Holiday rentals with a patio in Sodus Bay

Very clean and well appointed apartment. We had a unique situation being there with 3 kids under 5, and my mother in law. The space was great for us. Great part of town- very walkable. One thing to note is that the upstairs folks walked around in the middle of the night and it was very loud. It kept my husband and mother in law both up, and they were afraid it would wake the babies. If you’re a light sleeper, something to keep in mind.

Such a cute place in a nice part of town! Everything we needed. Host was great and very helpful!

This was our second time staying here. We love the peaceful location, yet it’s close to all the great local restaurants, breweries, and wineries. The apartment is cozy and comfortable and great hosts. We look forward to coming back!

This was our second stay at Tamara’s. It’s exactly as described. It is spotless and perfect for our needs. We stayed to move our daughter and we needed a two bedroom with room to watch TV, do work and a functional kitchen. Thanks Tamara!

Lynne's place was perfect. Located by a beautiful park, and walkable to Sonnenberg Gardens. 5 min drive to the lake, even less to Main Street, for shops, restaurants, etc. Cute front porch. We stayed after getting married in Canandaigua. Lynne left a bottle of sparkling wine for us upon arrival, which was very thoughtful. Highly recommend!

The hot tub and fire pit were the best! And we appreciated the coffee and coffee pot as well as the floss picks in the bathroom. The hosts were super friendly and welcoming and so quick to respond to my questions. Definitely recommend this beautiful place!

I can’t say enough good things about Margaret’s Airbnb! We were in town for a wedding, and Sodus Point is absolutely beautiful. Walking distance to the little town, it’s in a great location. Margaret was so friendly and kind, and we were so glad we had the opportunity to stay here. I would love to come back and stay again, everything was wonderful about our stay.

Cynthia’s home was as advertised! Beautiful home in a very peaceful setting. Great accommodations for our large group! Very roomy to relax and have an area for young children to have play space. Amenities were plentiful for showers, cooking and cleaning. I would highly recommend this property and host! If we are ever in this area again, would definitely like to stay here again! Grandchildren are already asking when we can go back!!!😁

I would like to thank Julius for everything he done for my family and I. He responded quickly to all questions. The home was so comfortable and clean. I was here gor my mom funeral and he even went above and beyond to.let me check in early. The area was surrounded by everything. I will definitely be back and stay again. Beautiful, comfortable home that ticked all the boxes for our family of eight. We stayed at The Grey Lady (Jessica's place) while we were in town for a wedding. There were seven adults and one baby and we were all extremely happy with our accommodations. The house was just as lovely as the pictures, well-appointed, and we enjoyed the view of the lake. We spent a lot of time on the spacious deck when weather permitted. Jessica was incredibly responsive, helpful and flexible. The location was perfect for us as we went back and forth to the Lake House for wedding festivities. We highly recommend Jessica's Place if you are planning a trip to Canandaigua!

The house is small and cozy, perfect for a couple. We loved it. The sunrise looking out the living room windows is phenomenal. The views of the lake are great. Non-stop fish jumping in the lake. Fishing from the dock was good. Caught a bass by the dock.

This rental has definitely been well loved and cared for and it has been beautifully updated. The kitchen is gorgeous and a perfect spot to gather. The real draw for our family was the back yard space. The pool was so much fun for the kids (and adults too). The hosts are great. We had a minor question during our stay and got an immediate response. They were helpful and friendly. I would absolutely recommend this rental to anyone looking to visit this area or to locals just looking for a little get away.

Tobiah was a fabulous host. He answered all questions promptly and was very helpful. We had a small gathering of family, coming from far apart and the condo was wonderful! It worked beautifully for our needs. We loved the view of the lake off the balconies-- especially with a full moon reflecting on it! The condo was well-appointed, with everything we needed. It was a very comfortable setting and close to hiking, wineries, and water activities, as well as cycling along the Erie Canal. The condo's location, a short distance between the towns of Naples and Canadaigua, made it easy to run an errand or go out eat. We highly recommend Tobiah's waterfront condo!

This location is great! You can walk to many restaurants and Marinas! The house is very new and clean. It was perfect for our family of four. We will definitely stay again in the future.

Luz is an excellent host. I really enjoyed my stay at this Airbnb. Very clean, quiet, and comfortable with every amenity a traveler might need. In addition to a great apartment, there's a very large, well lit parking lot. Perfect!

This is a great place to unwind and enjoy the town and lake. My family and I loved it and would highly recommend it
