We had a really nice time at Old Mulberry House! The house was very clean and tidy and the pool was perfect in warm weather. The location was great for our stay. Slightly quieter and secluded, but all places and shopping were quick to reach. Tomi was very friendly, always responded quickly to our questions and recommended us some nice restaurants and places. We would book the house again at any time and highly recommend it!

We stayed at Villa Frantoio in early August and had a wonderful holiday. The villa is in a fabulous, quiet location on the side of a hill, with views over the valley to the hilltop village of Motovun - you really never get tired of the view! The house itself is built and fitted out to an exceptionally high standard, with three good sized double bedrooms, all of which are en suite. All of the furnishings and appliances are of high quality and the hosts, Ksenija and Elvis, seem to have thought of everything - they were also very quick to respond to any query. The village of Livade, which has three restaurants and a corner shop, is a short drive down the hill. This is an exceptional villa in a glorious location, with no immediate neighbours. The photos on AirBnB reflect the reality - you won’t be disappointed.

Even more beautiful than expected – absolute recommendation! Our stay in this accommodation was simply fantastic - even more beautiful than we had imagined! The location is wonderfully quiet and yet optimal for reaching many different cities and excursion destinations within about 30 minutes. The house is well maintained, sparkling clean and furnished with great attention to detail. It exudes a warm, inviting atmosphere - we felt at home from the very first moment. The hostess is exceptionally warm, helpful and attentive. You can immediately tell that she is wholeheartedly committed and that the well-being of her guests is her top priority. We felt completely comfortable - our stay really couldn't have been better. Thank you for this wonderful time - we will definitely come back!

our family had a wonderful stay at Villa Caltha. It is a beautiful property with a great outdoor space overlooking the countryside. everything exceeded our expectations! the town of Sveti Lovrec is a hidden gem, with a great pizzeria and several caffe bars. easy access to Rovinj, Motovun and more. highly recommend!

The cottage is in an absolutely quiet location and offers pure relaxation. We were particularly enthusiastic about the style of the house and the heated pool (admittedly took some time for it to be a little warm too) – ideal for relaxing no matter what the weather. The house is modern, comfortably furnished and very well maintained. If you're looking for peace, comfort and a little luxury, this is the place to be. We will be happy to come back!

This spa retreat is perfect! We visited with kids and our dogs and the big, completely fenced yard was ideal for the doggies and the kids could not get enough of the pool and spa. Danijela is the perfect host from flexible (late checkin) to a ton of great local recommendations. This place is up the mountain a bit for nice, quiet seclusion as well as easy access to Labin and Rabac. We will be returning!!

Fantastic authentic house, excelent location if you want to discover southern or central part of Istria and enjoy peace and quiet. Super friendly hosts!

Everything was just perfect. We were 11 people and we had the best time. Igor, the host, was super kind, he organized taxis for us, gave us great tips and was super responsive. And the house is simply beautiful, with beautiful landscape and a lot to do. We were playing volleyball and golf, had a bbq evening and were relaxing in jacuzzi. Worth the price, cannot wait to visit again.

Our vacation was just beautiful. Already upon arrival, it took our breath away, because the villa is fantastically located with a magnificent view over the Adriatic. Just relax! The pictures didn't promise too much, it was all as described. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and from each room you have a fantastic view of the sunrise. The house is fully air-conditioned and the kitchen is well equipped. From the pool you have a fantastic view of the sea! Thank you for this great family vacation. We will never forget it!

Probably our favorite accommodation ever! We stayed as a family of four, which included a toddler. The home was perfectly set up for our family and we thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor space. The host was very responsive and very friendly. Immaculately clean and tidy.

The Villa is beautiful. The architecture, design and build is first rate. The interior design is soothing and comfortable. A mix of stone farmhouse and modern mediterranean. Everything was very high quality and most impressive. The location and views are amazing. The pool and pool house are stunning. The landscape is very well done, the garden ( we did pick tomatoes, watermelon, baby carrots and shallots, after we asked if it was ok) is lovely. The grapes were picked during our stay and one of our group helped out ( for about 15 minutes, ha ha). The only minor drawback were the bugs. Evidently late Sept early Oct. is the season for a particular bug. No big thing. I highly recommend the Villa and thank you Andreas and Hana.

Great villas private felt safe and a short ride to everything a+++

Six of us spent 11 nights in this villa. It was a very nice stay. Beds were very comfortable and everything very clean. The kitchen equipment was first-class, nothing was missing, there was also a coffee machine and a whole pack of beans for it. We also enjoyed the outdoor kitchen very much and used it a lot. The only drawback here was the knives, which could have been a little sharper. Danijel was extremely friendly and helpful, on request he brought us additional towels and took care of everything very exemplarily. The drive to the villa is a bit adventurous, over a very tiny road, but you are away from all the hustle and bustle and have a breathtaking view of the sea and the island of Cres. We can definitely recommend the place.

Nice getaway if you want some quiet family time

We stayed with a total of 10 friends at Villa 2M and really enjoyed our stay. The house is well equipped (great kitchen, spacious bedrooms, various bathrooms, pool, outdoor kitchen,…) and we had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the lovely outside sitting area. Marina and Mikey were exceptional hosts and provided recommendations and helpful tips wherever possible. We would highly recommend to stay at their house and are looking forward to coming back one day.

The villa is beautiful, very clean and equipped with every comfort. High-quality materials outside and in the kitchen, very pleasant. The swimming pool is wonderful with warm temperatures. A rental car is needed to explore the area. Pula is a half-hour drive, as is Rovinj. The village of Bale nearby is authentic and therefore very nice. The bedrooms all have their own bathroom, also very clean and tidy. Plenty of towels and closet space. The beds are very nice. Communication went smoothly. Anton responded quickly and was friendly. Recommended for when you want to relax in peace :)

The house is simply beautiful and has everything you could ask for. 🥰 You immediately feel comfortable and at home. The kitchen is perfectly equipped and otherwise we didn't miss anything. The cleanliness of the house is a 10/10 - just spotlessly clean!! 🤩 The hostess, Mateja, is a very hearty, loving and helpful person! Everything was perfect, we found everything you need for a great stay, the villa is in a very quiet and quiet place and the owner was very friendly.

This villa was a really nice place to relax and watch the sunsets at the pool :) Also the living spaces, kitchen and outdoor cooking area were excellent. We can really recommend staying here and enjoy the quiet surrounding nature. Thanks for hosting us :)

We were there with 5 people and it is simply a mega beautiful house furnished with a lot of love and very very cozy. The furnishings are of high quality and the kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. It was best that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The pool was used every day despite the not so summery weather. Our little dog also felt super comfortable. The place is really very central, you are super fixed in Pula or Rovinji. We will definitely be back. Thanks to the hosts and also to Sarah.
