Highly recommend! The host, Doug, is very responsive and helpful. The place is clean and spacious, with a great view, great location, tons of empty drawers, shelves, cabinets to unpack everything you want. Use of half a secured garage was key for us as we had very expensive race bikes to work on and store while not riding/training/racing. If you're a casual cyclist there are 4 recreational bikes in the garage for guest use. And boogey boards. Plus a separate covered parking space. And it's reasonably priced. Nothing negative to say about this home. Thank you, Doug!

This place is fantastic! Super clean and organized. When I walked in, I was really shocked. I loved all the small quirky things like the multi-charger next to the bed, all the great kitchen utensils, even a blender (that's weird I know but not all have these things). The towels smelled great! ha. I loved the back porch and the vibe with the lights. For any whole food junkies like me, I was able to get an order delivered easily. Uber was super easy to pick up and drop off... again, so many positive things about this place. You'd be foolish to stay at a hotel with a place and a host like this one! Loved this place.

After staying in many condos in North Coast Village, this is one of the best ! Has everything you need for a great vacation in Oceanside - highly recommend !!

Our holiday at Ryan' s home was really fantastic. The flat is really confortable, exactly as described and the proximity to the beach is amazing. Ryan was super responsive and nice. It was a really great holiday and San Diego is truly beautiful.Super recommended!

I had a great time staying here at the seaside condo with my parents and girlfriend. Access to the beach was so close , 2 minutes walking across the street. The condo was beautifully decorated and had lots of natural lighting, I loved how the front door could partially open to let the ocean air in. There are at least two good restaurants within 15 minutes walking distance and some great restaurants up the coast a few minutes drive. also very close to an awesome brewery 10 minutes walk and a cool mini golf course.

This location can’t be beat - really easy to walk to the beach and lots of restaurants within 20 mins. It was a very safe neighborhood and this had the best stocked kitchen of any airbnb I’ve stayed in. We didn’t use any amenities but this is next door to one of the pools.

Nancy was wonderful to work with and the location was breathtaking. We experienced an earthquake (4/14/25), a once in lifetime event for this family from western New York! The condo had everything you could possibly need and was very well maintained. It felt like being at home! A nice location with easy drives to see the sights of San Diego, but not be in the city. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again!

Quick and Simple Two Part Review: 1. My wife says that the condo is NICER than what is shown in the photographs 2. We look forward to staying in Brooke's oceanfront unit (awesome sunsets and the sound of the surf is sublime) again!

A Perfect San Diego Coastal Getaway! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Carl's beach home in the Pacific/Mission Beach area, and it was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the charming beach cottage. The decor is super cute, combining cozy beach vibes with modern comforts, making it feel like a home away from home. The location couldn't be better! Just a short stroll from the beach, we enjoyed daily walks along the shore and stunning sunsets. The nearby restaurants and shops added to the convenience, making it easy to explore the local scene. Carl was an exceptional host, providing us with all the information we needed for a smooth stay. The cottage was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. If you're looking for a perfect beach getaway, I highly recommend Carl’s beach home. Ricardo’s place was fantastic! A great spot for a couples getaway. The place felt very safe and clean. The outdoor area was a unique aspect that was very fun to use.

Great location, close walk to the beach. Our family of 4 enjoyed using the boogie boards, beach chairs and bikes that were available to us. Coffee shops and breweries were close by. Warrens place was perfect for our little getaway. Would highly recommend!

My family & I had a cherished time & we totally agree with Tooraj’s “ good vibes only” theme! The place is adorably decorated & my husband loved the real life record player, he put it on first thing ;) We appreciated all of the games & the paddle ball, all my boys had fun with that especially & I loved hearing them laugh while playing together on the beach . It truly is an exceptional place, so peaceful & so close to more action when ya want it. We spent one day at a behind the scenes tour at the safari park & the other day at the zoo, then both evenings were spent on the ocean side, Belmont park, Cannon Ball restaurant, last night we got Mexican food to go & brought it back to this darling, peaceful & truly lovely place. I also want to give a shout out to all of his neighbors, they were all so very kind & friendly;) Thank you with all our hearts Tooraj for sharing your good vibes and giving my family a special place to create cherished memories together. We are grateful 💝🙏

We had a fantastic stay in unit 4! You absolutely cannot beat the location and having parking included is incredibly convenient. The unit itself looked just like the pictures and it was very clean. We enjoyed having a full kitchen as we visited the farmers market on State Street (open on Wednesday afternoons) and purchased snacks and items to make breakfast each morning. We're already planning our next trip back and will book this location!!

Had an amazing experience. The view from this location is incredible. The place was spacious, clean, and felt like home. The host met us at gate and was extremely friendly and helpful and recommended great places for us to do in the area. Just an amazing place to experience!!!!!!!

We absolutely loved this house and were stunned by the incredible view from the balcony. On the day we arrived, we witnessed the most amazing sunset — a truly unforgettable welcome. It’s the perfect spot for surfers, with the ocean just steps from the door. We also enjoyed using the bikes provided in the garage to ride into Encinitas, where we had great coffee and breakfast at the charming little local shops. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, and the bedroom was very comfortable — we slept really well. We’d definitely love to come back again!

Marla did a great job with her place! It was extremely clean and very well decorated. The grounds of the resort were beautiful, and the underground parking was really convenient. The pool was very clean, and if you like to play tennis or pickle ball, the courts are literally right outside of the unit. The beach chairs were also a great touch when we went to the ocean! There is also plenty of shopping and food choices very close.

Ms.Sandy provided a very welcoming AirBnB rental to relax and decompress in. From her initial inactions, she was extremely helpful with detailed instructions and helpful suggestions. As a bonus, the HOA also offered recommendations on places locally to dine at and entertainment. It’s the combination of these two that make for an enjoyable experience. Ms. Sandy’s place is clean and features 2 smart tvs for your entertainment pleasure. Just remember to log out of your streaming service before checking out. If you need a bit of fresh air, the beach is close by, along with the harbor with eateries and entertainment. Or just walk around the compound and enjoy the various water features and koi pond. For you golfers, bring your putter and enjoy the putting green. There’s also a swimming pool and gym, however the beach is just minutes away. You can definitely put your trust in Ms. Sandy for a very enjoyable experience.

Nick's place was perfect for a stay in SD right off the water. The pictures do the listing justice and my family had a great time. The condo was very clean and spacious. Nick was helpful and always communicating with us whenever we needed something. Highly recommend.

My family had a very enjoyable stay at Robin’s! Everything was exactly as pictured & expected. Super comfortable bed, it feels warm & welcoming, it’s very clean, & the kitchen has everything you need to feel right at home away from home! Robin also provided very clear & thorough instructions with pictures & all! We’ll definitely stay here again if we decide to visit Del Mar again!
