The house was perfect for a long stay. Gated parking with plentiful space inside the home. The location is perfect! Walking distance down to Kalk bay or over to Surfers corner in Muizenberg. Neil was also very responsive with any questions or requests. Would highly recommend staying here if you are traveling with a group to this area. Hopefully we will be back!

Stephan's place was really amazing. Everything you needed was there. Jana, the property manager was there to let us in. She even handwrote us a postcard to welcome us, that was just that little extra that made everything really perfect. She also responded pretty quick to any message we have send her. 10/10 would recommend

This villa made our trip more enjoyable, everything was wonderful, the owner Mr wim was very helpful and also the maid Ms Julie was wonderful in everything. I highly recommend this villa for anyone. I can’t wait to stay there again.

Jan’s place was the perfect place for our family vacation.. Beautiful views, perfect layout with great design details. Check-in and Check-out was very convenient and we really appreciated them letting us stay until the late afternoon since a few of us had evening flights out of Cape Town. Overall would highly recommend Jan’s place! We hope to be back one day.

I enjoyed my stay in this lovely home, great views, located in a calm neighborhood that is an easy walk to great restaurants on Kloof Street. I also walked to Lion’s Head from here. Julia was immediately responsive to any questions.

Nothing short of stunning! The pictures certainly does not do this property justice. My wife and I with our 2 kids an had an absolutely fabulous stay. Our visitors were just in awe with the place. From the multiple seating areas and accopanying cosy fireplaces, to the lush green mini forest as a backdrop behind the warm pool, to the top of the range finishes, fully decorated kitchen, heated floors, close proximity trails and much more. A special thanks to Christopher who just knew what we needed when we needed it, although it was not expected. Everything was perfect and absolute value for money. We shall return, annually 🙂.

Wow. Absolutely amazing place. Stayed here for 3 nights with 5 adults and 5 children. Home is large, spacious and complete luxury. Would highly recommend if you are looking to visit Cape Town, but stay slightly outside the main city

Camp’s Bay getaway like no other! Great team running the show, super responsive and great communication. The place is out of a dream. Phenomenal location and feng shui. Highly recommend for a medium size group or family to feel safe at night. Recommend going in the South African summer for all the Americans though.

After an unexpected relocation from another accommodation, I was feeling quite anxious about finding something last minute. Lyneve came to the rescue and turned what could’ve been a stressful situation into a truly joyful experience. She immediately understood our circumstances and went out of her way to make us feel welcome — from helping us to drop our luggage, sharing local tips and recommending nearby events. She made us feel part of her community from the start. The house itself was absolutely perfect — clean, spacious, and set in a secure complex that gave us peace of mind. The design is incredibly thoughtful: cozy and intimate when you’re a small group, yet roomy enough to host more people comfortably. Lyneve is the kind of host that turns a house into a home away from home. I am so grateful to have found her and look forward to relying on her again whenever we return to Cape Town.

Ricardo's place was amazing - it looked like the photos and met all our expectations. It's walkable to the beach, restuarants, coffee shops and grocery stores. It is also close to one of the setups on the 'Hop-on Hop-off' bus tour. The sunset views from the balcony are stunning. Judith keeps the house meticulously and is friendly and helpful. she was there to meet us when we checked in, and was willing to let us drop our bags off early. All in all we and our friends really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. Thank you

This place is worth every penny!

One of the most stunning Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed at. The views from the master bedroom and rooftop decks are incredible and the best place in Cape Town to watch the sunsets. The private pool area is beautiful, the master bedroom is a real delight and the bonus upstairs areas are fantastic. Communication was so responsive and helpful. Always felt safe and secure

Good vibes, excellent choice

This was the best AirBnB in which we have stayed. We had the feeling we were staying at friends house. In fact, we consider Annick now a friend. This is what AirBnB should always be like.

We’ve just spent 4 weeks (4 adults 1 child and a baby) at the villa and it was the most amazing stay! The villa is in a perfect location and had absolutely everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Matthew the house manager was just the best! So helpful and kept the villa spotless throughout our stay. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again

Markus and Clara were exceptional hosts. Clara kindly hosted a Braai for us one of these evenings. As a foodie and a restauranteur her cooking was exceptional. Thanks for everything!

the house was exactly as described and matched the pictures! The area you stay in is surrounded by mountain side and a beach which is very safe and easy to walk. there is also a few restaurants and bars 5 minutes along the road which was handy coming back after excursions and wanting to eat closer to home where the staff and locals were always very friendly and happy to recommend any excursions or areas to go! Sian was very quick to reply with any queries we had and have clear instructions for us arriving. Would highly recommend this house for groups of friends, still wanting to have their private space (as we all had our own rooms) and families with the surrounding area the way it is. We would definetly book to come back again when we return to Cape Town!!! loved every minute of staying there!!!

Our stay at Nicki’s Villa was much better than expected as this was only my 2nd Airbnb stay. The house was beautiful and perfectly accommodated my family which includes 3 children under 3 years old. Everyone had their own space and there were several common spaces for us to gather both indoor and outdoor. The villa was very clean and includes daily housekeeping services. The villa is in a gated community with guard service so we always felt safe. We also used the recommended Chef Mark who came to the villa several days to prepare breakfasts and dinners (including appetizers and home made desserts) for our group. My 13 year old nephew said that was the highlight of his trip. The food was fantastic and the presentation was top notch. The Villa helped to make this one of the best family trips we have experienced to date.

We enjoyed staying at this villa, it was clean and safe and the hosts were responsive, helpful, warm and friendly. Whilst it wasn’t in the centre (town) it was fairly close in our opinion and it was also closer to wine farms. Quiet neighbourhood, felt safe, close to a shopping centre. Cleaners came every few days also. Enjoyed our stay, would recommend!

What a fabulous location! Could not have asked for better access to the beach and the majestic sunsets over the ocean on the West coast. The villa is spacious, modern and well appointed, and the hostess responsive to queries and requests. Would highly recommend
