Small beautiful accommodation in the center of Villasimius. Nevertheless, very quiet and relaxed. The bed was very comfortable and the bed linen with the pillow was very good. The bathroom is newly renovated and very clean with a wellness shower. Warm water is always available and towels are provided.

We spent 4 days in the quiet oasis of Carla. After turbulent days in touristy areas, your accommodation is the perfect retreat to unwind and relax. The surroundings are particularly impressive with their fantastic beaches, but if you are looking for chic restaurants, pedestrian zones for strolling and bars, you are in the wrong place. We enjoyed shopping at the local supermarket (well equipped although it is really small) and being able to use fresh Italian food for cooking. The garden invites you to linger, read and enjoy. Everything is very well maintained, Carla even brought us fresh, self-picked berries and homemade cakes.

A very friendly assistant from Stefano & Mario welcomed us at check-in. Everything shown and all well explained. The location of the house is unique, exactly as described and visible in the photos. The view of the sea is wonderful and the beach access is really very close, at most 2 minutes on foot and you are on a beautiful beach. The beach does not offer restaurants, so take a picnic with you. The house itself is very nicely furnished, it has everything you need. We were there with 3 smaller children, you just had to be very careful that nothing breaks. It has many very nice and precious decoration in the house. During the stay, Stefano was always accessible, showed us valuable tips about the surroundings and excursion options. We would book the house again right away. Thank you Stefano and team for having us as your guests!

Perfect accomodation for a beach holiday. Close to the beach, restaurants and supermarket. A lot of toys available in the house, which was perfect for our two year old son.

It was that place where you could let go all of your thoughts and just relax. Felt like a apartment where I could live in. It was well equipted from furniturers to beach gadgets. Nice garden and it was close to a smal hidden beach. We were satisfyed and can recommend to everyone.

A quiet place located near a great beach, with beautiful clear water. The house is very clean with a well-maintained garden. Great for families with children. Recommended

Federica (Paola & Carlo) treated us like family. The welcome was extremely warm and welcoming. The space is Fabulous!!! Decor is perfect, beachy vibe and the location…OMG! Couldn’t be more perfect! Less than 1 minute walk to Poetto beach, bars and fabulous restaurants! If I could give more than 5 Stars, I would. If you have a car, getting to old town Cagliari ( must see) is only 10 minutes by car. No car? The bus is easily accessible. Absolutely Perfect! Can’t thank you enough Federica! ❤️😘

We were two with our dog in the beautiful accommodation. We all felt immediately like at home. It is very quiet, very private and simply nice to be able to sit there in the garden. You are only a few minutes away from a super beautiful beach. Otherwise, there are a few restaurants nearby, for shopping you have to drive 15 minutes, so also great! Isa is also a great host, everything was perfect!!

Everything was absolutely perfect, there was everything we needed and more in the apartment. Federico was very kind and gave us some great tips for restaurants and beautiful beaches.

Cinzia's place was exactly as we wanted, clean, well-stocked with all the comforts indicated in the description, in a very central area and with nearby car parking, a place to return!

We immediately felt at home in this beautiful, stylish accommodation. The apartment is very clean, spacious and tastefully furnished. The small kitchen offers everything you need and on the spacious terrace we could enjoy the sun. The breakfast, which is lovingly prepared and rich, is also particularly noteworthy. The accommodation is very quiet in the mountains and the host was very warm and helpful. Thank you, Luca, for the pleasant time! :-)

We’ve stayed in a lot of places, but our week at Claudia’s was something special. The apartment felt like home from the start — just 2 minutes from beautiful Solanas beach, and honestly more thoughtfully equipped than our own place! Claudia greeted us with an aperitivo and a stocked fridge for the next day, which was such a kind surprise. There were so many toys and baby items — our 10-month-old was in heaven and didn’t even manage to try everything. Claudia checked in regularly and even had sweet gifts for us (and our little one) at the end. Truly one of the best hosts we’ve ever had — we’d love to come back!

