Casa corrispondente alla descrizione, dotata di due bagni su piani diversi ottimo vabataggjo e bellissima terrazza per colazioni e cene al tramonto. Cucina molto fornita di tutte le attrezzature, unica cosa prese elettriche non disposte in maniera super funzionale e magari inserire porta bagnoschiuma nelle docce per il resto sia Maria (super disponibile e pronta a soddisfare ogni richiesta ) che casa che valgono la prenotazione. CONSIGLIATISSIMA

Ci siamo trovati come a casa! L'ospitalità di Francesca è rara...abbiamo trovato nella casa tutto l'occorrente e oltre! oltre ad una buona bottiglia di vino in frigo, una bottiglia di olio extra vergine di loro produzione, fantastico! A beautiful place with wonderfully accommodating hosts! We had a delightful stay in Cagliari. The apartment was spotless, cozy, and peaceful at night. Its central location made it easy to explore everything on foot, with restaurants, shops, and sights all just a walk away.

Marzia’s place was phenomenal! An excellent location to explore Villasimius and surrounding areas. Marzia was an excellent host despite not being physically in Villasimius. Marzia offered a lot of advice on things to do and places to go. The Pizzeria below the AIRBNB offered quick and easy food if you were in a pinch. The balcony was a nice place to have a morning coffee or relax. The electric retractable awnings sheltered you from the sun when on the balcony, a nice touch! We spent our days exploring beaches and did a snorkelling tour one day. Overall will definitely stay here again next time we are in Villasimius!

Die Unterkunft war wunderschön mit einem großen, liebevoll angelegten Garten und wirklich sehr freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Gastgebern. Der malerische Strand war super einfach zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Lage war allgemein sehr gut. Die Autobahn war gerade einmal 10 Minuten entfernt. Alles war wie beschrieben.

Our stay at Guisi's and Sergio's Appartement was nothing but great. The place was super clean, had everything we needed (kitchen tools, cutlery, beach equipment, etc.) and was in walking distance to the beach, a supermarket and a variety of restaurants and bars. But, hands down the best thing about our stay were the two hosts who were probably the nicest and most-welcoming I have met on AirBnB so far. Guisi and Sergio were extremely quick to respond to questions and had so many tips and recommendations. This made our vacation amazing and my kids insist on going back to Costa Rei as soon as possible! I said it a couple of times already, but thank you very much once again, Guisi and Sergio!

We had such a great time at this apartment. Very well equipped, way more than what we expected! Everything you need for a beach holiday, great beach equipment and all amenities were new! One of the best Airbnb’s we have been so far! Definitely recommend! 5min walk to the beach and to the bus station. Great communication with Taty, it was even possible to Check-in early and Check-out late as we had a late flight back. We will definitely come back!

It was a great pleasure to spend a week in the beautiful apartment. Everything matched Vera's description. The apartment is in a quiet location, has everything you need, and above all, I would like to emphasize the cleanliness and the fantastic location by the sea, including sea views. Vera's friendly manner and her helpfulness with any questions or her tips for excursions were also great. Overall, a very nice and highly recommended stay. Thank you, Vera! :-)

My wife and I had a great stay at Florencia’s apartment. Incredibly spacious and nice with a really central location in a nice and quiet square makes it a great starting point for exploring Cagliari (and see the flamingos). Train a bus station just a short walk away—the same with shopping streets. The large beach is just a short bus ride away, but is also within walking distance of you don’t mind using your legs a bit. The old town is a really nice place to live, with great restaurants and cafes nearby. Great breakfast or dinner is not far away. Florencia’s amazing guide the nearby neighborhoods is an excellent resource. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a nice-looking and centrally placed apartment in Cagliari.

L’appartement de Renata et Roberto est très beau, proche de la mer et très bien équipé. L‘endroit est très calme et le jardin ainsi que les extérieurs sont très agréables. Renata et Roberto sont très accueillants et disponibles. Nous avons passé un très beau séjour et nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Merci !

We had a lovely stay at Palazzotto2Leoni. The flat had lovely views & is very well done - the flat keeps the original Sardinian style whilst being very neat & modern inside. It’s close to everything that you need, has all the amenities needed for your stay & is very well secure. Costanza is an amazing host - she’s extremely pleasant, communicates clearly and is very responsive & thoughtful. If you are visiting Cagliari I highly recommend staying here!

Die Wohnung ist hell, schön und ruhig gelegen und hat ausreichend Platz (wir waren zu dritt). Die Reinigung war nicht ganz optimal, da eine neue Reinigungskraft dies gemacht hat, aber Lucrezia hätte auch noch mal jemanden vorbei geschickt. Optimale Kommunikation.

