Create wonderful memories in this unique home in a private forest. Cycling distance (on bike path) to Kobæk Strand and Skælskør (4.5 km). The apartment of approx. 50 m2 has a living room and kitchen in one, 2 small rooms (double bed 180 cm), small hallway and toilet with shower. The apartment is therefore suitable for 2 couples or a family with children. Both from the living room and the private, secluded terrace, you can enjoy the view of the forest, where there are plenty of birds, squirrels, hares and deer. Terrace is equipped with garden furniture and gas grill.

New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the scene for a wonderful place. The house was voted the winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful cottage on DR1 (2014). The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

The apartment is 55 m2 and contains a bedroom, kitchen/living room and bathroom. In the living room, there is a sofa bed that sleeps two and a dining area for four people. The kitchen has an oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. The bedroom has a double bunk bed and access to the shared garden. From the bedroom, there is access to the bathroom with double sink, toilet, shower and washing machine. NOTE! Please note that an additional fee is payable for adults number three and four. Children are always free.

Kom i kontakt med naturen igen i denne uforglemmelige nyere og lækre bolig med dejlig have. Her på gården finder du både ro, smukke solopgange og nedgange. Der er flere steder på grunden at nyde naturen og synet af hestene, klappe dem eller hilse på gårdkatten samt vores dansk svenske gårdhund. Det er helt op til Jer. I har en hel lejlighed, med egen indgang, i boligen samt en have med to terrasser. I den anden halvdel af boligen bor mine 3 piger og jeg selv. God parkering i gårdspladsen.

Sovesofa med 2 sovepladser, samt en seng med 2 sovepladser (1,5 mandsseng) . Lille thekøkken med 2 kogeplader. Lille køleskab. Elkedel, brødrister, samt service. Brændeovn. Lille badeværelse med wc og bruser. Dejlig terrasse med bord og stole. Prisen er for opredning til 2 personer. Vi kan tilbyde ydereligere opredning til 100 kr. per. person.
