The little house is next to a 2 acre pond(that fluctuates), in a small neighborhood, 15 minutes from Brevard and Rosman. Upstairs is a covered porch with a bench, and down stairs is another covered porch with a swing and laundry room. Inside is a Queen bed, full kitchen, and a three-quarter bathroom. Pet friendly. Fire pit. This is the only house on the pond, and you will have your own dock. DISCLAIMER: THE POND IS LOW & OUT OF MY CONTROL! East Fork River, Dupont, and Pisgah Forest are nearby.

Wake up to a peaceful and private view of rhododendron and mountain laurel. You may even see a white squirrel or black bear. This is our home. We work hard to create a peaceful, cozy space for you.
