Great location! The flat is very clean and well equipped.

Spectacular host. Very responsive, helpful, and friendly. The flat looks exactly like the photos, very lovely bright decor. The AC works great!!! Much needed with the hot weather. Pool was large and great communal space. While the beach is close by; access to the beach is definitely a trek as very steep stairs and elevator (we had a stroller so we noticed it, not an issue otherwise). Family friendly accommodation as they provided cot, baby bath, changing mat, and if needed can put a safety net on the balcony. Definitely recommended to stay!

It was very easy to get there as it was not far from the station. Very quiet area, very clean and cozy house as shown in photos. We had the pleasure of meeting Manuel, who was charming. We would repeat!!!

This place is a true gem, and so is alvaro. The apartment is spacious and gorgeous, much more beautiful than the pictures even. It was packed with food and everything you could possibly need. I have never seen such generosity from an apartment or an accommodation of any kind. Alvaro was considerate and very kind, he provided a dog bed and water for my dog, and he helped us check in early. The apartment is close to the beach and has a large terrace with a great view. Short distance from the train. Javier was very helpful with early check in and late check out.

fantastic villa. very spacious. everything very fully equipped. modern kitchen etc etc. The only thing you have to keep in mind as a tenant is that you can actually only leave the property by car because you are right on the road. So a walk from home is not really possible or you can walk on a highway.

We had an absolutely amazing holiday in a truly beautiful place! The house was perfect – cool, full of charm, and impeccably clean. The hosts were incredibly friendly, super communicative, and always ready to help with anything we needed. We felt so welcome and well taken care of. Ana and Antonio's welcome is very warm. Their little house is made with a lot of taste and care. Nothing is missing. For the arrival, do not rely on the GPS, as it is not precise enough for the road that serves them. It does not allow U-turns. very pleasant and relaxing stay.

We had a wonderful time and would love to come back in the future. Not all the beds were as comfortable as the ones in the main room, but apart from that we had a great Christmas time and the surroundings are as beautiful as it gets.

The house is perfect for disconnecting. We have been super comfortable, the environment is very quiet and the house has everything you need for a super comfortable stay. You can see the care in the details. Totally recommended, we would repeat without thinking!

Ana was a very friendly and warm host. We immediately felt comfortable. We could arrive early and already enter the pool and we were also allowed to check-out later. The kitchen was well equipped and she left breakfast and cooking supplies. She even hosted a wine tasting in the bodega inside the house for us. She responded quickly and showed us around the property with all the cute animals. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend coming here.

Good location and nice place in general

The host family was very welcoming, kind helpful. The apartment was perfect for our short time in Seville- the location was super close to grocery stores, restaurants and a short walk to the Plaza de Espana. We would definitely recommend staying here when you're visiting Seville.

From the first moment Maribel was attentive to our arrival, we came for a family trip and the apartment is very comfortable, it does not lack anything and the best thing is the location 3 minutes walk from the beach 100% recommended

Absolutely loved staying here for a week! The space was clean, had good airflow (and aircon for hot days), and a nice new modern design. The bed and pillows were super comfortable and made for really good sleeps at night. The terrace is incredible - it has everything you need to eat outside, sit in the sun, and the cold outside shower was a nice touch for when you want to cool down. The area is great - very local, there is a market nearby with fresh produce and food, a bakery for morning bread, lots of little tapas bars, and couple blocks away is a long avenue with lots of restaurants. It’s about 20-25 mins walk to the very centre, and there is also a nice running or walking route along the river. The host was great - easy to communicate with, and the flat was quiet and very comfortable. Would highly recommend as a place to unwind.

Great apartment at a great location. The apartment was spacious, very tidy and felt very comfortable in general. The host was extremely responsive and flexible throughout our whole stay. I would definitely recommend this apartment and would visit it again in the future!

Everything is the same as in the photos and in the description and it had everything you could need during the holidays in the Port. Well located. During our vacation there were some minor problems with the blinds and the lock, which Ernesto and Andrés solved right away. Thanks!