We had a lovely stay at Villasimius! The apartment was located near a lot of wonderful beaches (5min by car), close to supermarkets and in walking distance to the center. It was very clean and thoughtfully decorated and furnished. Parking was very easy!

Lovely apartment, clean, spacious and a lovely balcony area with views of the mountains. Just off the main busy area but very quiet. Beach 15 min walk away. Would recommend

We chose the apartment based on the description and photos, our expectations were fully met. Luca and Taty welcomed us in a very friendly way, even a little attention was prepared, a few drinks already in the fridge. I was looking forward to the cool beer and the sea view. You immediately feel at home. Towels were prepared, there are also sun loungers directly on the water (so 3 meters in front). The location is very quiet, you can only hear the sea and a few birds. Wifi works well. A CAR is highly recommended in the location! Restaurants and supermarket are a few km away. You should also be good on foot, to the apartment (first row sea) you have to go down a few meters and the steps up again at some point;-) Luca was so nice and helped my wife with the suitcase on arrival. Very attentive.

We were a family of four, staying here in April. Check-in was smooth, Maria and Frederico met us at the agreed time to welcome us in and show us around. The apartment was perfect for us, has a great view and had all the amenities we needed to make our stay comfortable and trouble free. Great location, walking distance to local shops and restaurants. There is a parking space included, but need to be careful as there is a steep ramp at the entrance. Rather then take the risk of damaging our hire car we decided to park on the road out side the apartment - we had no issues doing this. A lot of thought has gone into preparing the apartment for guests. We enjoyed our time here and would come again.

We had a nice and pleasant staying in the apartment. The host greeted us with a bottle of wine, and it was very pleasant. We liked the terrace - with flowers, lemon tree and sea view. The towels for beach were unexpectedly nice surprise. Very clean, with everything necessary and even more. There is a supermarket really nearby the apartment, unfortunately during our staying it was closed for renovation. The other one is at 25 minutes walk.

It was the perfect place to stay at. Ideally located in the centre, close to everything but still quiet at the same time. The flat was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Everything was well cleaned. Clearly a 5 star Apartment!

We loved our stay here! A perfect apartment and Lorenzo was an excellent host who provided really helpful local information and instructions. The apartment was very easy to find and is in a lovely location and there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The surrounding streets are very pretty as they are full of colourful plants and flowers and heritage sites of interest are within walking distance (although, as with everywhere in Cagliari there are some steep paths). The apartment was extremely well equipped and included everything that we needed for our trip and more (a few examples: hairdryer, coffee pot, wine glasses, maps, guides, beautiful books on local history, local recommendations, beach equipment - and much more) and it was spotlessly clean throughout. We would highly recommend this apartment and hope to stay again sometime. Thank you Lorenzo and Severino!

The apartment "like at home" is exactly what it promises. There were three of us, two adults and a 2-year-old, and we had a very good time. The apartment is in the center, but in a quiet setting. A stone's throw away is everything you might need. It is also very close to all the most beautiful beaches in the area. Marzia was a great host! If I had to go back to Villasimius, I would not hesitate to choose this apartment again!

A really perfect place to stay right on the sea with beautiful sunsets! The vacation rental is located in a kind of pure houses with many small apartments. When we were there in May it was very quiet. The apartment is really perfectly equipped with everything, you just need to buy food if necessary drinks. The only thing that is not 100% perfect is the swimming opportunity, as you did not have a beach here, but can only get into the water between the stones. But it's also possible. Of course, it's even nicer to drive 10 minutes by car to the beautiful coves. Supermarket is 5 min by car. Unfortunately, there are very few restaurants and none within walking distance. But that didn't bother us because it's a really dreamy place.

We really enjoyed our stay! The veranda in particular is so lovely for sitting outside with food and drinks. Paolo was very responsive and gave clear instructions for entry. Highly recommend :)
