The house is located 7 km from the center of the village of Sintra, 19 km from Ericeira, 30 km from the center of Lisbon, 20 km from Cascais and 10 km from the beaches. The Municipality of Sintra has a tourist tax. The fee is € 1 per guest / per night, up to a maximum of 3 nights. Guests under the age of 13 are exempt.

It was built in 1940 and was recently totally restored. An electric car or a 9 seat Van is available for rental by request, with excellent conditions, pick up in Sintra or at the airport.
