Just stayed this weekend!! it was 4 of us staying and spacious and accommodating for all of us!! 100% recommend, hosts were absolutely amazing!! Beautiful space and great if you have a pet!! We definitely want to stay here again!

It’s one of the best home you can stay and don’t regret paying your money. The house has everything you thinking of.

Zena's "Sunhouse" was just what we needed for a quick visit with our kids and grandkids nearby!

I can truly say that our stay at Callie’s place was 5 stars ! We are in the area due to hurricane Helene making our home in Asheville, NC uninhabitable for the time being. Our extended family lives in the area and we were able to find a pre school to take our kids temporarily. I was afraid this airbnb was too good to be true, but it was not. The location was perfect, and felt very safe. The host communicated well and made everything seamless for us. We truly felt right at home. The master bed was super comfy, which is rare to find on Airbnb (in my experience) and the house felt truly clean, like I didn’t have to go through and wipe things down and change to my own sheets, etc. (like I often do when I travel as a mom of small kids). We felt completely at home here, and honestly, we already miss it very much! It was truly perfect for our family with a 2 and 4 year old as well as a dog. I would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

The apartment downstairs was a little bit of a surprise. Maybe I didn’t read the description all the way, but the basement apartment should be a little more visible in the description of the place. Other than that. It’s perfect!

Rolando is a great host-very friendly and responsive. We had several very nice conversations and were quite impressed with his garden. The apartment was quiet and very well furnished. The location is perfect--although the street is very quiet, it is walkable to Wheaton Mall (including a Costco and Giant supermarket), a huge variety of ethnic restaurants, and the Wheaton Metro Station. All in all, I highly recommend a stay.

It's a great cozy place to stay as it says. The place is very close to the busline, which can take you to the train for the city. Howevr, I have 2 minor things: the path from street to the place where you stay is not ideal, requires climbing down the stones placed on the slope. Also, if you are a tall person, your knees might touch the bathroom cabinet while using the toilet.

My family and I stayed for a week, we were comfortable and it felt just like home. We met our host who was very kind and helpful too. I definitely recommend staying here.

This is a great place to stay and tour the DC Metro area - provided you have a car. Most days it would take us 30 minutes to get to and from DC though if we hit rush-hour, it was as long as an hour. The space is tidy and great. My kids love the pool, though it was a little cold for me-they swam there every night. Jennifer is great to communicate if you have any needs she gets stuff done right away. Note that there is only one bathroom, which can be a pain if you have a full house of six people. The washer and dryer are small so it will take you longer if you’re used to a full size. She had all the cooking methods and appliances available. The theater room has Netflix and Amazon prime ready for you to watch a show. There is even a popcorn maker. We did not use the gym, but it was nice - comparable to a small hotel gym. Property is in the owner’s basement, so there is some sound from upstairs as identified in the listing. Host stays out of your way but is there if you need anything.

Erin’s place is the cleanest Airbnb I’ve stayed at. The shower is huge and the water pressure is better than what I have at home. There’s plenty of room for luggage, and she supplies everything you would need for a nice little getaway. I’ll be booking through Erin every time I’m visiting Virginia.

This was the perfect home base to explore DC! Julia was kind, thoughtful, and helpful with her recommendations for restaurants and things available in the apartment. The neighborhood was safe and walkable and parking was easy. We will definitely be back!

Chris’s places was wonderful! It felt so cozy because everything is well thought. The studio has a living area with a lot for entertainment such as a TV, books and games. I personally loved the bathroom as a girl who likes getting my makeup and her done I found everything to be very accommodating. In terms of the location it was perfect giving that we rented a car and its close to a bus station but it might be a bit of a walk to get to the nearest metro station. We would definitely come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this adorable garden level brownstone unit. It was super clean and had everything we needed for a great stay. The kitchen was well stocked and the whole place had lots of thoughtful touches. It was very close to bus stops and easy to catch a ride-share. A few grocery stores were within 10 minutes walking distance. The street was clean, safe, and felt like a little private area in the middle of the big city. Also, it was a 3 minute walk to a parking garage, for those who are bringing a car. I would definitely stay here again!

