Family-friendly holiday rentals in Sofia City Province

We had a lovely time staying Eva’a flat. The accommodation was very clean and had a homely feel, it comfortably accommodated 5 of us. The location was good, we were able to walk to a number of restaurant and sights. Eva was responsive when I messaged and left clear instructions. I would definitely recommend this accommodation.

We had a great stay in Sofia. The apartment is spacious, bright and very well equipped. Lily was very proactive and did everything to make the stay go well. Thank you so much.

We had a lovely stay at Ana`s place. Enough space for a family of three with both working remote. Big playground just behind the house, supermarket is a 2 minute walk away. Public transportation is ok. Huge park about 5 minutes away. All in all a great place for a family with kids, good location.

Elena’s hosting was above amazing. Elena provided support to retrieve our lost airline luggage a week before our arrival which we could not have managed ourselves. Her apartment is amazing, it feels like being in a family home, all facilities for cooking in a big old world kitchen, wonderful chill spaces to hang out in and incredible views of Sofia’s beauty. Stay a few days to really enjoy and appreciate Elena’s place. Highly recommend.

Perfect host and beautiful property. We have stayed in Sofia before, but this apartment is a much more central location than our previous stay. Very spacious with lovely wooden floors and comfortable beds. Peter is a great host, our flight was delayed and we got it at 4am, our host met us cheerfully as if it were mid day. Thank you Peter x

Very happy with my stay, the location was walking distance to the important places for me, in the immediate vicinity there is a paid parking and shops that are open late. We will definitely visit again!

The apartment is spacious and well appointed. Add to that its superb location, and it’s real value for money. In addition, Mira is a wonderfully solicitous host. To sum up, if we ever return to sophia, we’ll choose Mira’ place without hesitation.

My family enjoyed staying at Lubka's apartment. It is very centrally located, but it is very peaceful at the same time. It is a few steps from the Vitosha boulevard and public transport and walkable to many main sights of Sofia. The apartment was clean and as described. It was comfortable for our family. The balconies were a great feature. The elevator was very useful for my family. Lubka was responsive. It was the perfect place from where we could explore Sofia. We highly recommend Lubka's apartment.

The apartment is beautiful, cozy, comfortable, clean, and well equipped. The bathroom had a beautiful selection of toiletries, the kitchen was well equipped and with teas/coffee/sugar etc… The sofa with pull out bed was a great design feature that allowed us to set up the bed for our kids while retaining the use of the sofa. We arrived late from the airport and they still met us and showed us into the apartment. This made our check in very easy and pleasant. The area was very walkable and within easy reach of many restaurants, shops, and main areas of interest. We were very warm in the apartment even in mid-February! We would definitely rebook. Perfect Stay for Families - Exceptional Hospitality! We had a wonderful stay at Tony's Airbnb in Sofia. The apartment was ideally located in the city center, making it easy to explore with our baby. Tony was an outstanding host—warm, welcoming, and incredibly thoughtful. Since we were traveling with our baby and had extra luggage, we requested an early check-in, which he kindly approved right away. During our introduction, I mentioned we had just returned from a European tour, and he immediately offered to help with laundry if needed. His kindness, attentiveness, and proactive attitude made our stay so much more comfortable. We truly appreciate Tony's genuine hospitality and the cozy accommodation he provided. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking for a friendly, convenient, and stress-free stay in Sofia!

Had an extremely pleasant stay at this apartment. We arrived earlier than the check-in time and Sergei was more than responsive and helpful about it. Upon arrival the host gave excellent instructions regarding entering the place. It was clean, tidy and full of all the things you might need during your stay. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again! :)

Everything is ok! Very pleased because I needed a apt right next to the NSA, and it has everything in proximity too!

There are a lot of positives about Joannas listing. Being fully detached, the place itself is very peaceful and private. It's a very well equipped apartment, pretty much any utility you can think of is available. Temperature control is excellent, the air conditioning is very effective either to heat or cool and the shower water pressure and heat is extremely high. If you are visiting Sofia for tourism the location is fine, there is nearby metro/bus station and taxis are cheap if coming from euro/gbp countries. Though crossing to the east of Sofia from here is fairly long. The area itself has walkable supermarkets and shopping mall. Joanna is helpful and responds quickly. It's a good property, hard to fault.

Iveta was a great host, she was very friendly and gave great local recommendations. The apartment was great, it had everything we needed. The location is perfect and has lots of restaurants and shops nearby, many of Sofia's main sites are very close by. Would highly recommend Iveta's place when visiting the city!
