Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Simi Valley

Leslie's house is spacious and clean. It's uncluttered. I love that there are plenty of towels. I really appreciate Leslie getting the carpet cleaned before our arrival since my daughter has severe allergies to pets/danders/dust and the house does allow pets. It's perfectly located 2 minutes away from Quail Ranch where the wedding was. For other activities such as brunch or lunch or dinner, there's about a 20 minutes' drive to Westlake Village to find plenty of nice restaurants. There were 6 of us with 2 bathrooms. So that was a little challenging, but everything worked out. We all enjoyed the stay. Thank you Leslie.

One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in. Very comfortable. Great living space. Comfortable bed. Nice linens and towels. Kureig with coffee, including decaf!! A small basket of snacks. They had it stocked with everything I needed. Decorated very nicely. Super quiet neighborhood.

Extremely cozy space but still so spacious - was a genuinely wonderful stay here and I would absolutely book again🙏🏼 had every basic necessary + quality amenities that made it truly feel like a home away from home. Thank you Eiman!!!

We stayed at John's listing for a wedding and the house easily fit everyone. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms meant everyone had their own space. The three outdoor seating areas provided multiple ways to relax and enjoy the weather. The inside had six areas where people could relax and either enjoy each others company in comfort or have a place for peace and quiet. We would love to stay again and highly recommend for any large family.

Magdas Home was very comfortable for our clients. IT was clean and They loved the pool and the comfy beds. I recommend this home.

The place was nice. It was spacious and comfortable. My wife and I flew from NC. My son and his wife flew from Oregon. We enjoyed the stay.

It was a warm short stay at Ben's house. A really new house with new and clean facilities. The natural light in the house is really good during the day. Thanks for the welcoming snacks and wine! Ben and Annie are very helpful and kind.

Great stay! Well decorated, clean, and conveniently located walking-distance to everything we needed. A bidet is always a huge plus in my book. Would stay again and highly recommend.

Jason is an amazing host. He is very responsive and helpful. The cute place has everything you need for either a short term or a long term stay. It’s quiet but it has a lot of restaurants and stores within walking distance. Definitely will come back next time we visit Thousand Oaks.

The house is really nice and cozy. Easy to access. Kitchen has all the required utensils and other cookware.

My second stay here, I had a longer term stays about weeks each time. I returned because of the peace I found in the space and because Joseph and Saeideh were thoughtful and very responsive hosts. The perks for me were the outdoor Balcony, the privacy and the YMCA which I joined for the pool and gym for a very reasonable price ( Spring Sale). Loved how the house was tucked back from the street. Great natural light, beautiful little garden and trees, I was able to get some nice cross drafts with the windows open, but the Central air conditioning was powerful and quiet- On some nights, I used the ceiling fans. Appreciated the extra bedroom to have a lounge area. Overall, this place was thoughtfully laid out with no extra stuff and a small work desk came in handy for zoom calls. I walked the neighborhood - loved the vibe, lots of old trees, cactus, safe for walking day or night met neighbors on my strolls. Only downside was no laundry in unit for a longer stay- But laundromats near by.

Julia is an incredible host. From the time we booked her home, she was very hospitable and did everything to make our stay comfortable. I highly recommend her place to anyone wanting to visit LA. The apartment is in a resort-style complex with a great pool and gym; the location was perfect for us. Thanks, Julia, for making our stay memorable.

Nice place. Quiet. I had no issues getting in. The bathroom was clean. Kitchen was clean. They had a steamer for my clothes which was nice as well.

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

Pari’s place is bigger than it appears in the photos- really nice space. Modern and comfortable, fully outfitted kitchen, and plenty of towels/amenities. Contrary to other reviewers, I didn’t find the parking to be tough. I rented an SUV and just backed into the space without a problem - I can see how it would be tough for someone if they headed in- just do a three point turn up front and you’ll be fine :) One last comment- the location can’t be beat! Walking distance to so much (including one of my favorite restaurants, Green Street). And less than 15 minutes to Occidental College, where I was attending events. Great stay. Thanks Pari!

Booked for the rooftop pool view and it did not disappoint. The parking spot was a nice bonus. The unit itself was nice. Comfy bed, big tv, very clean. As others mentioned, it’s very bright; bring an eye mask if you don’t want to be up with the sunrise.

We stayed in suite 7, and it was STUNNING. It was so worth the price we paid to stay there. Everything was clean, and the hosts are so quick with responses! They were amazing to work with, we will be coming back!

Me and my mom stayed for 4days at Anita’s place and I would 100% recommend it! It had everything I needed and more. Everything was beautiful and it had a big shower! We walked to Venice beach and coffee shops and stores! It is beautiful and close to a lot of things.

Shant's place was great for my 2 night stay in LA. It was clean, convenient and having a dedicated parking spot made things easy. Shant was also very communicative, quick to respond and provided great instructions prior and during the stay. I would definitely stay here in the future. Thanks, Shant!

Amazing location with great amenties, we used the pool and theatre room. Definitley reccomend staying here for a family vacation
