Holiday rentals with a patio in Smyrna

This place was exactly as advertised. Driving into the neighborhood you can see where it’s shifting. The older homes are being renovated and the overgrown lots are being cleaned up. All the signs are there of a transitioning community. So the entryway to the unit still lends some hesitation. But from the moment of opening the door my family felt comfortable. My wife and daughters were all good to go (you know us guys don’t need much). And that felt good to have another rental deemed “suitable” for the ladies. Comfortable night’s rest, clean showers, plenty of linens and fully stocked supplies in kitchen. All within twenty minutes of my nephew’s graduation and his celebratory get-together the following day. Really worked well for us.

This place was perfect for us! We had a concert to attend at the Coca Cola Roxy and this home was an easy 6 minute walk to the venue! They left very clear instructions (that I may have overlooked for some information) but were very friendly when I messaged them for clarification. Their response time is the best I’ve ever experienced on AirBnB. Mostly getting back to us in under 20 minutes. The place was well kept and had plenty of glasses and kitchen equipment if needed. We didn’t get a chance to visit the lake behind the place since it rained most of the time we stayed but it was stunning enough that we were able to keep the curtains drawn to enjoy the view. For the most part the neighborhood was quiet and made it a wonderful stay. When we make it back out to Atlanta this place will be first on my list!!

Very clean and comfortable place. Brisk 5 mins or lazy 10 min walk to The Battery/Truist park!! Reggie is one of the most responsive host I have dealt with. For the price and proximity to Truist park it’s a great value. $10-15 Lyft ride to downtown/aquarium/Mercedes Benz ( non-surge pricing). Will seek out this listing when coming back to Braves game or other trip to Atlanta

The apartment was soooo nice and beautiful. House smelled fresh soon as I entered. I loved the view especially at night time . We slept like a baby and didn’t want to leave this morning .Overall great stay . I will be booking for again for my birthday .

Great stay! Super clean, spacious, and allergy friendly. :) The whole community felt extremely safe. Instructions were easy to follow; there was some confusion about parking since the site was down, but Sumthin Sumthin was quick to respond and answer for me! Going to be my go to space for Atlanta! This comfortably humble and well appointed, very tidy touch-down space was perfect for a weekend of places to go and things to do. The front porch with rocking chairs was the best unexpected part-very nice porch. Place was spotless. We’ll definitely want to rebook for our next Atlanta trip. Thank you guys for a perfect stay.

Great place to stay; A breath taking view look exactly as the photo, Pierre was a wonderful host answering all questions all letting me feel at home. It’s at a great convenient location for place to eat and grocery store. Check in and check out was super easy. Will definitely stay again.

this place is very relaxing and the back deck was probably my favorite place. there's a nice woods behind the property, and the bug netting at night made it perfect out there. comfortable beds, nice clean bathrooms. I accidentally booked the trip shorter then I intended, and contacted Derek, within a few hours he got back with me and accommodated us with another night. He's a great host. Don't hesitate to book at this place.

Finding Kimone’s home made our visit to Smyrna perfect. This jewel is very well kept and more than we expected. We found the kitchen outfitted with everything needed for those of us who like to cook. The house was spacious, very clean, more than comfortable. We were constantly on-the-go every day so returning from our daily trips, this was the perfect place to kick back and relax. I don’t know when we’ll be returning to this part of the country but when we do, we plan to rest here again!

Loved the pool and was a safe and quiet location. Short drive to Cobb Galeria and the Braves stadium.

I felt like I was right at home. The flow of the home, amenities, cleanliness, and the comfort of the beds were superb. I was traveling from San Antonio, TX and got into town late into the night, and check in was easy and seamless. Thank you for hosting your home and I hope to stay here again!

This place was absolutely stunning, but very homey at the same time. Very close to fun things to do, but situated in a quiet, nice neighborhood. I was very impressed with both hosts professionalism, prompt responses, and willingness to help. They really went out of there way to make sure we were all happy. Highly recommend, will be telling friends and family about this place as well.

The responsiveness through booking to leaving has been great. They are very friendly and accommodating! House is in a quite safe and clean neighborhood. Loved the backyard and trampoline for the kids. Lots of space and nice upgrades to the home. Would recommend!!

Convenient location to downtown. Spacious home with beautiful decor. Plenty of space for all guests to sleep comfortably.

The location is great if you’re going to the aquarium and Coke. Adam had helpful recommendations for parking.

William is a very responsive and responsible host. His communication is great and the bnb was as expected. Good location, with places for food nearby, and walkable to a lot of different places. Scooters, bikes, and the Marta train station nearby as well. Would recommend!

The space itself is very nice, plenty of room and generally clean. There were plenty of amenities and the checkout process and rules were minimal and very easy to follow. The neighborhood was OK, although being in a college area there was a prevalence of a certain illegal smoke aroma whenever we were outside. It was not noticeable at all in the apartment though. I only mention it given how often we encountered it. Overall I’d visit again and access to the Aquarium is excellent, even my almost 3 year old walked there from the apartment!

This was a very nice place to stay. The host got back to me extremely quickly. Every time I had a question for him. The next time I’m in the Atlanta area I will definitely look to stay at this place again.

The stay was in fact very cozy. The place was clean and welcoming. The best part was that the host was extremely proactive and responsive. It said that the host was likely to reply within a 50 min window, No they replied in IMMEDIATELY . Everything was clear and helpful would definitely stay again.

Amazing hosts & perfect condo. Very comfortable, had everything I needed and more. Bed was extremely comfortable. Workspace provided. I met Trish & Bobby and they are amazing, I would rent from them again anyday. I felt very safe, in a very safe part of Atlanta in Brookhaven, grocery store, wine, mall, yoga, etc are all winin 1-5 minutes driving distance away. You could walk to the grocery store easily and Starbucks in 5 minutes. Highly recommend.
