On the first floor of the house there is a living room and kitchen. Upstairs contains a larger bedroom with two beds and sea view, a smaller bedroom with two beds, living room with a bed and toilet By the patio there is an exit to the viewpoint with magnificent views of Skärhamn and the west sea. Free car parking is available outside the house.

Villa Hällene is a modern wooden house, located next to the famous Pilane sculpture park in pristine rocky landscape. The house is very bright and surrounded by a large wooden terrace with dining and sunbathing areas and a sauna. The house has an open-plan cooking, dining and living area that is open to the roof. On a gallery on the second floor is a second large living room. The nearest bathing site with a small beach and cliffs can be reached in 10 minutes by bike (available in the house).

The house is also super cosy during the winter with an open fire place, warm bath in the hot tub and the sauna. A fantastic place to reflect over life.

A very lovely patio. The house has three floors where the bottom floor can be used as a private apartment if you want it, with its own kitchen, toilet, bedroom. In total the house has 5 bedrooms. Two double beds and 3 120 cm beds. There is a trampoline for the kids. A wood fired hot tub.

Close to restaurants, local shop, bakery, crab fishing, soccer field, beaches, golf, tennis, kayaking, sauna etc. Here is everything you need to relax while full of activities. Fully equipped kitchen. No wifi but coverage for 4G is good. Bed for 4-5 adults. 3 beds are 90 cm wide and 2 beds are 120 cm wide. NOTE: Tenant brings own sheets, towels and cleans himself.

Our newly built guest house is just 20 metres from Kårevik harbour and a bathing area. The view of Åstol, Marstrand with Carlsten Fortress, Dyrön and the horizon is outstanding and breathtaking. Less than a minute away, you have access to your morning dip. We built our house on a cliff near the water. This is the ultimate place for all couples who want to relax and enjoy the sun, wind and water, but due to the steep cliffs it is not suitable for children.
