Cosimo and his mother Francesca were so lovely to deal with. There were a lot of personal touches which really made the stay, such as homemade biscotti, homemade jam and bicycles that we could use. They were more than helpful with their recommendations for places to eat and the apartment itself was beautiful. The only thing we weren’t keen on was walking back at night. There were a lot of men loitering outside the nearby shops. But other than that we enjoyed our stay.

We were kindly received by the parents of Simone. The house was very nice and large with comfortable bed, dining table and couch. Lots to do. We had a nice dinner in the town in the evening. We visited San Gimignano, Volterra and the next day Siena. All only 30 min drive. Perfect stay.

Alessandro’s place is the real deal—a true penthouse! In the U.S., “penthouse” sometimes just means top floor, but here it means an apartment with two massive sliding glass doors that open onto a spacious private terrace. We spent afternoons soaking up the sun and evenings relaxing outside after dinner as Florence cooled down—it was perfect. The location is also super convenient, right next to a tram stop that's only three stops from the city center. We had a wonderful time in Florence and would absolutely stay here again!

The house is very brautiful, the gardens are amazing. We only stayed for two nights, but we had such a beautiful time there. There are a few garden spots to seat, realax, drink coffee or have breakfast. So beautiful. We had a realy nice stay. The owner was very kind, even offered us a coffe and let us stay an hour longer so we didn't need to hurry to check out in the morning. There are a lot of very beautiful spots near Torrinieri, so this was a perfect location for exploring Tuscany by car.

Excellent welcome from Cecilia, we were treated to a bottle of wine and a homemade pie! Cecilia is very available and accommodating. The apartment is spacious, clean and as advertised. We enjoyed the quiet and the garden just for us. Cecilia's recommendations for visits were also very useful to us so as not to miss out on very beautiful places.

Filippo's place is definitely one of the best Airbnb's to know the Toscana. Filippo, in the first place, was very flexible with the check-in hour, allowing us to make the check-in around 6 pm after we visited San Gimigniano and Certaldo. Filippo's apartment is strategically located if you want to visit San Gimignano/Certaldo/Siena (25 minutes away by car). And the rest of the beautiful towns of Tuscany as Montepulciano/Montalcino/Val D'Orcia/etc...are only 1 hour away by car. The surroundings of Poggibonsi are beautiful, and the town is really relaxed and full of excellent options to eat (eating information provided by Filippo). To resume, this place is outstanding and has everything you need to have a wonderful time under Tuscany's sun and landscapes. The apartment has a dishwasher, a clothes washing machine, and it's really big. If you want to visit Tuscany, this is definitely your place. Thank you, Filippo, for being a wonderful host.

Our host was proactive, communicating ahead of our stay and giving us clear instructions for check in. The location was perfect- right off the Campo with plenty to do all around. The apartment was clean and spacious but homey. We enjoyed use of the kitchen with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and several spices available. We loved our stay for our family of five.

We had a perfect break in Lorenza’s lovely house. It was extremely spacious and exceptionally clean. The garden is beautiful and well maintained with lots of areas to sit in and enjoy the peaceful environment. Our dogs loved their walks in the woods nearby and they enjoyed meeting all the feline residents! Lorenza and her husband are a lovely friendly couple who have put a lot of thought into ensuring their guests have a great holiday.

Beautiful home near all the attractions! Close enough to walk, far enough away from the hustle and bustle. The jasmine plant made the courtyard smell so beautiful! Giulia was a fantastic hostess, friendly and helpful. A true pleasure!

Lucrezia is a great and accommodating host. Particularly noteworthy is the terrace and the garden of the property.

A wonderful peaceful place in Tuscany. Spent most of our evenings out on the balcony, admiring the beautiful view. Home was well appointed and comfortable inside, and the host was very responsive to any questions or issues. Radda was also lovely, with good food, wine and a local tap room with interesting options! Would strongly recommend a stay here.

Barbara and Cristiano and their son were very friendly, attentive and helpful hosts. Their house is a haven of peace in the middle of a beautiful nature, a relaxing and beneficial calm. It's a pleasure to return there after a day of sightseeing. Thank you for your help with the path, the luggage and your kindness!

