Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Simon's Town

Great place! Loved the pedal boat option. Perhaps not so ideal if you have toddlers because the staircase does not have rails. Minor issue really and other than that we had a good stay.

Had an amazing stay at this place, first of all our hosts were amazing. They gave us so many recommendations of what to do nearby, all the right instructions and the place was very clean and tidy. The view was outstanding and with a hot tub on the balcony what more can you ask for! Overall just an amazing experience definitely recommend

The location and home was perfect for our family as part of our trip to the Western Cape. The home is tucked nicely into the landscape with great views over Scarborough.

This is right at the top of the list of best AirBnB stays we have ever had. The house is magnificent and the surroundings are breathtaking. It is safe and the hosts are incredible. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Upon arrival we were met by our hosts, very concerned that the electricity was out for the entire Scarborough area. We assured them that we will wait it out, but despite this, they kept us posted with updates from the City Council, and the power was restored at around 10pm. They were amazing hosts and ensured that this short breakaway was absolutely awesome. My children and grand children had an amazing time. Would highly recommend this property. My entire family agreed that they would love to stay here again.

Wir waren absolut verzaubert. Vanessa hat einen tollen Einrichtungsgeschmack. Viel Liebe zum Detail. Ausserdem wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in Vanessas wunderschönem Haus.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house, the views of the ocean from the bedrooms and lounge/dining area are spectacular. The mountain garden at the back of the house is also very special and we enjoyed every minute of our stay here. The hosts were amazing too and responded very quickly to any questions we had. Highly recommended for an extremely relaxing break!

Heerlijk huis in het mooie Scarborough. Contact verliep met beheerder Michel en zij reageerde supersnel en loste dingen snel op. Mooi uitzicht aan de voorkant en achterkant. Ruim woongedeelte. We waren met twee stellen met allebei een baby en de baby’s konden makkelijk bij ons op de slaapkamer slapen (wel zelf baby cots meenemen).

The stay at the villa was very wonderful and the owner of the villa, Catherine, was very kind and helpful. The villa is private and has everything you need.

The perfect spot for our weekend in kalk bay. Easily walkable to the mountain and the ocean. Great restaurants, shops, book stores and art galleries. The hosts were friendly and helpful and also left us to our privacy. Would definitely stay again.

A great stay at a great location with fantastic views of the sea and the mountain. All communications from initial booking to check-out were answered promptly and professionally. The apartment was neat, clean and well maintained. Give it a go!

Magical spot for sunset lovers and people who enjoy the sound & smell of the sea. From the deck you can spend hours birdspotting and enjoying the indigenous plants in the garden. Hosts are wonderful, check in to make sure you are happy but also give lots of privacy. Freshly caught tuna if you are lucky! Perfect spot for solo female travellers who want to remote work and have the beach within walking distance. Highly recommend!

We had such a lovely time! The place was incredibly clean and tidy, which made settling in so easy. We especially loved how peaceful and secluded it felt — the quiet surroundings were exactly what we needed to unwind. It was cosy and comfortable, just the way we enjoy our getaways. This spot is a perfect winter staycation, and we’d definitely book again!

The most beautiful oasis felt like you were in the mountains but just a short drive from the beach and amenities. Fantastic kitchen, well kitted out making cooking at home easy and enjoyable. Alta was kind, friendly and proactive. The chickens walking about and chatting were a fun bonus. Didn’t get the time to see the goats but saw the bunnies hopping around. The perfect place to stay when enjoying the Deep South. Would go back if offered the opportunity again!

I stayed at Bronwyn’s for a few weeks, it was a nice calm and green space that was a good base in Cape Town. Bronwyn was a really considerate and communicative host.
