It was a great property with plenty of space. Large pool and air conditioning in all rooms. Great restaurants in walkable distance. Would recommend for big groups and families. The service is also quick and the management team is always responsive.

Stay was comfortable. Host was very responsive 1. arranged water can on request 2. cleaned house when we extended our stay 3. prepared house as given in listing the place 1. peaceful green surroundings 2. we had a car so was easy to get around accessibility there are uneven surfaces and steps in entry so young kids and those with accessibility requirements should consider this when booking.

We 5 friends had a great time in the 5 bedroom villa. The location is superb, very much out of the urban City and far from beaches, but alongside a beautiful river. It's perched on a hillock with a lovely view of the river. We could see Mopa airport in the distance from the villa. There's dense vegetation beside the property and we could hear peacock sounds, though not fortunate to see one. Lots of birds around the property. Though the food was not Goan in taste, it was good and the service was good too. This property is away from the main market and may not be suitable for couples but would be great for a large family or group of friends. Though we were 5 of us, we had a great time.

We stayed at the beautiful La Maroma Estate (villa 08) for 3 nights, and it was absolutely perfect. After searching through countless villas and resorts that needed to meet all our criteria—especially being safe and pet-friendly—we finally found this gem and it exceeded all expectations. Spacious, homely, well-priced, great location, the villa was spotless, tastefully decorated and thoughtfully managed. All amenities were provided and the housekeeping team was incredibly helpful and always available. I’d highly recommend this villa to anyone traveling with family, a group of friends or especially with dogs—they’ll love it as much as we did. Thank you for making our vacation so memorable.

Villa was nice.. We had a wonderful stay at the villa in Assagao. Nestled in a quiet, lush neighborhood, the property perfectly blends Goan charm with modern comforts. The interiors are tastefully done, with spacious rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and cozy lounging areas. The private pool was a highlight-clean, serene, and perfect for relaxing. A gem of an AirBnB with the best hosts and caretakers - Really enjoyed the stay. The house is beautiful, well lit, comfy and spacious. The swings indoors, the beautiful pool, and the greenery was stunning. Also felt like it was a very safe and private gated community. Loved the stay, perfect trip!

Almas and Abhishek were amazing hosts,making it an amazing experience for my family. The fact that they have a lift inside this beautiful villa is one of the best part for me since my parents who are senior citizens could enjoy staying on the top floor without the stress of climbing stairs - So a Big Thank You for making this villa elderly and kid friendly. Absolutely Amazing Experience! We had an incredible time at this villa! A group of 11 of us checked in to celebrate a 40th birthday, and everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was extremely welcoming and attentive, taking care of even the smallest details. The location is fantastic—just a 10-minute drive to all the happening places. But honestly, the villa itself is even more beautiful than the pictures! A special thanks to Ashok- the caretaker, and Aunty for their warmth and hospitality. The food they prepared was so delicious that we skipped an outdoor lunch just to enjoy another meal at the villa! Highly recommend this place, and we’d love to come back again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Such an amazing and beautiful place. We went there with our dog and such comfortable stay it was. Security staff is also really friendly at this property. This place is really clean, pretty much all the amenities and really big hall and balcony to just relax and chill. A lot of cafés and restaurants are nearby. Some of the good beaches are also 20mins drive away. Worth the stay. Thank you so much for hosting us.

The photos on Airbnb don’t do justice to how stunning this villa truly is. The entire space is beautifully designed, with multiple sections—starting from the parking area, leading up to the villa itself, then the pool, and finally direct access to the beach. Each section feels private and well thought out, offering both seclusion and easy beach access. We had an absolutely fantastic stay—completely worth it and highly recommended!

The location is peaceful and scenic—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The property itself is well-maintained with a lovely swimming pool and all the modern amenities you could ask for. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and offered a great view of the surrounding greenery. What really made our stay special were the hosts. They were warm, welcoming, and made us feel like family. The highlight was definitely the food—mouthwatering Malvani-style fish and chicken dishes that were freshly prepared and absolutely delicious. Every meal was a treat! We had a relaxing and pleasant stay. Jyoti was extremely helpful, coordinating with us from arrival to check-in and any assistance needed with the caretaker. The rooms were very clean, and the garden areas in the front and back were beautiful with various plantations. The Smart TV with Wi-Fi was a nice touch for relaxing evenings. The beach is just a short walk away, which was super convenient, especially with our 2-year-old who loved playing there. The caretaker prepared delicious, home-style meals with a variety of fish and chicken dishes we requested—truly lip-smacking! A couple of suggestions for improvement: bathroom lighting could be brighter with additional bulbs, and the water pressure in the jet spray and overhead shower was quite low. Overall, a wonderful experience that we’d definitely recommend and would love to visit again!

Barath was extremely kind and even picked me up from the airport. He helped me get a scooter once I arrived. Apartment is clean and basic, great host, definitely recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff and caretaker are the nicest people and managed everything so well. The house is well-kept and very clean and is full of necessary and essential items for a stay. The food was really tasty and homely and we loved every dish we requested. A very pleasant stay and the host Revathi is nice and took care of our needs and was available when required. The house itself is nestled in a green spot and surrounded by mango, supari and coconut trees. An ideal stay and we went there for my wife's birthday celebration and she will remember this one for sure! Revathi even helped us arrange cake for the birthday and even asked the caretakers to make Ukdiche Modak as a little birthday surprise from their side. Such a thoughtful and touching gesture! Next time we plan to come with our kid and enjoy the stay again! Thank you!

We had a lovely stay at Tellado Properties in Baia Villas, Mandrem. The aesthetic and calm atmosphere of the property were truly captivating. We fell in love with the design and architecture so much that we didn't want to leave the premises. Shakeel provided excellent caretaking service, proving to be quick and reliable. Chef Babu did an amazing job preparing delicious home-cooked meals featuring authentic Goan cuisine tailored to our taste preferences. I can't wait to visit this property again.

However, once inside, we were pleasantly surprised by how spacious it actually is. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, making our stay even more convenient. A special thanks to Suvarna for suggesting some beautiful locations to visit—Suvarnakada, in particular, was the most breathtaking place we've ever seen. We’d also like to extend our gratitude to Magesh, the caretaker, who did an excellent job in keeping the place clean and ensuring our comfort. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would love to visit again!

We had an amazing time at Turtle Beach Hut, so much so that we decided to extend our stay by an extra night. The property is peaceful, well-maintained, and spacious enough for four adults. It's located right on the beach, and the beach itself is incredibly calm, secluded, and serene. We brought our own portable BBQ setup for the evenings, which was perfect. Sharmila, the caretaker, is not only an excellent cook but also a wonderful host. She served us the freshest and most delicious Konkan fish curries and vegetable dishes, all with a warm smile. Dr. Sangita, the property owner, is a kind, welcoming, and generous lady. Overall, we rate everything 5 out of 5. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a quiet, peaceful stay—especially if you’re traveling with pets. We look forward to returning again!
