining area. We had a very nice stay in Luca's apartment. The location is great, just a few minutes from the beach, perfect for a beach vacation. The terrace overlooks the beach and sea. The terrace and apartment are well suited for a vacation with a small child. We would recommend bringing a mosquito net, as there are many mosquitoes in the area in the evening.

We had the most incredible time here as a family of four. Even the photos don’t do the view justice, simply breathtaking and so many different spots around the villa that give a different perspective of the stunningly beautiful view - all this was topped off by the amazing sunsets every evening. We fell in love with Sardinia, though the villa was the standout gem. We felt so lucky being in such a loved home. The pool, the grounds, the seating areas…just prefect! We can’t thank our hosts enough, always so helpful, giving us tips and so responsive if we needed help with anything. We really can’t fault anything - we’re already planning when we can return again! Thank you for the most magical holiday!

We had a wonderful week in Solanas. The apartment is very nicely decorated and there is everything you need for cooking. Particularly beautiful is the terrace where you can sit outside. It's also close to the beach. Highly recommended - but a car is helpful, as the nearest large supermarket is only in the nearest town.

As a family with two kids, we stayed with Paola. The house is surrounded by a large garden. The beach is only 100 m away. On the terrace you can have a wonderful breakfast and have dinner. In the house, the air conditioning ensures a pleasant climate. It was the perfect beach holiday with kids . We will be happy to come back.
