LeGenna was an awesome host offering a 5 star Airbnb stay. Her place was spacious enough to accommodate my family of 8, offering privacy for all of us! We especially enjoyed the rooftop lounge area, and her place was super clean, beds were comfortable, linen was soft, and the kitchen was fabulous! Repeat visitor and will be back again. So convenient and everything is so easy, right down to the free parking that is an extreme rarity in 12 South. We should note that this is one of the cleanest AirBNBs in which we have ever stayed. Add in tons of shopping and food right outside your door and it’s a perfect setting.

A great location for our visit to Nashville with easy access to the freeway, attractions and restaurants. The place was well stocked with the necessary items needed for a visit away from home, very clean, and the beds were comfortable. Did not use the rooftop, but charming as well. During our visit, Neal was accommodating and responded timely to an issue that arose requiring immediate attention. My only recommendation would be to allow the guest time to depart by the departure time, without housekeeping showing up early to clean. We felt a bit pressure to quickly gather our things and leave.

The place was close to the airport, making our arrival and departure very easy! When we arrived it was easy to get in with the keypad and the place was spotless. It was the perfect size for the two of us. We felt like it was in the perfect central location for everything that we did while we were there. Broadway, Nashville Zoo, First Horizon Park, Opry Mills. While there, the WiFi wasn’t working great, and the service of our phones weren’t working either, making the ordering from Instacart and our Lyft a struggle, but we made it work! Chris and Lindsey are such great hosts, and if we ever come back, I would book this place again!

Would definitely stay here again! Easy check-in & parking. Place was very clean! Far enough from noise but close enough to enjoy going out to Broadway. Great location. And the hosts were always responsive- I appreciated the fact they were willing to stay up later just to ensure I got checked in with no issues seeing I couldn’t make it up during the check in hours due to work. Highly recommend!

Amazing place to stay in Nashville. The unit is clean , beautiful , and has everything you could possibly need. The location is walking distance to Nissan Stadium and Broadway and also has great local restaurants. I will definitely book this again on my next trip to Nashville.

Jennie and Maureen were great hosts and very accommodating/responsive. The condo was clean and an easy walk to Broadway. The rooftop was a nice addition and good spot to hang out. Would definitely stay here again if I’m back in Nashville!

We had a fantastic stay at Riverfront Yall! The view was nice and the location was great—quiet, yet just a short drive to downtown. The space was clean, stylish, and had everything we needed. Katie was friendly and responsive. Highly recommend for a getaway with great access to the city!

Don’s place was perfect—just enough space, close to the pool, easy to find. The bed was super comfy which was a plus. The space was decorated beautifully. Don was quick to respond to all questions. I would stay here again!

This place was so awesome. Very well thought out in the little details — a steamer, bathroom loaded with q-tips, makeup wipes, poopurri and funny little cards, both pool towels and regular towels, a fully-stocked coffee bar equipped with syrups, sugars and creamers, and huge bed options — queen bunk beds and a pull out couch. A great stay for a group of 4, or even more! Andrew was very helpful and gave me a call when looking for the gym and everyone was super friendly through text. Great stay!

Great place to stay to enjoy downtown Nashville. Clear directions made navigating a smooth experience. Easy to operate door codes. Quick walk to Broadway, restaurants and Nissan Stadium. Looking forward to our next visit!

Amazing stay! Stayed during CMA Fest week and it was super walkable (a little more than a mile) to all CMA Fest activities and Nissan stadium. The property was quiet, clean, and just as described. I felt safe even walking at night. Bekah gave clear check in and check out instructions. Would stay again!

The location of this unit is absolutely fantastic. Close to so many great local spots and easy to get to downtown as well. Carrie is extremely responsive and helpful!

I cannot say enough great things about this Airbnb and its perfect location 😍. Marshall and Carolyn were very communicative; Broadway is just a quick 10-15 minute walk away; The place was really clean and spacious; The couch and bed were super comfortable; and There are a ton of great finds within a 2-3 block radius: •Tipsy Scoop is literally next door, and the perfect boozy frozen treat (mango margarita, please) •Martin’s BBQ Joint has such good bbq •Parlor Donuts might just be the best donuts in the US 😉 •Sprocket Rocket Party Bike - book it, and ask for Geoff (trust me). Next time I’m in Nashville. I’m coming back here.

I booked last minute for a quick weekend trip and the location was perfect for us, everything was within walking distance: broadway, the farmers market, Brooklyn bowl. The place was in a nice quiet spot so I’d def stay again

My fiancée and I had an amazing time staying here while we visited Nashville! The room was very clean and spacious! Plenty of things to do nearby! A lot of places to eat within walking distance! Would highly recommend for anyone else! We felt right at home!

Very nice place, conveniently located. Very responsive hosts. Was perfect for four of us attending CMA Fest for four days!

When we come to Nashville for concerts we always book with Katie for a night because it always feels like a nice lil get away. Katie's place is always clean, cozy and enjoyable to stay at! She is incredible responsive and always very kind! The condo we stayed at this time had a great balcony overlooking the river with chairs and a table we had complimentary coffee at in the morning before checkout and it was nice to watch the boats and relax. There's also all the amenities you need for a good stay. Katie's our favorite host to stay with and we will definitely be back when there's another show in town!

Love this location. The building entrance was easy to locate- navigation took us right there. All information provided by the host easily explained the steps to enter the building, pick up keys and locate the unit. The apartment was perfectly clean, had no issue with noise and loved being able to look out through the expansive windows and checkout the city while enjoying morning coffee. You can also see a view of the pool. All of the building amenities were fantastic- the gym is clean and has everything you would need, pool is spacious with plenty of lounge chairs, fire pit and relaxing outdoor furnishings. The available parking spot was also nice to have. Easy walk to Nissan stadium and surrounding areas. We felt safe walking day and night during our stay for the CMA fest. Overall- we would choose this location again- Beds were comfortable, a/c stayed cold and having a clean place to stay and enjoy our time.
