All in all, a perfect vacation and a great place to stay. The amenities were great and everything you need was available. Also for the beach, practical things like a parasol or a cooler bag with cooling batteries were available. The way to the next supermarket was very short and the beautiful dream beaches are all not far away. You can also walk to the city center itself. The apartment was very clean too. The only and unfortunately a big problem was the bed, which was far too hard. Unfortunately, we did not have a relaxing sleep. Still highly recommended! Thank you for the wonderful time and the always friendly contact.

Paolo was great host. He welcomed us super warmly. The apartment was as described and we didn't lack anything. From the terrace, you had a wonderful view of the sea.

We had a lovely stay at Palazzotto2Leoni. The flat had lovely views & is very well done - the flat keeps the original Sardinian style whilst being very neat & modern inside. It’s close to everything that you need, has all the amenities needed for your stay & is very well secure. Costanza is an amazing host - she’s extremely pleasant, communicates clearly and is very responsive & thoughtful. If you are visiting Cagliari I highly recommend staying here!

Very good, can reccomend as a good place to stay. Not far from the supermarkets and active evening life, but quiet and cozy!

We enjoyed our stay in Stefano's apartment. The flat is very well equipped in everything you need to spend time in comfortable way. Great view from the upper terrace. Stefano is very friendly, caring host. The apartment is located in quiet part of Villasimius, walking distance to the city center. I would recommend to anyone looking for accomodation in Villasimius.

Thomas was very helpful and friendly. The area, the building and the garden was lovely. It was relaxing just to be in the garden, listen to the birds and seeing the butterflies, and watch all the beautiful flowers and trees. The dogs were really nice and funny. We really enjoyed the beach, 10 min walk away.

Our stay at Guisi's and Sergio's Appartement was nothing but great. The place was super clean, had everything we needed (kitchen tools, cutlery, beach equipment, etc.) and was in walking distance to the beach, a supermarket and a variety of restaurants and bars. But, hands down the best thing about our stay were the two hosts who were probably the nicest and most-welcoming I have met on AirBnB so far. Guisi and Sergio were extremely quick to respond to questions and had so many tips and recommendations. This made our vacation amazing and my kids insist on going back to Costa Rei as soon as possible! I said it a couple of times already, but thank you very much once again, Guisi and Sergio!

Very friendly host ! Great accommodation in a beautiful residential area. He always had everything you needed. You quickly felt very comfortable. Definitely worth the money.

The view of the sea is beautiful. Anna was always attentive and Marino was also very attentive.

My wife and I had a great stay at Florencia’s apartment. Incredibly spacious and nice with a really central location in a nice and quiet square makes it a great starting point for exploring Cagliari (and see the flamingos). Train a bus station just a short walk away—the same with shopping streets. The large beach is just a short bus ride away, but is also within walking distance of you don’t mind using your legs a bit. The old town is a really nice place to live, with great restaurants and cafes nearby. Great breakfast or dinner is not far away. Florencia’s amazing guide the nearby neighborhoods is an excellent resource. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a nice-looking and centrally placed apartment in Cagliari.

We would definitely come back. Personal welcome bz Roberta and her lovely mother. The place is just perfect - stylish furniture/decoration (70ies, but cool!), meticulously clean, everything you need to spend a week (or two). Strict recycling rules (still relatively easy to adhere to), fully equipped kitchen (except for an oven), beautiful views onto the Mediterranean from the veranda. Small supermarket and restaurant are five mins. walk. Next beach three mins. more. If checking in was easy, checkout is even easier. Clean up the kitchen, drop the keys, you’re done. Massimo and Marta were extremely kind and friendly. They answered any questions we had about the villa and gave us really great recommendations. The villa was so nice and well decorated with a view of the ocean. It had everything we needed. It also had a grill which we used to have a barbecue night after buying fresh seafood in Cagliari. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay! Definitely would stay again!

