Waterfront holiday rentals in Simon's Town

When we arrived, we went to the wrong place and Graham came to collect us - he even helped and carried some of the bags. The apartment is stunning. Overlooking the sea - what a view! I can't wait to go back because I was not disappointed. By the way - the security lady was so helpful.. Graham is a gem as he kept on checking how we were doing..

Second time, and realized coming back coz I loved the location so much. The apartment is just so laid back and comfy. Big balcony to enjoy a drink or people watching, and BBQ

Great week long stay. As a solo traveler, I had a lot of questions. I always received helpful and communicative responses. I often walked places. Other places were a very quick uber away. Would certainly return if I come back to Cape Town.

Views... unbelievable. Better than what the photos suggest. The apartment is spacious and comfortable and safe. Check in was stress free. Information about the apartment is plentiful and makes for a stay where you are not guessing about anything. We didn't really explore the local area - there is a supermarket about 200m up the street. You can also walk safely along the beach near Milnerton Lighthouse. We found the area to be an easy distance to drive in an out of the CBD/Waterfront area daily.

Washer dryer in unit were exactly what I needed. Pierre was an extremely helpful host and it was so easy to book Ubers here and receive courier packages. Would recommend as a home base to enjoy Cape Town!

Words cannot describe the location of this property. Literally ON the beach with the most beautiful sunsets. Private and tranquil. Honestly just felt like heaven when on the deck by the pool looking out over this setting. A little jealous that I don’t get to live there. 😉 Absolutely stunning.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Ondine. The house was great, clean and well kept. It has a lovely grass area and pool with a beautiful view. Leon was a great host! Would definitely go back again.

Great place! Loved the pedal boat option. Perhaps not so ideal if you have toddlers because the staircase does not have rails. Minor issue really and other than that we had a good stay.

Words cannot describe how much I loved this stay!!! We’ve been traveling for 7 months and have stayed in something like 20 Airbnbs. This one is hands down my favorite!!! Here are some of the reasons why it gets our 5 stars: The cohosts were extremely friendly, proactive and assessable! There were so many small extras that made this stay excellent: beach towels, extra linens, food storage containers, sharp knives, extra cutting boards, adorable crockery. The list goes on. Each piece of furniture was lovingly selected by the talented owners, who have excellent style. It’s a vintage lovers dream! Nothing put together with an Allen wrench in this rental! It’s all quality furniture and beautiful fabrics. I appreciated every stunning detail and the unique art. In short if this rental is available, book it now!! We will definitely be back!! ❤️

We both really enjoyed our stay, we found the accommodation very comfortable in a great location. Loved the bifold doors in the upper lounge area and the views across the valley. We had everything we needed to ensure our time there really enjoyable. We would highly recommend Michela.s funky place and hope to return in years to come.

Louis's cottage was immaculate and exactly what we needed for the weekend. He's done some lovely alterations to the cottage and it's filled with personal photographs of the beautiful Cape. He communicated well with us, and we knew exactly what to expect. The beds were comfy and the place spotless. I especially loved having a washing machine and tumble dryer available - THANK YOU! Walking to the beach with my morning coffee was such a treat. We'll ba back! :-)

Any amazing and very modern space. Very few AirBnB look just like the photos and this place surpassed theirs. The privacy of the bedrooms with such an open concept was great and the outdoor garden terrace and rooftop was perfect. Definitely will stay here again.

The second you step into the house you feel like home and back into your childhood. Fells like your grandparents house, in a more than positive way! The terrace is unbelievable, the views, the waves and the access to the beach! The bbq, the kitchen, you have everything you need and more! Francis is awesome and helps you with anything you might need! We loved everything!!!!

The property is amazing with great views and a convenient and safe location. It had tons of space for our family of 6. Ryan and Julie are excellent hosts - very responsive, accomodating and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Shaun's place is perched on the cliff overlooking one of the most stunning sea views in Cape Town. The sound of the waves crashing on the rocks & the smell of the sea air is magical. The apartment is beautifully decorated with every amenity we could have wanted. My favourite spot was sitting on the open balcony, taking in the beautiful view. The welcome bottle of wine & chocolates was a treat. We didn't bother using the secure parking, as there was always easy street parking right outside the building. There's good security, with 2 layers of secure access. The pool & deck is so perfectly set to enjoy the views described earlier. The roof deck, with 360° mountain & sea views is accessed from stairs right outside Shaun's front door. There are amazing scenic walks in both directions, either towards Sea Point, or towards Clifton, Camps Bay etc. We highly recommend Shaun's place & we will definitely be back when next in Cape Town.

Fantastic views. Comfortable bedrooms and great ablutions. Close to many restaurants and for sports mad world class promenade to run awesome swimming pool to train and great cycling routes. Happy space for the fat triathletes and people who love sea sunsets

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment! The Milnerton ocation was perfect – just across from the beach and with a stunning swimming pool that overlooks Table Mountain. It was the ideal mix of relaxation and breathtaking views. I travelled with my parents, husband, and our 1-year-old daughter, and the space was comfortable and family-friendly. The host went the extra mile by providing a crib, which made things so much easier for us. The apartment was clean, stylish, and well-equipped with everything we needed. We loved taking walks along the beach and watching the sunset over the ocean. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking to unwind in a scenic, peaceful spot close to the heart of Cape Town.

Great location next to the CTICC , two minute to the show halls. The apartment is warm and comfortable. Great stay , will book again next year.

Cannot recommend this Airbnb enough. Safe and secure location steps away from the Waterfront. Hosts were responsive- they suggested a driver who was familiar with the property, which helped facilitate a smooth transfer from the airport to check in at the condo. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
