Downtown is a fun and vibrant place to explore restaurants, bars, coffee houses, breweries and stores. Not to forget the Washington Pavilion, the historic State Theater and Falls Park.

Newly built CLEAN house, corner lot with huge fenced backyard. We have a grill and picnic table deck. A very SAFE neighborhood, 10-15 min from downtown & the airport. Close to shopping, parks, and a large baseball diamond. When we say ENTIRE we mean it. Both bedrooms have Queen Beds. Master has an attached bathroom, a TV and, a walk-in closet. Living room has two couches and a coffee table, accompanied by a 60-inch TV. Kitchen is available with ALL needed cookware and Dining Utensils.

Easy access to downtown, Denny Sanford Premier Center, all hospitals, and the Mall. A short two block walk to the Zoo or Sherman Park, or to access to the Sioux Falls Bike Trail. The back deck is a great place to hang out when you are planning to take a break from your busy SF schedule.

Newer house in a nice residential neighborhood. Close to skiing and car race track NO CLEANING FEES Space available for Airbnb rental is the main part of the house. Owner has a separate apartment in the basement with a separate entrance. There is a lock on both sides of the door going to the basement at the bottom of the stairs. I will always try to be respectful of your privacy. If you do need anything let me know and I will make myself available.
