Apartment holiday rentals in Sodus Point

Great little room in the heart of Sodus Point! It was a perfect place to spend the nights for my girlfriend, our two dogs and I.

This was our second time staying here. We love the peaceful location, yet it’s close to all the great local restaurants, breweries, and wineries. The apartment is cozy and comfortable and great hosts. We look forward to coming back!

Place was well-stocked and furnished. My friend and I had a comfortable, chill stay :) would recommend

The couple that took care of the property were very helpful! I always read reviews on beds before I book. The beds were extremely comfortable along with the bedding! The flowers around the property were beautiful!

This is a wonderful place to stay. It’s on a quiet and quaint street and close to town. I suggest leave your vehicle in the off street parking spot and walk to town where there is lots to do. Highly recommend this adorable location. Host was very responsive and friendly ❤️

We had a great stay at Ashley’s place. Everything was as described. We felt at home and hope to return in the future. We also enjoyed their restaurant out front. We had breakfast and it was delicious. We were able to meet her husband and he was very friendly and welcoming. We brought out boat with us and it was convenient having it right there in a slip to access anytime.

The place was beautiful and very clean. Every question of mine was addressed proactively via messages from Mary. Everything matched the listing.

From start to finish Valarie and Bob are A+++++ ! We absolutely loved their Airbnb with so many necessities and sweet thoughtful extras . Pops Place is tidy and very clean with lovely bedding and such a comfy bed . We loved staying in this peaceful and refreshing atmosphere where Valarie and Bob top it off with their sweet personalities ! We’ve been truly blessed to have stayed here and looking forward to coming back . Thankyou , Valarie and Bob !

We only stayed for 1 night, but it was a great place. We’ve never stayed in a cleaner Airbnb. There’s also plenty to do in the area - very nice as well. Highly recommend!

The stars were aligned when we picked out Danny's beautiful location for our visit. Who would have known that Danny would share our same love of music and to learn of mutual friends we have in the professiomal music arena was amazing. With our love of music, it was an instant bond. It was a "kindred feeling" and one that has opened up a friendship for life. Danny made us feel welcomed from the first moment we met him. He was a very hospitable host. Within a short time, we felt we had known Danny for years. Since our families are in the Pittsford/Victor area, that are just minutes away from this location, we will be revisiting this pristine welcoming home for many years to come. I was in town for the Lilac 10K run and stayed at Josh’s place. His place was clean and comfortable. His directions to check in and access the studio were easy to follow. He was also very accommodating. I’d stay there again and definitely recommend it to anyone.

Absolutely stunning! Beautiful historic home, wonderfully furnished and very comfortable. Immediately felt at home - everything was clean and comfortable. From very fine linens to great local reccomendations provided by the hosts, the stay was one of the best we have had. Location is close to fabulous restaurants with lots to do in the area.

Had a great stay at Adam’s place! Great location - right next to the downtown area with great shops and restaurants and right next to the lake! The apartment was also so cute and extremely clean. Perfect for our weekend getaway!

This place was so adorable and was very homey. Loved all the extras included so all I had to do was pack a bag. Will be planning a return trip.

Never have I ever stayed at a bnb where I want to plan, and accommodation a trip specifically to go back and stay somewhere again. Tricia was so responsive, and so so so kind! We drove 7hrs to this bnb and she was extremely accommodating. Traveling down for a concert, she gave us tips for our adventure on how to make it smooth sailing and when we returned to our bnb quite late we were surprised by a sweet treat she left us! The space itself, is stunning- and the photos do not do it justice. I cannot want to go back, we absolutely love New York State.

I stayed here for 2.5 months for a clinical rotation at Strong Memorial Hospital. The location of this AirBnB is perfect! So close to Park Ave with lots of restaurants and a 10-15 min drive to pretty much anything else! The apartment was exactly as expected and the hosts were communicative! Overall, I would definitely recommend. Thank you for allowing me to stay here!

We ended our trip staying here before flying out the next morning— cozy space, clean and even fresh flowers greeting us! Host was responsive to a question after we checked in. The vaulted/angled ceiling was a little lower than expected but otherwise, comfortable and great night of sleep! Would recommend to others needing a place in the area!

Dennis is a great host. He was very quick on responding to my queries and made my stay comfortable. The place is comfortable & in a nice neighborhood. I recommend for someone to stay either for short or long term!

Great host, was very responsive in correcting a WiFi issue. Check in and leaving was simple and expectations were clearly communicated. House was well cleaned and matched the description online. Great view of the bay and very peaceful.

5th time staying here. Fabulous place to stay! Walkable distance to food places. Only con was bathtub was a little dirty.

Full of natural light. Peaceful & private outdoor area with fire pit & hot tub. Beautiful bedroom with luxurious bedding, slippers, bath robes, lighted make up mirror, a perfume collection for guests to use if they wish and more! We cannot say enough good things! Thank you 🩷
