Fairytale location with sea view in Rörum in Österlen.

Dream place in Nature.. Close to everything! Wonderful house and garden. Charming spacious and comfortable with Sagolik view over meadows, fields, ocean & forest. Generous with beds and extra beds with screenings are arranged easily, several comfortable sofas in two separate living rooms and a large homey kitchen. The bathroom is spacious with a large shower and there is a closet space in all the bedrooms. Fiber that provides the highest level WIFI and the 4G mast is also close by. For the children there are beds, chairs & a wonderful playhouse.

Relax with the whole family, friends or alone in this peaceful year-round accommodation. 1910s house of 130 sqm with kitchen, two toilets, several bedrooms, living room and dining room. Cozy gazebo as well as two patios overlooking meadows, fields and cow pastures. Lush garden with roses, raspberries and spices. Parking for 2-4 cars. There is a farm shop 100 m away from the house. Our summer house sits in the rural heart of Sweden's beautiful Österlen countryside. We are surrounded by forests and some of Swedens best beaches, hiking & biking trails. Situated just outside the beautiful village of Rörum and located less than 10 mins drive from the incredible Knäbäckshusens beach, there are endless possibilities to hike, bike, swim & play sport... or simply do nothing other than sleep and take a dip in our heated pool, followed by a wood fired sauna.

Quiet and beautiful accommodation on the border of Stenshuvud National Park. A spacious house for a couple, or a single traveller. Large bedroom, bright living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and sauna. Underfloor heating in all rooms. Protected location, surrounded by forest and pastures with sheep. The house has a smaller patio, and you have free access to our garden. You reach the sea via a half-hour walk through an enchanting forest.

Newly built house in Vik, with room for 5 people. Wonderful views from the balcony and the two patios. Living room with kitchen, spacious hall, tiled bathroom, upstairs with living room and bedroom. Near Stenshuvud National Park, Almond Man's Gardens and two fantastic golf courses. A minute walk to the beach and port but also to the bus stop with good transport to Simrishamn and Kristianstad. A wonderful place for lazy days, but also for nature lovers.

Charming and spacious house with nice details to enjoy during the Österlen holidays. Here you have cozy days with a fireplace and a nice view. Located near Simrishamn with cycling distance to Brantevik and swimming from swimming ladder by cliffs. Four bicycles are available to borrow, three women's bikes and a men's bike. 15-20 min drive to sandy beaches.
