Around the whole house is the large balcony. Below is a cozy path (50 m) to the private jetty for a morning swim. Take a ride with the rowing boat and try your luck fishing or borrow our two SUPs. Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the seagulls' cries with your morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim as the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. On the first floor of the house there is a living room and kitchen. Upstairs contains a larger bedroom with two beds and sea view, a smaller bedroom with two beds, living room with a bed and toilet By the patio there is an exit to the viewpoint with magnificent views of Skärhamn and the west sea. Free car parking is available outside the house.

Njut av solnedgången på den härliga altanen eller ta en kort promenad ner till bryggan för ett dopp. Närhet till centrala till Stenungsund med affärer och restauranger. I närområdet finns många fina utflyktsmål. Till Orust/Tjörn och övriga Bohuslän tar man sig snabbt och lätt.

The house is very bright and surrounded by a large wooden terrace with dining and sunbathing areas and a sauna. The house has an open-plan cooking, dining and living area that is open to the roof. On a gallery on the second floor is a second large living room. The nearest bathing site with a small beach and cliffs can be reached in 10 minutes by bike (available in the house).

Now you have the opportunity to stay in a completely newly built house in Skärhamn, Tjörn. The house is 158 sqm, divided into two floors, with four bedrooms in total. The living room upstairs also has a sofa bed, with room for two people. The house has a modern floor plan and is of a high standard. Several swimming areas within a kilometer, proximity to a bakery, liquor store and a very well-stocked grocery store.

The apartment is nestled in greenery, a stone's throw from the sea. Here you are close to salty baths, both from cliffs, sandy beach or diving tower. The central town of Skärhamn is a bike ride away. Relax in the garden or on your own patio of the apartment. We love animals and are happy to welcome four-legged friends. We have both a cat and a dog that walks loose in the garden.
