Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Solanas

My second time at Martas place and had a very nice stay this time as well. Last time I spent 5 weeks working from the apartment in low season and now 10 days sept/oct. Perfect place to stay, near everything. Fantastic terrace and view and quick respons from Marta to all our questions. Also love the apartment and neighborhood. We were 3 adults and everything worked perfectly. Highly recommend this place.

Thanks for a great stay. Comfortable and quiet location with walking access to town. Giulia was very friendly and easy to organise things with. The little efforts like leaving local beers and snacks to have on arrival make everything worth it.

Looks exactly like the photos. Comfy bed and hot shower. Great location for exploring the town. Paolo was an attentive host who was happy to accommodate a late check out.

Can’t fault this beautiful accommodation. It has everything you need when on a break. Lovely furnishings; great lighting and a very comfortable bed. Such a great location with lovely restaurants and bars close by and only a few steps away the most wonderful views of the city and the best sunset views. The most helpful and responsive hosts who answer queries promptly, arrange airport pick ups and let us have an early check in which we hugely appreciated. Cannot recommend this accommodation and its hosts highly enough. You won’t be disappointed staying here!!

great spot, wish we could have stayed longer. walking distance to everything you need. great instructions from hosts, including good tips for parking. the apartment is huge and has everything you need. very comfortably fit all 6 of our group.

The flat was beautiful, spacious, and even better than the photos! A very modern interior and two beautiful garden spaces, one for relaxing and one for the hot tub. The outside shower had hot water and very convenient for the hot tub. Air conditioning in every room and well equipped kitchen and bathroom. We were able to find a regular parking spot a few streets away, and everything was mostly walkable anyway. Would highly recommend and wish we could’ve stayed longer :)

Best Airbnb & host we’ve ever had. 10000/10. He let us store our luggage’s early before check in, and later after check out. He gave us extra towels for the beach, and was very responsive and kind.

They provided us with a lot of useful information about both Cagliari restaurants and the most beautiful places to visit. Such a great stay at Katia’s. It was perfect for our stay in Cagliari, with Poetto beach just nearby. Katia was very responsive and helped us out when we had a mishap one of the days (at the fault of our own). She’s was extremely responsive and such a great host. Will certainly come back for another stay.

Little did I know this was the perfect location - a ~6 minute walk from the center of town and ~8 minutes from the bus to the beach (not to mention all the great restaurants in between!). Paola was an excellent and responsive host, and incredibly helpful when I was struggling to get a taxi at 4:30am for my flight. I would love to go back, and would highly recommend staying here if you’re going to Cagliari.

The apartment was very beautiful and cozy, which made it ideal for our short stay in Cagliari. Erika is an amazing host, and it’s clear that she put a lot of care into the vintage decoration of the place, this made us feel like we were in a truly traditional home. She even provided us with a beach bag, which turned out to be very useful! The location is very central and perfect for exploring the city center and tourist areas by foot, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The street where the apartment is located is particularly charming, with rustic houses and beautiful plants along the sidewalks. For those arriving by car, there is some free parking near the Ospedale, but it was almost always full (early June). We ended up using a calmer nearby paid street parking area called ‘Parcheggio del Bastione di Santa Croce,’ which can be paid for using the Mooneygo app. A casa Penelope was just the right place for a nice stay in the city!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host was responsive and provided great recommendations for near by spa and in-home massage therapist, both of which were great. The home was clean and spacious. Highly recommend this place!

An absolutely perfect stay! The location is super central, you can easily walk to everything. The apartment was spotlessly clean, very well maintained and equipped with everything you might need. Spacious apartment with great amenities. They have a washer/dryer combo. Local grocery store is down the block. Easy walk to marina and great restaurants plus the view from Viale Buon Cammino. This road also has free street parking. My only complaint is that the door was difficult for me to turn the key and my husband had to do it. Highly recommend!

One of those places that doesn’t just offer accommodation, but creates memories. Everything was flawless – cleanliness, comfort, location, the hosts… but what truly sets it apart is the energy. You feel at home, yet completely pampered. We’re definitely coming back!

Valentina’s appartment was a standout for our time in Cagliari. Beautiful appartment in the centre of the old square. She anticipated every need of the guests including things we didn’t know we needed! Extremely friendly with fast response to communication. A beautiful appartment in a great location - would highly reccomend. Also great value for what we received.

We Really enjoyed our visit to Cagliari, The apartment is well located and equipped with all you need for a great stay. It’s close to good restaurants, trains and the historic part of the city. It’s city living. Alessandra was a super host and we plan to return.

Very comfortable beds, clean, beautiful views of the ocean from the terrace. Tiziana was very helpful and responsive. Very walkable to several restaurants and the grocery. Would definitely stay here again.

Great private place as an exploration base for the city. Walkable distances from the old town centre but also slightly less-touristy area's. Small but with all necessary amenities, clean and good air conditioning. Very helpful host, proactive and responsive.
