Die Neubauwohnung verfügt über eine moderne Ausstattung, die erst 2022 fertiggestellt wurde. Mithilfe von SmartHome lassen sich viele Features z. B. Beleuchtung & Multimedia per Sprachbefehl steuern. Bis zum See vergehen ca. 12min mit dem Auto. Auch der Bahnhof ist zu Fuß in 5min erreichbar, mit einer direkten Zugverbindung an den Bodensee.

Herzlich willkommen in unserem kleinen Paradies! Wir haben uns über die letzten Jahre ein kleine Oase erschaffen, in der es uns an nichts mehr gefehlt hat. Von Gästezimmer, über Sauna, Whirlpool, Glamping Dome, Pavillon und Outdoor Küche umfasst unser Garten alles was man für eine gemütliche Zeit braucht. Wir wohnen am Rande einer sehr kleinen Ortschaft, etwa 14 kilometer vom Bodensee entfernt. Der Garten ist umgeben von Natur und hier in der Region lassen sich viele schöne Dinge unternehmen.

Tobi‘s Ferienapartment

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eines Mehrfamilienhauses mit eigenem Eingang. Küchenbereich und Flur sind offen gestaltet und gehen fliessend in den Ess- und Wohnbereich über. Die Küche selbst ist neu und verfügt über einen Geschirrspüler, Backofen und eine Mikrowelle. Das großzügige Badezimmer hat eine Badewanne und eine separate Dusche. Im funktional eingerichteten Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein Doppelbett für zwei Personen. Die Terrasse ist von der Straße fast nicht einsehbar.

A cozy apartment, comfortably furnished living room, dining room and bedroom with an integrated modern kitchen. A small bathroom with a shower and toilet and was completely renovated in 2021/22 and the kitchen was newly installed with a coffee maker. Parking is also available. No pets. The price refers to 2 people including towels & bed sheets

From the summer hustle and bustle right on the lake, you have a healthy distance. This stylish home is perfect for family and group travel.

The 65 sqm apartment is newly renovated and lovingly furnished with high-quality furnishings. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed (1.80x2m) with a separate bunk for children (up to approx. 10 years), a living room with a sofa bed that can be used if necessary. The kitchen in the dining-living room is fully equipped. There are two quiet terraces between orchards and the garden.