The place has all the amenities like cooking, great shower, has a washing machine and dryer. Has netflix access so you wont bored. Easy access to highways. The neighborhood is very quiet and felt safe. We have a great time staying in this place.

Marie was a kind host. The house is quiet, has a beautiful garden and is well situated. Downtown Bethesda is a nice walk or a short bus ride for these who don't like walking. The suite has well lit spaces to read or work! The kitchen oven can be convection or microwave! Thank you, Marie, for saving your guests from microwave food!

For our visit to Maryland, we wanted a place that's clean, safe, quiet and relatively affordable, knowing we'd spend most of our time out and about and just come back to sleep, and Geetank's place was just that. First off, the entire driveway is reserved for guests' use. The kitchen and bathroom are both updated and clean. All the furniture is simple and functional. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, but also close to shops and restaurants. Geetank greeted us the moment we arrived. The next morning, when part of our family flew in on a red-eye flight and needed to catch up on sleep until noon, Greetank kept his upstairs noise to the minimum for the entire time and our family appreciate his extra effort. If we were to visit Maryland again, I wouldn't hesitate staying here again!

Quiet location. Nicely decorated. Abaad was very responsive. I enjoyed my stay.

Tucked in the heart of Bethesda with a quiet charm that somehow still feels central to everything, this stay was a gem. Getting around was a breeze—whether by foot, metro, or last-minute snack run to the 24/7 CVS or 7-Eleven. The apartment itself? Immaculate. Fully stocked with everything we could possibly need—and then some. The internet didn’t blink, the TV was streaming-ready (a blessing for our nightly Netflix ritual), and we barely had to buy a thing beyond food. Rodrigo was the kind of host you wish all hosts were—attentive, responsive, and refreshingly clear with every detail. Winston, the building manager, was also incredibly kind and helpful. Bonus points for the cozy terrace, which turned into our favorite nighttime hangout spot. All in all, one of the most exceptional Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. Would come back in a heartbeat—no hesitation, no second thoughts, just pure comfort.

I have stayed in this same building a few times, but this was my first time at Mark's as I needed a 2nd bedroom. It is a great location with very easy access to the metro (only about 15-20 minutes to DC) and great restaurants & grocery options. Mark's apartment is just as described. Very comfortable bed and great decor throughout. He was incredibly responsive and gave detailed instructions to get in the apartment and about how things work. I highly recommend his place!!

My friends and I had an amazing stay at George’s place. The location was perfect, we weren’t far at all from the attractions we wanted to see. The unit was very spacious, beautifully decorated, and very clean. My favorite area was the patio and my friends enjoyed the shower with the jets after a long day of traveling. I would definitely stay again and recommend highly to anyone visiting DC.

Great apartment! Sean’s apartment is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. It is completely quiet at night and the bed is good. There is a good vibe in the neighbourhood and the apartment is less than five minutes from a Green Line metro station that will take you directly to the best art museums in the city. Sean and his co-hosts are very helpful and responsive. I hope to come back to Washington one day and if that happens, I will definitely try to book Sean’s apartment again. My girlfriends and I were in Washington DC for National Police Week & were looking for a place close to the city but reasonably priced. We found Chris’s place. It had everything we needed. It was clean, modern, just as described & came with a book of recommendations. The area is nice & we felt safe. Great restaurants. The bus & train r walking distance. We learned how to use public transportation instead to taking our car to avoid traffic and parking fees. My bedroom window faced the street so I could hear the cars & people walk by but when I turned on the fan I didn’t hear anything. Also this is a Renovated basement & have upstairs neighbors & can hear them walking around so if u r looking for a super silent place then this isn’t the place for u. It didn’t bother us. It has a private entrance and it was super easy to find. Chris was so attentive & helped with whatever we needed. He was an awesome host!

We had the best time staying here for the week! It was easy to get around with the bus stops and the metro so close. It was also great to have a comfortable home to come back to after long sightseeing days! Cheri and Cliff were so helpful with any questions we had. We would definitely come back!

This listing is just as good as advertised, with a convenient location close to popular spots throughout the DMV area. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, and I appreciated the free on-site parking. The home was beautifully decorated and thoughtfully equipped with modern gadgets that made the stay even more comfortable.
