Nestled at the foot of Lyulin Mountain, the fresh air and tranquility made our stay incredibly relaxing. The villa itself is beautifully maintained, offering a cozy and comfortable atmosphere that feels like home. It had everything we needed for a perfect stay, whether for a short getaway or a longer visit. The proximity to Bankya’s Health Alley was a great bonus, and we also enjoyed exploring the nearby forest. Liubomir was warm, welcoming, and ensured we had everything we needed. If you’re looking for a serene escape while still being close to Sofia, I highly recommend Villa Romance. We would love to return!

Boryana’s cottage was the perfect place for a peaceful and quiet getaway! We loved the cozy atmosphere and homey feel of the hut!

If you are looking for a house near Sofia, in some quiet place, with a big garden, well equipped kitchen, many rooms to sleep and nice barbecue area... this house would work just perfect. The communication with George was smooth. We enjoyed our stay there very much!

Brilliant little home on the outskirts of the city. really nice, clean and looks as good as the pictures suggest. a few things to note - Not easy to get to by anything except car. driving is almost necessary I'd not save taxi fares - Plenty of wild dogs, for those scared of then. in all I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a beautiful home outside the city with a driver in the group. really impressed

Reni has been very polite, responsive, and she has gone out of her way to help us feel comfortable. The apartment itself is a new construction that is rather small, but feels very comfy and welcoming. Had no problem staying there with a family of 5!

It’s a beautiful apartment with a cozy and warm soul. It has those little touches that makes it feel like home. Everything was fine and all the amenities one could need were available. The parking in the area is free so sometimes you may need to circle around some minutes before finding a free space but always something comes up and it’s in a relatively close distance.

We enjoyed our stay in Sofia, Bulgaria! The apartment was fully equipped with all things you need. We really feel like we are at home... It is only 3-5 minutes walking distance to a cozy family coffee cafe. We will miss all their delicious home-made cakes, pastries, freshly squeezed juices, coffee and other treats. Within 7-8 minutes walking distance is a big grocery store and also few small specialty stores (with organic and farm goods). The location is very convenient to all public transportation and taxi. We definitely would be happy to stay in this apartment again in the future whenever we travel to Sofia...

It was quality time

A good place to stay if you want to go hiking in Vitosha Nature Park. There are some excellent trails through the forest to the neighbouring districts of Zheliznitsa and Simeonovo. I stayed for two months in July & August of 2024 and found the unit cool and comfortable. It's a good spot for a quiet getaway. Radoslav was very helpful after my flight was cancelled and I arrived a day late...and then the train didn't get into Sofia until 10pm. Responded quickly to all my questions.

Highly recommended. The apartment is compact but logically organized and charmingly decorated. I enjoyed the quiet of the building and the neighborhood, and the proximity to Zaimov Park as well as to the city center. Numerous tram and bus lines are nearby, and the metro can be easily reached via a short, pleasant walk. Elvira is a most generous and personable host -- a rare human being in an Airbnb world that has become so corporate and impersonal. This ranks among my favorite stays ever and I would happily return.

A true find in the heart of Sofia! The flat is part of an older but solid building and has been renovated in a beautiful Scandi style. Shining clean, cosy, and with enough space at the same time. The appliances were brand-new, and all decorations were in their proper place - not too much, not too little, just enough and as it's supposed to be. My wife and I would not hesitate to book again if we visit Sofia in the future.

It's the perfect place for people looking to work remotely for a few days. The internet connection is amazing! It's easy to get back by walking. There is a very good connection to the airport by metro.
