Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Sloans Lake

We had an amazing trip! First of all, Erik and his team were very friendly, responsive, and flexible with us especially with our very early flight. The house was so cute and we felt right at home. We also loved all the games and books available in the living room. The area was very walkable with great restaurants around. We enjoyed side pony, ODell brewing, Moonflower coffee, and Sloan lake which were all within walking distance. We would love to stay here again in the future!

This is the second time I have stayed at this place and would highly recommend it. It’s especially nice to be able to use the back yard which has a lot of privacy. I would stay there again.

Lots of family and friends coming in to Denver for my sister’s 40th birthday. This location happened to be absolutely perfect for us. First, because it was directly across the street from my sisters home, so we could easily bounce back and forth between homes. Secondly, because the house was amazing. It had plenty of space for our large group. Everything was clean and beautiful and truly felt like home for the weekend. We all loved the back deck and spent a lot of time back there catching up. I really couldn’t have asked for anything better. Thanks again!!

Had a great stay! Perfect set-up for the seven of us! Well-stocked kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. We loved the redwood hot tub and outside seating area! So close to everything!

Great place to stay, comfortable, clean with kitchen and everything you need to stay for two people, 10 minutes to the shopping area and 15 minutes from hiking trails. Communication with host was great and easy check in and out.

Great house—comfortable spacious well-appointed, and James is a wonderful host. The house is located next to the highway so there is a fair amount of traffic noise when you spend time outside (backyard or at fire pit). But this is not a problem inside the house at all. Would definitely stay here again.

I loved my stay at Erica's & Brianna's. They were very responsive to my needs and requests for recommendations. The location is walkable to a little grocery store, some restaurants and cafés, etc. The apartment was just as listed and had some thoughtful touches (sunscreen in the bathroom, hand lotion by the sink). I used the kitchen a lot and thought it was perfect for a short stay. This is a basement apartment as listing says, so be prepared to go down a short set of stairs to get to the space, however there are some windows to help with the basement feel. Overall, excellent stay for a great price. I'd recommend it to anyone staying in the RiNO area!

Nice place. Very secluded and peaceful. Extremley clean as well. Owner was very polite and helpful. Definitely recommend this property to anyone.

Travis and wendee are by far the best hosts we’ve had so far very responsive respectful and friendly hosts 5/5 very private and homey! The location is close to local restaurants and places near the University district and downtown is only 15 minutes away! Will book again in the future

We loved our stay! The kitchen is huge with tons of counter space, and the bathroom was clean and roomy as well. There’s an excellent couch in the living room that is big enough to sleep on, if needed. The unit was very close to town which made for an easy walk to breakfast in the morning.

This was the second time we have stayed in an Airbnb and it was nice to be able to meet the host. ( it was by coincidence) she was very friendly. The moment we walked in it felt like we were home. I enjoyed reading other people’s comments and seeing where they were from visiting Tamra’s home. would definitely recommend staying here

Great spot! Very walkable neighborhood and great shops near by. Make sure you have all THREE lock codes before trying to get in. After I figured out the place had THREE lock codes I felt very safe. Apartment is also a lot bigger than pictured so that’s a plus.

My friend and I loved our stay at Jessica’s place!! Perfect location, clean, and plenty of space. Would definitely stay again!

Jimmy’s home was the perfect getaway/escape from the city while still being very close to everything! He was a top notch host and was very accommodating. It was a nice reset from reality. 10/10 recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Dee’s while in town for graduation. The house is lovely, with everything we could need. The rooms were very comfortable. Luckily, the weather was beautiful so we spent most of the time enjoying the garden. The neighborhood is quiet, close to walking paths and convenient to CU. Overall, a perfect stay for a family gathering.

We had a great time in this beautiful home! There is so much to do for adults and teenagers. We made use of a lot the amenities (fire pit, axe throwing, arcade games, board games and hot tub). There is a grocery store about 15 minutes away, we got several meals and cooked at the house, which is stocked with plenty of cooking essentials. The owner is great at communicating and responded to me very quickly.. We definitely want to plan another trip to stay here.