We felt very comfortable with Sylvia and Roberto. The apartment is very clean, nicely furnished and well equipped. We enjoyed the beautiful garden and the quiet location very much and also that the beach was within a few minutes' walk. An ideal place to relax and go on excursions.

The apartment has a stunning view of the sea and all the amenities needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The location is perfect for exploring the nearby beaches while enjoying the peace and quiet of the area. Access to the small beach and the pool is also a great bonus. The villa of Teulada (around 10min away by car) has a few restaurants and grocery stores for the daily needs. Federico is a fantastic host! Very friendly and always quick to respond to any questions or requests. Overall we had a great stay and hope to be back some day!

Isa is such a kind and friendly host, going above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome and comfortable from the moment I arrived. Her warm hospitality made my stay special, and I instantly felt at home. The location is breathtaking, with stunning seaside views that I could enjoy right from the property. The peaceful setting, with the sound of nature and the beautiful scenery, made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. I highly recommend Isa’s place for anyone looking for a serene getaway with a wonderful, caring host!

Erika was an extraordinary host. Amazing cozy terrace, very tastefully decorated. In the apartment is a cute rustic kitchen, dining table and a sofa. Very quiet bedroom with queen bed, a large sunny bathroom and a well equipped utility room. The ad should qualify as apartment with breakfast because there was so much food and drinks just for the two of us. I was stunned by the hospitality. There were also beach towels at our disposal as well as sun umbrella, sunscreen and few other useful things you don’t find in ordinary apartments. Erika was checking regularly if we needed anything. One of the best experiences so far, definitely worth the price!

What a gorgeous place to stay! We chose the location because it looked peaceful, away from the busy city, and near to the water. It was exactly what we wanted - waking up to the sound of the sea, and stunning sunsets on the balcony. It felt very private with lots of places to sit depending on your mood - sun loungers, shaded balconies, outdoor table, or a comfy sofa inside. Everything you need is just a short drive away, and we parked in the large train station car park when we visited Cagliari - 15 Euros all day, pay at the machine. There are loads of lovely sandy beaches heading East along the coast, from 10 to 40 mins away, with free parking. The house was spacious, spotlessly clean and smelled wonderful! The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were dark with the shutters closed. The hot tub was really nice, comfy, everything worked, and we loved watching the sunset from there. Taty & Luca were outstanding hosts, thank you so much for everything!

Wonderful walkable place that fit our entire family. So many great places to eat right outside the door and my 5 year old really enjoyed being so close to the pick up for the train.

We had the best of time! Great place to stay if you like privacy. Quiet, calm and very nice appartment in the bottom floor of the house, air conditioned. There were tables, chairs and sunbeds around the pool, free to use as desired. We loved the pool, and the bubblepool was great, not heated but that was not needed either. Our kids loved the pool (parents too). We had our own parking behind locked gates. We really recommend this place! There is a need to use car or taxi, maybe bus if you would like to go to a resturant, this wasn’t a problem for us, we made most of our meals in our kitchen.

The flat was beautiful, spacious, and even better than the photos! A very modern interior and two beautiful garden spaces, one for relaxing and one for the hot tub. The outside shower had hot water and very convenient for the hot tub. Air conditioning in every room and well equipped kitchen and bathroom. We were able to find a regular parking spot a few streets away, and everything was mostly walkable anyway. Would highly recommend and wish we could’ve stayed longer :)

This is a lovely place within a minute's walk from the beautiful beach of Poetto. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds very comfortable. The bathroom is excellent. There is a even a large, sunny private courtyard type terrace. The apartment feels like a house and has its own entrance. Parking is free in the area and it is generally easy to find a space. The price is also very reasonable compared to other properties in the area. Marco is a very responsive host and I would definitely return.

Giulio has always been there for you throughout the stay to solve any problem. Beautiful and clean room, great and central area, perfect for walking.

Amazing stay, the apartment was big, bright and with a massive terrace with a view of the whole city. The check in was flawless and the support from Edoardo was exceptional. Location was super prime. Highly recommended!
