Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Simpsonville

Darryl was an excellent host and we loved his place. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and the location couldn’t have been any better. My husband enjoyed the park across the street for his morning walk, and even found an area to do body-weight exercises. We had an all-around perfect stay.

This is our 3rd time staying at this location. It is perfect location for riding the Swamp Rabbit Trail and was very close to Furman University where we had a few events. Look forward to returning next year!

I'd give them 6 stars if I could. really nice people. They live right next door.. they have a couple of apartments here on their property. They actually were life saver for me. I left my laptop power cord at home and they had one for me to use. ... Very nice and accommodating folks.

We were in town for a baseball tournament at Fluor Field. Matthew's place was an easy walk to/from the field. It is a cute, vintage apartment and Matthew's description is very accurate. We used the noise machine and didn't have any issue sleeping. We had everything we needed for our stay.

Russell and Lin were fabulous hosts. They are both super friendly. Their home was in a very convenient location for us and very handy to Furman University, Paris Mountain and restaurants in Travelers Rest. The home was just as described and provided everything we needed beautifully. The beds slept well and the kitchen and bathroom provided everything we could have needed. I highly recommend them and their lovely home.

Spent a week for work. Close to downtown and easy access to everywhere you need to travel. Great walking/running trail just down the road. Will stay again when back in Greenville.

Very nice, large & clean remodeled basement. Comfortable bed, large special bathroom, very nice kitchen & dining room , plus a living room & a laundry. We’ve stayed here before & will stay there again. The little extras make it all worth while. Very good & delicious snacks & chocolates, plus coffee pods & cold drinks in the refrigerator. The homes was very clean and spacious. The host Robert was very helpful and made sure we were aware that he was available for any questions or help.

Dave's place was perfect for our needs during our recent journey. The peaceful turtle pond was relaxing after days in the car. It was a relief to find everything as pictured, and didn't require cleaning (as we have found elsewhere). The suite was tidy and nicely decorated. The empty kitchen and bathroom cabinet space was welcome, as we stayed for 5 days. There was little need to live out of a suitcase. Our thanks to Dave for providing a pleasurable space for us.

My family enjoyed their stay at The Wright Place. We all felt at home in a "huge" way like the house. Very spacious house with very large bedrooms. There were several balconies throughout the house with plenty of tables and chairs for you to relax in. I enjoyed the kitchen since majority of the time I cooked for the family. The master bedroom had an exceptional bathroom with a large shower that have 3 nozzles in it for a relaxing shower. Plenty of parking in front of the house . The family had so much fun out at the pool and hot tub area. There was also a lounge area under the deck with a large flat screen TV. Melanie kept in touch with me during the visit communicating with me along with William. She is a very caring Christian showing how much your stay is important to you. I would go back and stay at The Wright Place again.

Amazing home In the heart of downtown Fountain Inn. You cannot ask for a better location. Home was large enough for a retreat although I was traveling for work and stayed alone. The driveway is easy to access. TV’s are plentiful and high quality. Kitchen is very spacious. Lawn is very beautiful. Very old school home with a flare of modern technology.

We were in town for a travel baseball tournament at several surrounding colleges. This house worked out fabulous for three sets of parents and four kids for four nights in five days !!!!! Great location peaceful neighborhood loved that it had a pool. Everyone could enjoy. Beds were super comfortable.

My favorite thing after a long day of traveling is walking into a beautifully clean and decorated airbnb and this was it!!! Thank you for having a spotless home. Location was close to what we needed visiting family. Also convenient and walkable to restaurants and stores. Cute town. Close to many other towns also which is nice. The driveway was small and narrow can fit two cars just not big trucks . Furniture is newer and clean. A bit on the smaller side for my husband and I but it worked. Pretty house and good layout. Nice little deck on the back and more private. The host was great! Very responsive, nice and helpful. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. We will definitely be back.

Navina was very communicative with us. We enjoyed her place in Greenville. It was perfectly located and everything was walkable. The condo was clean, spacious and accommodated 5 adults and a one year old. I have been to Greenville numerous times and Navina’s place is somewhere I would definitely stay again.

Property is very comfortable and clean. Very homey and well stocked. We loved how walkable restaurants and attractions were and proximity to parking Check in was a breeze with clear and crisp directions. Check out directions equally clear. Inside of property very quiet. There was some traffic noise Saturday night but nothing unmanageable. Cindy very proactive in communication and readily available. Wonderful location highly recommended

Olivia’s rental is perfect in every way! Clean, spacious, walkable to everything….we couldn’t ask for more. In addition, Olivia is very detailed in how to enter and exit, where to park, what is expected from tenants, things to do in the area and, most importantly, she is super prompt in responding to questions. We would definitely stay here again!

This was our second stay with Jason at the Beehive and we loved it just as much this time. It's the location for us. The entirety of downtown is available by foot. We haven't had a car both times and never had to look for something to do. The access to Reedy River Park and the Swamp Rabbit trail makes this a wonderful stay for us.

We had a fantastic stay at Michelle’s condo! It’s walking distance to Main Street, with amazing restaurants and entertainment. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a comfortable and quaint place right in the heart of Greenville. We could walk to the farmer's market, shops and various restaurants. I would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to Greenville. Renee is an awesome hostess!

This condo is perfect for a stay in Greenville! The location is ideal -- convenient to Main Street, the riverfront park and many restaurants and shops. Very quiet alley location with secure parking, too! The condo was well-stocked with bed linens and bath towels, had ample storage, and was very comfortable. The kitchen was less well-stocked, but with all the surrounding restaurants, we really didn't need to do any cooking. One note about the 2nd floor bedroom -- it is not enclosed. It is a loft bedroom (no door), and you must walk through it when taking the stairs to or from the main bedroom on the 3rd floor. It wasn't a problem for our group, but you may want to consider that if privacy is a priority for you.