Vi fullkomligt älskade lägenheten, Cagliari och Sardinien. Mauros lägenhet var fantastisk. Fräsch, modern, underbar takterrass. Läget är väldigt bra med närhet till restauranger och sevärdheter. Livsmedel och bussar till Poetto (stranden) finns nerför backen. Lite jobbigare hem, och de fem trapporna var en utmaning vissa kvällar :) Vi kommer absolut tillbaka till Cagliari och hoppas då bo i denna lägenhet igen.

Gabrielle's apartment is a great place to stay at. I found there everything I needed. Maria was very responsive and super helpful :) location is fantastic, supermarket right behind the corner, very close to the centre of Villasimius, beautiful beaches around. Perfect holidays! Haus ist ein wenig versteckt aber die Aussicht/ Wander Möglichkeiten und auch der Ausblick lassen dies schnell vergessen. Gerade für (nur) deutschsprachige ist Paola sehr weiter zu empfehlen da Sie Deutsch Spricht/Schreibt und auch auf der Insel leute empfiehlt die Deutsch Sprechen. Es war wirklich toll und ich/wir wünschen der Paola weiterhin tolle "Mieter"

Erika was an extraordinary host. Amazing cozy terrace, very tastefully decorated. In the apartment is a cute rustic kitchen, dining table and a sofa. Very quiet bedroom with queen bed, a large sunny bathroom and a well equipped utility room. The ad should qualify as apartment with breakfast because there was so much food and drinks just for the two of us. I was stunned by the hospitality. There were also beach towels at our disposal as well as sun umbrella, sunscreen and few other useful things you don’t find in ordinary apartments. Erika was checking regularly if we needed anything. One of the best experiences so far, definitely worth the price!

What a gorgeous place to stay! We chose the location because it looked peaceful, away from the busy city, and near to the water. It was exactly what we wanted - waking up to the sound of the sea, and stunning sunsets on the balcony. It felt very private with lots of places to sit depending on your mood - sun loungers, shaded balconies, outdoor table, or a comfy sofa inside. Everything you need is just a short drive away, and we parked in the large train station car park when we visited Cagliari - 15 Euros all day, pay at the machine. There are loads of lovely sandy beaches heading East along the coast, from 10 to 40 mins away, with free parking. The house was spacious, spotlessly clean and smelled wonderful! The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were dark with the shutters closed. The hot tub was really nice, comfy, everything worked, and we loved watching the sunset from there. Taty & Luca were outstanding hosts, thank you so much for everything!

Vi var sju tjejer som checkade in hos Sheila. Vi blev varmt välkomnande av hon och hennes man. Det fanns allt man behövde. Boendet ligger väldigt centralt till centrum och nära till buss- och tågstation. Boendet hade bra sängar och förvaringsmöjligheter. Vi kommer absolut att boka detta boende om vi åker till Cagliari igen!😍

We had the best of time! Great place to stay if you like privacy. Quiet, calm and very nice appartment in the bottom floor of the house, air conditioned. There were tables, chairs and sunbeds around the pool, free to use as desired. We loved the pool, and the bubblepool was great, not heated but that was not needed either. Our kids loved the pool (parents too). We had our own parking behind locked gates. We really recommend this place! There is a need to use car or taxi, maybe bus if you would like to go to a resturant, this wasn’t a problem for us, we made most of our meals in our kitchen.

The flat was beautiful, spacious, and even better than the photos! A very modern interior and two beautiful garden spaces, one for relaxing and one for the hot tub. The outside shower had hot water and very convenient for the hot tub. Air conditioning in every room and well equipped kitchen and bathroom. We were able to find a regular parking spot a few streets away, and everything was mostly walkable anyway. Would highly recommend and wish we could’ve stayed longer :)

This is a lovely place within a minute's walk from the beautiful beach of Poetto. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds very comfortable. The bathroom is excellent. There is a even a large, sunny private courtyard type terrace. The apartment feels like a house and has its own entrance. Parking is free in the area and it is generally easy to find a space. The price is also very reasonable compared to other properties in the area. Marco is a very responsive host and I would definitely return.

Giulio è stato sempre presente dura te tutto il soggiorno per risolvere qualsiasi problema. Stanza bellissima e pulita, zona ottima e centrale, perfetta per spostarsi anche a piedi.

Amazing stay, the apartment was big, bright and with a massive terrace with a view of the whole city. The check in was flawless and the support from Edoardo was exceptional. Location was super prime. Highly recommended!
