Family-friendly holiday rentals in Bulgaria

Had a very restful stay at Eva’s place with my partner and another couple. The apartment was easy to navigate to from the airport and very manageable to walk to the centre of Sofia, as well as metro, bus and tram access. Eva provided clear instructions and always got back to us promptly if we had any questions. It was so nice to have a washer & dryer available! Would recommend to weary travellers.

Perfect host and beautiful property. We have stayed in Sofia before, but this apartment is a much more central location than our previous stay. Very spacious with lovely wooden floors and comfortable beds. Peter is a great host, our flight was delayed and we got it at 4am, our host met us cheerfully as if it were mid day. Thank you Peter x

this is a very nice place. we only had one night but really enjoyed it so much. the receptionist was so friendly , Nikolay let us check in early which was also extremely nice. the white cliffs are stunning . don't miss doing the walk all the way to the cliffs. it's worth it. the place is well maintained and clean. the pool bar has amazing views and good prices for the cocktails. the restaurant on top called Octopus really is amazing after you had some sunset drinks at the bar. highly recommend to spend a few days there!

The place was amazing!! It is located in a peaceful area with lots of nature surrounding it. It was also very spacious with many rooms every one with its own private bathroom and shower. The host was very nice and helpful throughout the whole stay! I definitely recommend!

The apartment is on the 7th floor in the G block of Barcelo Hotel. Two rooms, a little tired already, but it didn't cause us any problem. There is nothing in the apartment, even a sponge for washing dishes, so you need to keep in mind that you will have to buy everything, in the literal sense of the word. There are enough dishes, glasses, plates, spoons , forks, cooking utensils. Of course, there was a lack of a washing machine, but this issue can be resolved. Separately, I want to note the balcony , we spent there all the time that we were in the apartment. Breakfast with a partial view of the sea and the Nemebr. Of the disadvantages, I will note the sofa in the living room, we were 3 adults and someone had to sleep on this sofa. And it's almost impossible to sleep on it (( Overall, everything was great! The host is always available, responds promptly, prompts something if necessary. The location is perfect! In the very center. It's quite noisy at night, as young people walk until 4, or even before 7 in the morning )

It was the 2. time for us in the villa and we had again an amazing time. The villa has everything you need for great time. We enjoyed it a lot and already looking forward to come again. Vasil is really nice. Best wishes!

Anelia's apartment is a perfect place for a stopover, quiet, clean and very nice view from the well designed studio. Now, I've never met Anelia (unfortunately!) but what I'm most struck with is her kindness. I had some unexpected car trouble today and had a lot of work and a long journey to Kosovo afterwards. Anelia offered me her other apartment for a few others to help out while I was waiting for car to get fixed. This made day far more productive and a lot less tiring and was an extremely generous and thoughtful thing to do. I wholeheartedly recommend Anelia as a great host, but most importantly as a thoughtful and good person. Hopefully I will be back!

Spaceous apartment in a tranquil location with a great pool. Plenty of resteraunts and shops within walking distance, as is the closest sandy beach. Plus the bus stop is a 10 mins walk, with regular buses to Nessebar and Sunny Beach or Borgas Overall it's great for a relaxing stay.

Great house, just like in the pictures. The place is surrounded by trees and is great. It was well cleaned, but it's still a villa in the countryside. The kitchen has everything you need. We'd love to come back.

Biliana's apartment is one of the best we stayed in. It is renovated with high quality materials and furniture. The kitchen is equipped with everything one may need and includes a dishwasher. In addition to the washer, there is also a drier which is still rarity in Bulgaria and was a great plus for us. Location of the apartment is extremely communicative. Buses, trolleys, three subway stations nearby. Being in the city center, the place is also walking distance to museums, galleries, Sofia University, parks. Many restaurants, coffee shops, groceries could be found nearby. Last but not least, Biliana is a great host. She was friendly and efficient. Highly recommend both the apartment and the host.

Nelly is a very hospitable hostess. She greeted us very warmly, explained and showed us everything. It was very easy to communicate in English. Our flight was rescheduled for a day earlier, and Nelly tried to help us find accommodation for that day even before our meeting. Upon arrival at the house, we were pleasantly surprised, since in reality the estate looks even better than in the photos. The accommodation is very clean, well-kept, spacious, equipped with everything you need. Absolute silence and privacy. The clean and large pool made us very happy on hot summer days. We were two families, 5 children and 4 adults, we were perfectly accommodated, and there were still free places. I am happy to recommend Nelly's accommodation.

Sehr biges Appartamnet, gros am Pool gelegene Terasse. The host is quick to respond. Also cleaning service with change of towels and bed linen was surprising and pleasant. The location is great: beautiful pools with free sunbeds and umbrellas, well-kept and supervised complex, the sea in 1 min walk, great views of the sea. Shopping, excursions such as Aquapark or old town Nessebar nearby, eating nearby. Oven and stove function flawless. The dishes were immediately added on request, we were finally able to cook everything. Out of 3 beds are 2 top, one has a very laid mattress. The crib is good. Already well-versed upholstered furniture, but was still okay. Wifi in the rooms is good. We recommend the place.

Highly recommend this place! This was our first time staying at that end of the beach side and we absolutely loved it! Such a quiet peaceful location. Very close to a beach entrance and walkable to the main square ( unless you have mobility issues or are not a walker as it is a bit of a walk but a nice walk). There are also bikes available to use. Place was beautifully decorated, very clean and had everything you needed. Staff was also very helpful and available for anything you needed. A true Gem!

Very nice vacation home with astonishing view from the cliff to seaside. Villa is very spacious with clean and well-kept swimming pool. It was very clean, kitchen was well equipped, with two separate fridges, which was very nice as we were traveling as two families. In the nearby there is a hotel with restaurant where You can buy breakfast or dinner if You are lazy and don't want to cook :) The host is very friendly and very responsive. She provided us with all needed directions to closest beaches and good restaurants. It is a really wonderful place.

Vihar was an awesome host. We felt really good and welcomed at his location. It was a pleasure to meet him and the other members. The accommodation was as in the pictures, easy to access and with many beautiful places as the pool and the shop near it. The coffee is amazing every morning on the terrace and they also have food and drinks for a quick meal in the morning. Perfect place for a holiday.

Great apartment, cozy place, great location, 200 meters to the sea. There is a swimming pool and a gym, the perfect place to relax. The room has everything! Nice and courteous host)
