Olga's Place was simple to locate in a peaceful neighborhood with easy parking. The space was very clean, well supplied, and as advertised. Communication was positive and answered questions appropriately. I would stay there again.

Jan was a great host and the place is super comfortable. The location is great. I highly recommend staying here if you're out this way. A heads up to anyone booking, there is construction on University starting at the corner with the 7-11. If you're going East, be sure to be prepared for some treacherous potholes as of June 1st 2025. We discovered that if we were driving to DC that taking a right at that light and keep going straight, eventually the GPS will not have you backtrack.

This place was absolutely fantastic! The decor was beautifully done—stylish, welcoming, and full of thoughtful touches. It was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax and feel at home. The location was perfect, with great spots to walk around and explore nearby. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I would 100% stay here again. Five stars all the way around!

This stay was MAGICAL. Every day we’d open the windows and the whole apartment would echo with the sound of wind between the leaves of the trees, the chatter of birds, the rustle of nature’s life outside. It is a hidden gem. We chose Alison’s place because we hoped to rest and recharge… and more than that happened. We were rested, recharged and inspired. It was homely and comfortable it was difficult to leave! We didn’t have a car, but the area was walkable and the station/metro was close. And the best part - the kitchen! I’m a chef by profession and that kitchen had everything. This is above what I’ve ever experienced in an Airbnb. Alison was super responsive and even more kind. She was genuine with her recommendations of places to see.

Extremely clean & up to date apartment! Bed was absolutely comfortable! We found this to be a wonderful, quiet place to stay! Great to know, when you’ve been out dealing with the hustle, bustle of DC! Definitely would stay again! Thank you for sharing a wonderful space!

This place is magic, truly feel as if I got to escape to an oasis. The attention to detail in this expansive & light filled apartment is incredible, everything that you could need is there,; everything reflects her incredible consideration and compassion. The towels are soft, the bathroom mat is so plush I actually teared up, the space is simply & purposefully designed, the home is clean & well loved, & waking up in the treetops in bloom with all of the wonderful birds nearby is just magical. Sally is incredibly available, flexible, kind – & this place reflects her sense of beauty & wonderment, & I felt as if I was embraced the entire time. The neighborhood is beautiful, safe & friendly in addition to being serenely quiet & definitely walkable – stroll the beautiful streets to hear all of the whimsical windchimes dinging softly! Close to shops & cafes, beautiful Sligo Creek trail. Easiest check in & checkout; this review doesn’t do it justice. It’s wonderful & Sally is wonderful!

Safe economical place to stay while visiting Washington DC

Zorica's place was very welcoming! Clean, comfortable, lots of room to spread out and feel right at home. Many amenities to make your own meals including a microwave, coffee maker, water heater for tea and a hot plate, if needed. Bed was extremely comfortable! Dedicated sitting area, large table for meals or work area if needed. I would highly recommend and hope to stay again in the future!

Ed and Dolores were the best hosts. They were highly responsive and courteous. I’d highly recommend their property to any family of 3 traveling to DC. The place was very clean and tidy and the neighborhood was safe and beautiful as well.

Omq we had an amazing time at David’s place everything was so incredible. I would recommend if you are visiting DC, you won’t regret it at. I’m telling you i didn’t want to leave the place lol but love the space & the area safe location. Parking is great over there as well no problems at all, just loved everything about it thank you again David ☺️

Pretty comfortable, well equipped, clean and spacious apt. Enjoyed the natural light and surrandings --Rock Creek Park. Easy access and clear instructions were very helpfull. Thank you so such for such an easy, pleasant and friendly stay!

This place is so cozy and it’s only a 6 min drive to the train station. All the supermarkets are literally around the corner. Despite areas location it is super quiet despite the location it’s Super quiet. So if you wanted to drive to Washington DC, it’s only a 20 minute drive but my recommendation is the train because it took us everywhere for our trip and we didn’t have to use the car that much. But I would definitely most likely come here again and we recommend it to other people.

This was a very nice space in a nice neighborhood. It was my husband’s second time staying here and my first, we would both stay again. Very comfortable, great host, easy on street parking.

Completely satisfied with my stay! The location is close by many grocery stores and restaurants. Snacks and plenty of cookware is provided. Sergio was also very responsive and kind.

TODD’S is KING! We have been searching for our new home & have stayed in 2 of their buildings. TODDs’ customer service has been fast, reliable & friendly! TODD’s has made us feel relaxed & welcomed during our visits. Our cat feels at home here, too! He has been anxious in other Abnbs, so it’s a great benefit. Their units are clean & stocked with essentials — like bathroom, laundry & kitchen supplies. The bed is super comfy as is the living room couch. The TV is large & U can stream your favorite channels. They even supply a safe — for your valuables — and an ironing board & iron for that quick press! A big closet, too! We have very much appreciated TODD’S staff for many reasons. They WANT to help & they WANT their guests happy. They went out of their way to help us elongate our stay, when we realized we needed more time! They kindly juggled other reservations to ensure we could stay longer. Such a pleasant surprise & experience! We recommend TODD’s highly!

Our family of 3 had a great stay. The unit was clean, comfortable and spacious. The pool areas were well maintained. Local restaurants were good, water taxi and ferris wheel were fun! Easy Uber into DC to see the sites. Would recommend and stay here again. One note, if you don't have a car, you'll need to plan ahead if you want to have wine or alcohol in your room as that's not available within walking distance.

This is a great place to stay and tour the DC Metro area - provided you have a car. Most days it would take us 30 minutes to get to and from DC though if we hit rush-hour, it was as long as an hour. The space is tidy and great. My kids love the pool, though it was a little cold for me-they swam there every night. Jennifer is great to communicate if you have any needs she gets stuff done right away. Note that there is only one bathroom, which can be a pain if you have a full house of six people. The washer and dryer are small so it will take you longer if you’re used to a full size. She had all the cooking methods and appliances available. The theater room has Netflix and Amazon prime ready for you to watch a show. There is even a popcorn maker. We did not use the gym, but it was nice - comparable to a small hotel gym. Property is in the owner’s basement, so there is some sound from upstairs as identified in the listing. Host stays out of your way but is there if you need anything.

Kimberly's place will have you feeling right at home the second you walk in the door, and everything you could need is right across the street.

Great place in national harbor. kind and respectful host

My wife and I loved staying at Katie and Michael's! The place was super easy to find, everything was clean and comfortable, and they were extremely accommodating. They answered any questions we had and gave us several great recommendations for things to do near the area. The house is also conveniently located near DC and downtown Alexandria so restaurants, shops, and monuments were all within 15-20 minute driving distance. The only things worth mentioning is the laundry room connects both the upstairs and downstairs and the door can't be closed due to the dehumidifier. However, it never caused an issue. The only other thing is that you can hear their footsteps as well as their dog barking every once in awhile. But if you are like us and gone majority of the day, they seldom were up late in the evenings walking around. We also offered to meet their dog and I think that helped her not bark as much. We would 100% stay here again! PS. The hottub was fantastic and we never had any issues.

We loved staying at Hidden Gardens. It was very clean and Noris made it extra special with all her personal touches to make us feel very special. The garden out back is very relaxing and just beautiful. We loved sitting out there and enjoying all the beautiful flowers and greenery. Noris is an excellent host and amazing person. She made us feel special and we felt right at home. I can’t wait to go back. Noris is a “super-host”.
