We have built our very roomy home to resemble a barn. Having raised our 13 children here we have some empty space. Welcome to Blue Tin Ranch, an event venue loffering unique stays! The chicken coop is considered glamping. When booking this listing you will be treated to our renovated chicken coop. The coop was trailered over from our grandpa's farm, and converted to an Airbnb/summer kitchen! You will have two bedrooms, a living area and a kitchenette all to yourself. Shared bathrooms are only a short walk away. Hang out in the coop or explore all the property has to offer! Chickens not included

The Grain Bin Lodge and Retreat

Sorry, no children under the age of 12. This large grain bin has been converted into a rustic two story getaway using reclaimed barn wood and many antiques. The 700 square foot main floor includes a full bath, a vintage retro kitchenette (micro wave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, NO OVEN), reclining love seat, a smart tv with WIFI and Direct TV, along with a large dining area with 2 tables. The 500 square foot open loft area includes one full bed and 2 queen beds.

Country A-frame near Ponca State Park on 4.5 acres of country setting. Featuring a 4-5 person hot tub as of May, 2025. Sit in the hot tub and enjoy the Nebraska sunset and stars. A frame cabin completed in 2024. Full bedroom, sleeps 2 on a queen size bed. Loft features 2 twin beds.. Kitchen with small fridge, hot plate, microwave, dishes supplied. Firepit. Parking for RV's and boats available. Enjoy scenic countryside views from front deck.

Families love the new splash pad right across the street. We call it Park Place because we own three homes on this block- and this one sits right across from the park!

Located on a historic golf course (Sioux Golf & Country Club) that was established in 1888. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house sports a spacious living area including an 800 square foot deck that overlooks the golf course. Relax with the whole family, enjoy the fireplace in the winter, and the golf course views throughout the year.
