Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Simius

Perfetta casa per vacanze. Gli interni non sono enormi ma si sta bene. Il giardino posteriore è stato molto apprezzato sia x cenare sotto la veranda che per il barbecue.. Ci siamo trovati veramente bene. Cristian gentile e disponibile ci ha fornito un sacco di ottimi consigli.

Kleine schöne Unterkunft im Zentrum von Villasimius. Trotzdem sehr ruhig und entspannt. Das Bett war sehr bequem und auch die Bettwäsche mit dem Kopfkissen war sehr gut. Das Bad ist neu gemacht und sehr sauber mit einer Wellness Dusche. Warmes Wasser was stets vorhanden und zaubere Handtücher.

Wir haben 4 Tage in der ruhigen Oase von Carla verbracht. Nach turbulenten Tagen in touristisch überlaufenenden Gegenden, ist ihre Unterkunft der perfekte Rückzugsort um abzuschalten und runter zu kommen. Die Umgebung überzeugt vor allem durch traumhafte Strände, wer schicke Restaurants, Fußgängerzonen zum bummeln und Bars sucht, ist hier falsch. Wir haben es genossen im örtlichen Supermarkt (toll ausgestattet obwohl er echt klein ist) einzukaufen und frische italienische Lebensmittel zum kochen nutzen zu können. Der Garten lädt zum verweilen, lesen und genießen ein. Alles ist sehr gut gepflegt, sogar frische selbst gepflückte Beeren und selbst gebackenen Kuchen hat uns Carla gebracht.

Ein sehr freundlicher Assistent von Stefano & Mario hat uns beim Check-In empfangen. Alles gezeigt und alles gut erklärt. Die Lage des Hauses ist einmalig, genau wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos ersichtlich Die Sicht auf das Meer wunderbar und der Strandzugang wirklich sehr nahe, höchstens 2 Minuten zu Fuss und man ist an einem wunderschönen Strand. Der Strand bietet keine Restaurants, also Picknick mitnehmen. Das Haus selber sehr schön eingerichtet, es hat alles was man braucht. Wir sind mit 3 kleineren Kindern da gewesen, mann musste einfach sehr aufpassen dass nichts kaputt geht. Es hat viele sehr schöne und kostbare Dekoration im Haus. Während des Aufenthalts war Stefano immer errichbar, hat uns wertvolle Tips zur Umgebung und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten aufgezeigt. Wir würden das Haus sofort wieder buchen. Vielen Dank Stefano und Team, dass wir eure Gäste sein durften!

Schöner und ruhiger Ort, nah zu vielen Buchten, auch fussläufig. Dadurch sind auch Buchten erreichbar, die auch im Hochsommer leer sind. Es gibt einen fast privaten Buchtzugang. Bei Problemen wurde sofort geholfen. Die Unterkunft liegt umgeben von Gärten, viele Blumen. Man sollte aber nicht empfindlich gegenüber Mücken sein. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man für einen längeren Aufenthalt braucht. Top! Vielen Dank!

My family had a wonderful stay at Michela's villa. It has everything you could possibly need for an excellent beach vacation. The accommodations were spotless. She provided beach towels and umbrellas and even starter toiletries and kitchen items. The location is excellent. A short walk to town for anything you might need and you can even walk to the beach. And she was a delight to engage with, offering recommendations and always available. In short, Michela's place is a gem. Highly recommend!

Federica (Paola & Carlo) treated us like family. The welcome was extremely warm and welcoming. The space is Fabulous!!! Decor is perfect, beachy vibe and the location…OMG! Couldn’t be more perfect! Less than 1 minute walk to Poetto beach, bars and fabulous restaurants! If I could give more than 5 Stars, I would. If you have a car, getting to old town Cagliari ( must see) is only 10 minutes by car. No car? The bus is easily accessible. Absolutely Perfect! Can’t thank you enough Federica! ❤️😘

Wir waren zu zweit mit unserem Hund in der wunderschönen Unterkunft. Wir haben uns alle sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Es ist sehr ruhig, sehr privat und einfach schön dort im Garten sitzen zu können. Man ist nur wenige Minuten von einem super schönen Strand entfernt. Ansonsten hat es ein paar Restaurants in der Nähe, zum einkaufen muss man mit dem auto 15 Minuten fahren, also auch super! Auch Isa ist eine super Gastgeberin, war alles perfekt!!

Appartamento vicinissimo al centro, pulito, comodo. Nonostante il bagno sia "cieco" la ventola funziona ottimamente. Cucina attrezzata Federico molto reattivo, cortese e professionale. Lo consiglio vivamente

L'alloggio di Cinzia è stato esattamente come desideravamo, pulito, ben fornito con tutti i confort indicati nella descrizione, in zona centralissima e con parcheggio auto vicino, posto dove ritornare!

We had a lovely stay at Frank‘s apartment. Everything was as in the pictures and we enjoyed having breakfast at the terrace. It offered everything we needed - even umbrellas we could take for the beach. Although there is a road close by, it was quite. Restaurants, bars etc. are in walking distance (15min) and supermarkets around the corner. Very convenient! Although Frank was not there in person, communication and check-in was very smooth. We can definitely recommend staying at Frank‘s!

