really lovely home. great location. it was great to have a few breakfast starters. there was every thing we needed for breakfast for the first day. we throughly enjoyed our stay.

Anthony was extremely helpful and super responsive, this lovely Jen took the time out to call me as I booked quite late in the day and he wanted to make sure that the room was absolutely perfect. Of course the pictures never do the place justice, such a clean fresh smelling place And you can see great deal of attention to detail and to make sure that guests have a really good stay. Anthony was a delightful host and accommodation with its wonderful bed and comfy couch were absolutely exceptional, just fine attention to detail of putting in different flavoured teabags, fresh smelling hand soaps in the bathroom and curtains up blinds at the door that you would find in a five star hotel. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone not just because of the super clean and value for money, but because of Anthony’s really kind and warm approach and I wish him every success in the future.

I'm an estate agent so I've seen my fair share of good, bad and ugly properties. Myself and colleagues were in town for a work conference at Eastside Rooms. The property was immaculate, spacious, ideal for sharers with the additional bathrooms, and Darren was very informative before, during and after. Ideal for professional stays.

Really great base for a week of travel. Spacious house with plenty of things provided to make the stay better. Nice garden to enjoy the sun in, and a nice neighbourhood with shops and restaurants nearby. Would definitely use this again.

We had a great time using Yoniques home as a base for an event at the NEC. My daughter has already asked if we can stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at Beech House. It is one of the most beautiful houses I have ever stayed in, and is in beautiful surroundings. Would highly recommend!

It was a great place to stay, and the host was very accommodating—always replying almost immediately whenever we had questions. My friends and I enjoyed the place for our weekend getaway; the pool table and ping pong table were a definite plus! I’ll definitely book again for future stays in Birmingham. :)

Lovely little place, perfect to stay at for events at the NEC. Superbly clean, has everything you need for a night's stay. Victoria's communication was superb, messaged back quickly and left some nice little treats for arrival. Also handy to charge your EV too. Would definitely recommend and will likely be stay again in the future.

Really lovely little space to stay in for a week. Nicholas was really helpful when I struggled to find the bins and gave Really clear instructions on everything needed to be done for check in and check out.

Such a gorgeous little space. Spotlessly clean. Lovely bed linen and comfortable bed. We enjoyed eating our breakfast outside for the couple of mornings of our stay. The kitchenette had a sink, microwave, fridge/freezer and kettle. Everything about it suggested quality and care. Would definitely stay again.

The Lofthouse was perfect for two - plenty of space for a short-medium term stay, well equipped and beautifully furnished. I loved having breakfast on the sunny balcony (sunny for most of the day with beautiful countryside views), and the toiletries provided smelled amazing. We also appreciated the fresh milk, soft drinks and laundry/dishwasher tablets in our welcome pack. We are hoping to return regularly when we visit family based nearby.

Overall a very good stay, this apartment is as described. Great location, central to everything. Marvin was a very helpful and responsive host, we would stay again!

Sarah’s place was really nice. It had enough space and it was very comfy. Especially the bed. Sarah and her husband are really nice people and made me feel very welcome. Would definitely stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay. Perfect for what we needed. Spotlessly clean, lovely and quiet and was very easy to find. Esther and John were perfect hosts, and finding there was tea, coffee, sugar and fresh milk available, along with a selection of biscuits on arrival was a lovely gesture. I would definitely recommend staying at the Summerhouse and will certainly be looking to book there again when we are back that way 😀

Easy check-in, timely response, a homey feeling, worth recommending

Paul’s house is clean and the bed is very comfortable. It is a real home from home and a great place to stay. The parking at the back is a real bonus.

I stayed here for around 40 days and honestly, it felt like a home away from home. The hosts are incredibly responsive and kind — they replied to any queries I had almost instantly, and were sweet enough to accommodate a late checkout when I requested it. The house is exactly as shown in the pictures: cosy, clean, and very inviting. The pantry was well stocked with essentials (and more), which made cooking easy and convenient. Every little detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and I felt genuinely spoilt! The Wi-Fi is fast, everything is well maintained, and the location is perfect — just a 7–8 minute bus ride to Bullring. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a comfortable and well-managed stay.

Fantastic location, just a short walking distance from the train station and many of the best restaurants in the city. The flat was very well kept and exactly like in the photos. The host was quick to reply and both checkin and checkout went smoothly.

Approached Sophie place after a last minute decision to stay over night, ready to collect a vehicle the next day. Enquiry made at 6pm, response had within 5 mins and booking was made shortly after. We traveled up, check in around 9pm and had a stress free overnight stay with our little boy and two dogs. Flat 2 was well equipped, spacious and pleasant to spend the evening/ morning. Sophie’s instructions and communication was clear and responsive - can easily recommend! thanks!