Norma was an absolute treasure, and her home and family were lovely. The property sits overlooking a lovely castle and a beautiful church with great views on the other side. The property has a great pool with plenty of privacy or interaction with the family, I only wish I spoke more Italian to be able to sit and chat with her lovely in-laws! Norma offered great recommendations for day trips, and overall the local area was great to explore. My only advice would be the usual: rent a smaller car to make life easier! Sitting on the patio overlooking the castle, with a glass of wine, is a memory we will never forget, and is highly recommended. Whether during the day or after the sun has gone down and the fireflies comes out (weather permitting) it's a Tuscan treat you won't want to miss. We truly felt like a part of the family and would love to return to her home the next time we come back. Truly a wonderful experience!

We loved our stay in Pietro’s beautiful, unique and historical place. The house is charming, well-equipped and spacious, the scenery and view are stunning, and the peace of the mountains is soothing. The drive up the mountains is an experience too! Communication with Pietro was easy, fast and kind.

We loved our stay. The host was amazing, and the house had everything we needed. The internet was very fast and supported my work requirements back in the USA. Room it's just like the pictures, checkin was really good, Lorenzo send all the details in advance. if you arrive to Firenze Santa María Novella you have to walk arround 15 minutes to the appartment. Quiet zone perfect to rest.

The apartment was great and met all my expectations! It was very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect — close to the city center and just a short walk from charming streets ideal for walking and exploring. The host provided all the information we needed, which made our stay smooth and easy. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again.

We had a lovely stay at Federico’s apartment. It was larger than the pictures, and we felt so comfortable in the apartment. It had everything needed for a family, a large living room, utensils to cook meals at home, and the neighborhood is very safe. You can walk about 15-20 minutes to the city center, or easily call a taxi. Thank you Federico for letting us stay at your beautiful apartment!

Benedetta is an amazing and gracious host, the property was easy to locate and the room was beautiful, absolutely amazing Tuscan style with beautiful views and a private pool. She also recommended us a restaurant for dinner and that was one of the beat meals we had in Italy! 100% recommend

Anna was a fantastic host, who treated us with the upmost respect and kindness. While her place is a bit difficult to find at first, once you're there, you're in one of the most beautiful scenes we've seen during our time in Italy. Also, it was close enough that we were still early able to travel into Florence each day we were there. Anna was so nice in providing us with breakfast each morning, which included apricot jam from her fruit trees and homemade bread. We would recommend this spot for anyone looking for a quiet place to stay outside of the busy city.

The stay was great! The apartment is very complete and you can see the care that Federica has with the guests for every detail of the space. The bathroom is very small, in fact, but it was not something that bothered us. The location is also good, it is in front of McDonald's and very close to a great pizzeria. It is very easy to get around the city, as there is a bus stop a few meters away, with at least 3 options of lines that lead to the center. If you are going to San Gimignano and Siena, the location is also very convenient, since at the same stop you can take the extra urban bus. If we have the opportunity to return to Florence, we will certainly consider Federica's apartment.

Francesca is a present and delicious guest as well as her apartment: fresh flowers upon our arrival, small attention and great availability. In short, everything is perfect for those who want to get away and immerse themselves in nature!

Lovely stay in Tuscany! Patrizia had started a warming fire going for us in the fireplace upon arrival, as the weather was chilly and rainy. The house was very cozy, artistically decorated, and well appointed -- it made us feel very much at home away from home. Gorgeous views of Tuscany from the bedroom windows, and a well cared for garden which had lemons, rosemary, basil and many flowering plants. Patrizia was the absolute best hostess and provided for all our needs during our stay. There was plenty of room for everybody in the house, and there was even a lovely little kitchen which was fully stocked (salt, pepper, spices, coffee, milk, and more!). Note there is not an oven, but we were able to cook breakfast every day, and even a few dinner meals for our small group in the mini kitchen (there is a mini fridge which fit a lot of perishable food for its size!, and a small induction stove top).