Wir haben uns gleich die zuhause gefühlt in dieser wunderschönen, stylischen Unterkunft. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die kleine Küche bietet alles was man braucht und auf der großzügigen Terrasse konnten wir die Sonne genießen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch das Frühstück, welches liebevoll zubereitet und reichhaltig ist. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig gelegen in den Bergen und der Gastgeber war sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank, Luca für die angenehme Zeit! :-)

We’ve stayed in a lot of places, but our week at Claudia’s was something special. The apartment felt like home from the start — just 2 minutes from beautiful Solanas beach, and honestly more thoughtfully equipped than our own place! Claudia greeted us with an aperitivo and a stocked fridge for the next day, which was such a kind surprise. There were so many toys and baby items — our 10-month-old was in heaven and didn’t even manage to try everything. Claudia checked in regularly and even had sweet gifts for us (and our little one) at the end. Truly one of the best hosts we’ve ever had — we’d love to come back!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl in dem sehr schön arabesken eingerichteten Appartement geführt, wie zu hause Tunesien! :) Danke für alle tollen Tipps für die Strände, die gute Kommunikation und die Hilfsbereitschaft! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr zu empfehlen! Der Check-In war unkompliziert, die Wohnung sauber und sehr großzügig von der Raumaufteilung. Der Strand ist in 15 min zu Fuß zu erreichen, dazu gibt es zahlreiche gute Essenangebote in der Nähe. Wir würden immer wiederkommen, vielen lieben Dank für alles :-)

Wir haben das Appartement aufgrund der Beschreibung und der Fotos gewählt, unsere Erwartungen wurden voll erfüllt. Luca und Taty haben uns sehr freundlich aufgenommen, sogar eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit war vorbereitet, ein paar Getränke schon im Kühlschrank. Machbare langen Fahrt habe ich mich auf das kühle Bier und den Meerblick gefreut. Man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause. Handtücher waren vorbereitet, es gibt auch direkt am Wasser (also 3 Meter davor) noch Sonnenliegen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, man hört nur das Meer und ein paar Vögel. Wlan funktioniert gut. Ein AUTO ist bei der Lage unbedingt zu empfehlen! Restaurants und Supermarkt sind ein paar km entfernt. Auch sollte man gut zu Fuß sein, bis zum Appartement (erste Reihe Meer) muss man einige Meter runter und die Stufen irgendwann auch wieder hoch ;-) Luca war so nett und hat meiner Frau bei der Ankunft direkt beim Koffer geholfen. Sehr aufmerksam.

We were a family of four, staying here in April. Check-in was smooth, Maria and Frederico met us at the agreed time to welcome us in and show us around. The apartment was perfect for us, has a great view and had all the amenities we needed to make our stay comfortable and trouble free. Great location, walking distance to local shops and restaurants. There is a parking space included, but need to be careful as there is a steep ramp at the entrance. Rather then take the risk of damaging our hire car we decided to park on the road out side the apartment - we had no issues doing this. A lot of thought has gone into preparing the apartment for guests. We enjoyed our time here and would come again.

The ALMAR condo in Poetto was exactly what we were looking for while staying in Cagliari. Immaculate living quarters and a great location for our stay. Daniela was a wonderful host who was very helpful snd friendly. Would absolutely stay at the condo again should we find ourselves back in Cagliari!

It was the perfect place to stay at. Ideally located in the centre, close to everything but still quiet at the same time. The flat was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Everything was well cleaned. Clearly a 5 star Apartment!

We loved our stay here! A perfect apartment and Lorenzo was an excellent host who provided really helpful local information and instructions. The apartment was very easy to find and is in a lovely location and there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The surrounding streets are very pretty as they are full of colourful plants and flowers and heritage sites of interest are within walking distance (although, as with everywhere in Cagliari there are some steep paths). The apartment was extremely well equipped and included everything that we needed for our trip and more (a few examples: hairdryer, coffee pot, wine glasses, maps, guides, beautiful books on local history, local recommendations, beach equipment - and much more) and it was spotlessly clean throughout. We would highly recommend this apartment and hope to stay again sometime. Thank you Lorenzo and Severino!

L’appartamento “come a casa” è esattamente quello che promette. Noi eravamo in tre, due adulti e una piccola di 2 anni, e ci siamo trovati molto bene. L’appartamento si trova in centro, ma in un contesto tranquillo. A due passi si trova tutto quello di che cui si possa avere bisogno. Inoltre dista pochissimo da tutte le più belle spiagge della zona. Marzia è stata un’ottima host! Se dovessi tornare a Villasimius non esiterei a scegliere nuovamente questo appartamento!

Eine wirklich perfekte Unterkunft direkt am Meer mit wunderschönen Sonnenuntergängen! Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einer Art reine Häuser mit vielen kleinen Wohnungen. Als wir im Mai dort waren, war es sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung ist wirklich mit allem perfekt ausgestattet, man braucht nur Essen gegebenenfalls Getränke kaufen. Das einzigste was nicht 100-prozentig perfekt ist, ist die Bademöglichkeit, da man hier keinen Strand hatte, sondern nur zwischen den Steinen ins Wasser steigen kann. Geht aber auch. Noch schöner ist es natürlich 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu den wunderschönen buchten zu fahren. Supermarkt ist 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Restaurants gibt es leider sehr wenige und keine fußläufig. Das hat uns aber nicht gestört, da es ein wirklich traumhafter Ort ist.

Het huis was precies zoals verwacht! We hebben van Paolo een warm Welkom gekregen en hij stond ons op te wachten. We hebben fijne aanbevelingen gehad over agriturismo’s die we meteen gebruikt hebben. Enige Nadeel was dat de douche niet heel lang warm water had, maar met een beetje plannen ging dat prima! Omgeving was aan te lopen, maar vaak pakten we toch de auto!
