Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Skælskør

Ulla was a gracious host. She communicated clearly and promptly. We loved staying at her place. It felt warm, cozy and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. There was a lovely backyard garden. It was <10min walk to the grocery store and <15min walk to the station. There is a lake close by with walking and biking trails.

The place was nice, quite and well maintained. One thing we did not like is the barbecue wasn’t quite clean to use right away, recommend highly who wants to see the south side of Denmark and islands with few attractions max 1 hour away by car.

Martin’s place is worth your time. And your time is worth anything. The natural environment will make it seem to stand still. Relax in the garden, pick some herbs for your evening meal. The street is only for some local traffic, so really quiet. From Martin’s place, you can take small trips to the little hamlets to the north, or you can just take the highway to wherever you like. A day to Copenhagen or Malmö? Easy. Or get an ice cream on Enø. The house itself breathes previous farming life, it’s just lovely. You will want to spend your time here.

Stine’s house is a little gem, with just about everything you need. We spent four days there with our daughter and enjoyed it a lot. Stine is a really nice and easy host. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic week in this beautiful beach house! The modern and stylish furnishings immediately impressed us - everything is designed with great attention to detail and looks very high-quality. The view of the sea is simply breathtaking, even from the sofa. The location is absolutely unique - right on the beach, wonderfully quiet and perfect for relaxing. A real highlight was the wood-fired hot tub on the terrace - a fantastic experience under the starry sky, especially in the evening. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely be back!

Cozy old house, exciting decor, slightly impractical, but there was everything that should be. Except for the shower curtain in the bathroom! And a railing at the entrance stairs would be desirable!

We stayed with children and grandchildren for 4 days in the incredibly well-equipped , shamefully furnished , modernly renovated farmhouse of Jakob. Everyone felt very comfortable. Above all, the limitless play opportunities ( especially the huge sports hall!!!) for our still small grandchildren feared us very much. Because of the secluded location, we could not disturb anyone. So wonderful days. We'll be back next year. Many thanks to Jacob.

We were very excited about this place. Nicely renovated old stable with everything you need for a stay. And then it is wonderfully located in the middle of the Funen nature with lovely peace and quiet. Lone, our hostess was top notch. We arrived one late night, and then homemade cake was ready for us. There was also coffee and tea and in the fridge was beer, water, homemade jams, freshly laid eggs and roll sausage. There were bowls in the freezer. SO lovely. She was very hospitable and offered to use her sun loungers, etc. if we wanted to. In addition, she was nice to tell us about the area and recommend different places we should see. Gavnø’s was a great place to getaway and relax

A wonderfully thought-out and lovingly furnished apartment with high-quality furniture and everything you need. A great terrace, nice and quiet and green to the garden. The bed is very comfortable. We felt very comfortable. The communication was great and thank you for letting us come on such short notice. Best regards

The place is a super nice and quiet place, lots of nature nearby, the apartment is large and charming in an old abandoned cooperative. The host is a very friendly person and informative about visiting places, etc. Absolutely a place we would like to spend an extra trip to. For nature and bird lovers, the area is absolutely fantastic. Fyns head is about 10 km away. Best regards, Marianne and Jens Erik.

The apartment is a great choice for short and long stays in Roskilde. It passes good for families cause has a lot of space also everything is set for remote work. It is also really nice place to stay for city exploration - all POIs are in close proximity. I highly recommend the Rikke Apartment.

We rented the apartment for a weekend. It was super nice, clean and beautiful to stay in! For us, it was in perfect walking distance to the things we had to do in Vordingborg that weekend (DGI House and center). Helena was a really good and helpful host. She responded quickly to all questions before the stay, and it made you feel completely safe coming to the apartment. An apartment where you can quickly feel at home. Highly recommended if you are visiting Vordingborg.

we had a lovely weekend in the apartment. it was bright and clean. and there was what you needed, such as hand soap, sulfo, shampoo, toilet paper and a lot of other essentials. There were even ground coffee beans. we forgot a packed lunch on the counter when we checked out. But it was no problem that we went back after it when we discovered it a few hours later. we were also allowed to invite an extra family member to sleep in the apartment, even though we were then 5. so overall it was a lovely apartment, with some welcoming hosts.

The house is comfortably furnished, clean and very dog-friendly. We felt very welcome. We spent wonderful days in her house and the surrounding area. Ingeborg is a lovely and uncomplicated hostess. We are happy to recommend her.

We spent three weeks of late summer in the Birkehuset. In the huge garden there are several plum trees that have just carried ripe fruits and tasted very delicious. The cottage is very charming and located a little outside, so you have your peace and quiet. By car, you can quickly reach the sea and walk there for hours and watch birds. There are also great tours inland around the nearby lakes. In the lovingly furnished house there is everything you need, we enjoyed the time there very much.

We had a great week at the Sunset Lodge and would come back anytime. The area is very quiet and you have a great view of the sea. The house is very lovingly furnished and cozy. An all-round successful stay :)

Cool and large house with many bedrooms and large beds. Perfect for the big party. Two great bathrooms and well equipped kitchen. Access to gas grill on the wonderful terrace surrounded by beautiful deciduous forest. Takes about 25 minutes by train to central Copenhagen, walk about 14 minutes to the local train. A very affordable accommodation in scenic surroundings.

This was our fifth trip to Denmark and the Copenhagen area. This villa and this host were the absolute best experience thus far! The villa was immaculate and very private, our granddaughters loved the hot tub and the garden with the trampoline. Highly recommend!
