This property is the best holiday house I have ever been into in Australia. Top notched, meticulous design, warm and high end house.

My family and I had an amazing time at this place! The location is incredibly convenient, with everything you need close by. The amenities are top-notch, including both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a tennis court, a restaurant, and much more. We enjoyed every moment of our stay and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great vacation spot.

beautiful house for perfect family getaway. kids loved pool/theatre room. adults loved sauna. fireplace nice and homely with lots of wood supplied. short drive to shops/restaurants. would definitely return.

The accommodation was a perfect size. Main bedroom is great, large with its own bathroom and enclosed outside area. Shared bedrooms maybe a bit small but they're just for sleeping anyway. Plenty of living space, an extra area for kids. Lots of toys and games and a billiard table. The swim spa wasn't heating for us but Chris the host did warn us due to unforeseen circumstances and offered a refund if we wished to cancel. Very close to a beautiful enclosed beach, not very busy and good for swimming. Far enough away from 5he bustle of Cowes centre but close enough to walk or drive in for supplies. Chris was very prompt in replying. Overall, a very good experience and I recommend this accommodation for groups or families. Thank you Chris for offering your place.

Harry’s house was a fabulous place for our family retreat, the house is well laid out and plenty of variety with pool , spa and tennis courts to keep our grandchildren entertained. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

Downstairs is luxurious and spacious. Upstairs has expansive views and water glimpses. Upstairs bathrooms a bit dated, but very functional. A great setup for our party of 8 across 3 generations

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Balnarring. The house is stunning - surrounded by beautiful gardens and scenery and the interior design is amazing! We had a few infants and a toddler and the house was well equipped for our needs. We especially loved the animals and the home-grown preserved food!

We had a wonderful stay at Debbie’s place. Located on the hills of Mount Martha, near the road running along Mornington Peninsula. It is a short drive to many amenities such as restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. The heated pool (38 degrees) on the top floor, next to the main living area was the highlight. Our entire family was soaked in the heated pool overlooking Safety beach and Arthur’s Seat during the winter weather. Perfect. We were just surprised to see there was some renovation work ongoing at the car porch and lift area, but there was no work or disturbance to our stay, so it did not interfere with our experience.

I had such a wonderful time at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described – clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect during my stay.

Such a great little cottage super close to the beach. We had an extremely relaxing time.

Probably one of the best places we have ever stayed in. perfect to chill and unwind. Amazing secure area for the 2 small dogs and heaps for them to explore. inside was fantastic and had everything we needed. Couches and beds are comfy. Bathroom clean. Had a fabulous family Easter getaway at Alison’s house. The house is just lovely, beautifully appointed with lots of space and with everything a family of 6 adults and 2 kids could want for a relaxing weekend. The location is in a quiet court, just a short walk to the beach and local cafe and a short drive or bike ride in to Cowes. Alison responds very quickly and was very flexible with check in, giving clear instructions of how to enter the house. I would thoroughly recommend Alison’s house to anyone wanting a quiet, relaxing stay near the beach.

This place is absolutely amazing. If you’re planning a stay on Phillip Island, I highly recommend booking this beautiful home away from home. It has everything you could possibly need for a fantastic getaway. The location is perfect and the house itself is spacious, comfortable, clean and thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials. We especially appreciated the use of the kayaks — they made for such a fun and memorable afternoon out on the water. If I return to Phillip Island, I wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again. Me and my friends had a great stay at Victors place! It was super cosy and had everything we needed. We stayed in most of the time and cooked / ate together which we enjoyed a lot. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean and tidy. Overall would highly recommend!

Sarah's home is just...awesome! Stylish, clean, comfortable. Plenty of room for the seven of us, inside and outside. The fireplace and fire pit were greatly appreciated and so was the turn table with great records (it gave us the opportunity to pay an homage to Brian Wilson). Location is good, about 5 minutes walk from the beach, 900m from supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. Really a great find, one of the best Airbnb I stayed in, I definitely recommend Sarah's Casa Malese.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Amarela Haus. It was beautifully decorated and had such a calming vibe. We felt instantly relaxed and at home in the space. We will definitely be back with more of the family and friends! Thank you for a wonderful weekend away 🤍

Our first family holiday to Phillip Island was made that much more comfortable staying in such a homely accommodation! everything was clean, cosy and easily accessible. Amanda was so lovely and helpful, very responsive and kind. thank you for offering such a wonderful place to stay, it definitely felt like home away from home and will definitely be returning on our next visit!

We had a fantastic weekend here, place was stunning and felt so luxurious and comfortable. We absolutely loved our stay and were sad to leave. Aura was a lovely host, extremely helpful recommendations and easy check in instructions!

Had a really lovely stay here, definitely wish it was for more than two nights. Only 7 minute drive to Cowes main town with plenty to do on the island. Our absolute favourite thing was the view & spa. Was sadly no cow’s though like photos When we did arrive, there was a very unpleasant smell which I can only assume was septic tank. We had to air out of the whole house so eventually did go away, but maybe that needs be looked into. Couches are a bit outdated and house could have also done with a portable speaker. Other than that though, was really lovely & would definitely take the family there again ☺️

Lynette’s place is wonderful. So many unique touches. Walking distance to the shops, restaurants and beach! She had everything we could have needed and more. Kids books, toys, cot, bikes and heaps of outdoor games for them. It was such a special place and one we hope to return to someday.

Hi Deb! Today we left your wonderful house unfortunately after 6 weeks. We had a phantastic time and didn’t want to leave… We got in contact with so many nice people in Surf Church and Baptist Church. The Catholic School was also wonderful for our son. We loved Surfing at Smiths Beach, hiking at Pyramid Rocks, swimming at the Beach at your House with the black swans, Jogging at Silverleaves and writing a Book on the terrace of your House with the Most wonderful panoramic view ever!!! How can I now live without it?
