Nikhil is an incredibly accommodating host, and will ensure that you are comfortable during your stay by means of prompt communication as well as very well equipped and helpful staff (security, housekeeping, well priced laundry services) at the airbnb. We didn’t face any difficulties during our two week stay and would choose this place again. The stay is exactly as described in the pictures, is super clean and comfortable. All the appliances, crockery, toiletries etc are clean and well maintained. You would also be staying in an upscale locality which has proximity to all the best places in Bandra. This is a perfect place for someone to stay who is returning to Bombay and wants to feel at home. Chuim Village is quiet and well located in Khar West, just a couple minute's walk from Carter road and a quick rickshaw ride away from Pali Naka. It's an old little neighbourhood tucked away from the main road, so it's very quiet for Mumbai standards. Old buildings are going to come with some dampness and mustiness, which went away when the AC was on, and otherwise the place was clean and comfortable. We really liked how easy it was to find it and get inside after a late night arrival. Amit was super helpful with details for our visa, a nice little welcome note and was always responsive. He even offered cleaning on our second day, and left us a great range of fruit to try. One thing is that it would be more comfortable if the curtains blocked out more light and gave more privacy.

This was hands down the most beautiful home I’ve ever stayed in. Every little detail reflected love nd care,the plants,the books,the cozy corners gave off such a calming,aesthetic vibe. It felt like a dream. We hd the best time as a family,watching movies late into the night,laughing,relaxing,nd just soaking in the warmth of the space. One of the most special memories was the ‘People's Lager’ left for us as a welcome. We ended up calling it our ‘welcome drink’ nd tht simple gesture turned into a core memory I’ll never forget,a rare nd beautiful moment of bonding with my parents. Even the watchman was incredibly sweet and helpful. A huge thank you to our amazing hosts,Pavika and Siddhartha. From the moment we booked,they created a group,guided us through everything, and gave us the sweetest rec for shopping,food n fun. So kind,responsive nd thoughtful nd they truly made us feel at home. This wasn’t just a stay, it was an experience I’ll carry in my heart forever. God bless you guys ♥

Excellent large apartment, very well furnished with all the amenities you need for a home away from home stay. Neevia is a most gracious and responsive host always communicating clearly and checking in regularly on us to confirmwe werecomfortable. There was milk, yoghurt, fruits and bottled water in the fridge. Tea, coffee, spices, butter, bread had also been provided. The flat is also in a great location in a quiet street but yet a stone's throw away from shopping and dining.Truly the best AirBnB that we have ever stayed.

We had a wonderful stay here. The hosts were kind enough to accommodate our early check-in request, which was much appreciated after a long journey. The location is convenient—just 30 minutes from Manohar Airport, and within similar distance to major beaches and popular eateries around Siolim. It made exploring North Goa incredibly easy. We were traveling with a baby, and the house had everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. We also worked remotely during our stay, and the Wi-Fi was reliable for multiple people working simultaneously. The space was well laid out with enough rooms to manage work and rest comfortably. The property was regularly cleaned, which made it very comfortable for an extended stay. There's also a shared pool, which we often found to be nearly empty—great for a quiet dip. Overall, excellent value for money. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a comfortable, well-connected, and family-friendly stay in Goa.

Very well maintained and amazing property. The Hall room and bedrooms are well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The Kitchen was fully equipped with utensils, crockery etc It also had plenty of food stuff like tea sugar oil rice papad and much more … There was also a welcome basket of chips, cookies and soft drinks in the house. The cleanliness and hygiene standards are excellent, which made my stay even more pleasant. The location is also a plus—easily accessible and well-connected to key areas. Jinal was very quick in response and communication. Checkinn was very smooth. We had a wonderful experience at Jinal’s house. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a budget-friendly yet comfortable stay! Will definitely visit again. Special thanks to Jinal for her hospitality.

This was my first Air bnb, and I'm happy that it turned out to be the Best. Great place, Clean property, well maintained, Clean Bathrooms, just got everything you need. It was a Feel Good place, just book and chill. Perfect Homestay, Roshan Good Chap, helpfully fellow. Things that can be improved upon. 1. Room Cleanings can be made daily (Currently alternate days) 2. Location given on the App is wrong. That's it. Overall it was worth the money spent, thumbs up 5star. Always recommend it for families.

clean and peaceful home

If you're looking for a calm and peaceful weekend in Karjat, this place is perfect. It’s super pocket-friendly and has everything you need to relax. The view of the sunrise with Kothaligad peak in the background was just stunning. At night, sitting on the balcony under the stars was incredibly peaceful. The food was great too, Mandar has kept menus from good local restaurants like Mauli and Bombay Baithak. Just make sure to order 1–2 hours in advance, and you’re sorted. But what really stood out was Mandar himself. Even though he was in Ladakh with almost no connectivity, he still made sure we weren’t facing any issues. That level of care says a lot - he’s definitely a true Superhost. Would love to visit again, especially in the monsoon. Highly recommend!

Our two days stay at Yogesh's place was our first Airbnb stay and it was perfect. The flat is spacious, squeaky clean and all the big and small convenience items were provided. The kitchen had microwave oven, opal glass plates, steel utensils, gas stove, water filter etc. The host had thoughtfully provided packets of Maggi noodles and Good Day biscuits, instant coffee sachets . Even tea and sugar was in the store and one milk packet in the fridge. The bedrooms were very comfortable . The living room and all the bedrooms have golf course view and the view from the balcony attached to the living room is simply stunning. This unit is in a tower which is just 1 minute walk distance from the clubhouse which has a veg restaurant called Edgewood where we had excellent dinner. Overall our stay was very relaxing, comfortable and we would definitely come here again at the next opportunity.

I had a great stay at Rakesh's place! The home was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Check-in was smooth and Rakesh was a fantastic host very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. The location was convenient and peaceful making it a perfect getaway spot.

You will certainly have a lingering aftertaste of the serenity of this place. If you are looking for solitude or a get away this place would definitely serve your needs. The owner is an interior designer and apparently traveled quite a lot which reflects in the organization of each and everything there. Personally if one pays attention to things like a 'natural' chemical free non harsh detergent in the laundry room, then that person is much like me and i would immensely respect that. Secure, comfortable, serene and homely, you would never regret it.
