Staying at Shridhar’s place was a truly wonderful experience. The apartment was beautifully done and had a warm, homely vibe that made me feel instantly comfortable. The apartment was not only aesthetically pleasing but also well-located—close to all the popular spots in North Goa. The pool added a lovely touch to the whole experience. Shridhar was an excellent host—very responsive and always just a message away. I had a great time here and would love to stay again on my next visit to Goa. Highly recommended. Thank you Sumer for a great stay! The duplex apartment was spotless and some thoughtful touches made us feel right at home. The location was perfect being so close to many iconic restaurants and local attractions. The home was cozy and clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. Sumer was very accommodating and provided great local resturant tips. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay and he allowed us a late check out at a nominal fee. We appreciated Sumer's quick responses and helpful recommendations. We’d love to stay here again!

I was traveling alone and this place was perfect to relax and get some work done at the same time. it looked exactly as it did in the photos, with the locality nested within a peaceful and serene housing society. I really enjoyed my stay and look forward to coming back in the future.

Tarunpreet is incredibly warm and welcoming. Even before booking the place, I had quite a few questions, and she patiently answered all of them. We arrived late at night, but thanks to her clear guidance on how to get there and check in, everything was smooth and hassle-free. She even stayed in touch to make sure we were settled in comfortably and recommended some great restaurants and experiences. The place itself is clean, cozy, and tucked away in a peaceful spot — perfect for unwinding. Despite being nestled away, we had no trouble finding cabs or getting around, and everything we needed was still nearby. It truly felt like the best of both worlds. I’d definitely recommend this stay and can’t wait to visit again soon!

From the moment I walked in,the place felt welcoming .The apartment was cozy and very well kept .It had everything needed for a comfortable stay . The toiletries in the bathrooms and fresh towels and soap etc made the place feel even more welcoming. I was at ease throughout my stay. A well equipped warm and cozy place to stay!!

Goa is all about experience, and our stay at Niloy's abode was just like our second home. Everything clean fresh and homely. Location is awesome, it's peaceful yet well connected with the world. Niloy had been extremely helpful everywhere you can ever imagine. Very comfortable very safe and very well maintained. loved every moment spent there and looking forward to many more stays with Niloy. Located in one of the most happening places is goa yet peaceful. You name it and it's there all around. Will recommend long stays to really understand the people and culture of this fantastic place. Extremely happy and satisfied for everything.

Amazing and wonderful experience at this feel like home apartment Naveen was a truly great guy he knows everything the needs of the guest and everything was spot on the apartment had everything from cutlery to washing machine from microwave to iron there was everything even the bathrooms were so clean surely i will visit this apartment next time when i came to Goa.. Yes this was absolutely amazing place its very easy to commute anywhere in north goa and just out side in just walking of 1 minute away everything was there so much good restaurant and beach sundowners are 5 minute from us and infact we wanted to extend our stay but unfortunately it was booked but for sure we are gonna stay when we ll go Goa till next time last but not the least the host was very helpfull and staff was very supported just one call away I recommend people that u must book this on airbnb if you are coming to Goa Thanku so much our wonderful stay .

I had a fantastic stay at this property near Baga Beach and Titos Lane! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach and all the vibrant nightlife. It's really a wonderful stay, I stayed there for 3 days and it was great, peaceful surrounding and nearby to Vagtor beach. Smooth check in and check out, would recommend this place.
