Holiday rentals with breakfast in Siena

I immediately fell under the spell of the charming flowery facade decorated with a whole bunch of little curiosities☺️. I also loved the romantic room with the wrought iron bed and the classic-style wardrobe. Lovely! And Déborah is very available. Thanks to her.

Great accommodation a few steps from Porta Romana, which gives access to the walled city. From this apartment, you can reach the Piazza del Campo (neuralgic city center) in just 15 minutes by walking. It was clean and faithful to the announcement. Moreover, it has a charming and generous private garden with excellent panoramic views, which is very pleasant for having breakfast and meals and makes this accommodation a perfect option for a several days stay in the city. The hosts had nice details with us such as leaving supplies for a complete breakfast throughout the duration of our stay (milk, coffee, bread, biscuits, cereals...). It is also possible to park for free in the nearby (sometimes is needed to search for some minutes until finding place, specially on weekend nights, but most times you will finally find a place and in the worst case there is a blue zone in Porta Romana). We definitely recommend this accommodation!

We loved our one night stay here. Riccardo was a great host! A perfect place to stay with everything we needed and the beds were super comfortable and so quiet. A fantastic small town to visit. Would definitely stay here again and recommend.

Lorenzo was an exceptional host. Very attentive, thoughtful, and full of great local recommendations. He checked in regularly to ensure we had everything we needed. If I could rate this place 15/10, I would! We had a rental car, and the location couldn’t have been better, just a 10-minute drive to everything, with convenient parking right in front of the house. Plus, the garden was absolutely stunning

Absolutely gorgeous property with country side view and a cozy outdoor area, plus two friendly black cats! Louise was the perfect host: friendly, generous, attentive, she even offered to help us out when we had a setback that was totally unrelated to our stay at her property. Highly recommend to any traveller seeking an idyllic stay in the Tuscan countryside!

I don’t have the words to describe how beautiful this apartment on the hillside is. The apartment itself is nice and cosy and spacious, and the kitchen contains a little bottle of olive oil produced from their own olives. But it is the location, the gardens and the little farm and the view across the valley which can take your breath away. Sonia is happy and welcoming and patient. She showed us around the wine and olive farm and was always approachable when we contacted her. There are two guest apartments side by side, but it is quite private nonetheless. Note that you can hear sounds from the other apartment quite easily. I cannot recommend this enough! Would love to come back.

Norma was an absolute treasure, and her home and family were lovely. The property sits overlooking a lovely castle and a beautiful church with great views on the other side. The property has a great pool with plenty of privacy or interaction with the family, I only wish I spoke more Italian to be able to sit and chat with her lovely in-laws! Norma offered great recommendations for day trips, and overall the local area was great to explore. My only advice would be the usual: rent a smaller car to make life easier! Sitting on the patio overlooking the castle, with a glass of wine, is a memory we will never forget, and is highly recommended. Whether during the day or after the sun has gone down and the fireflies comes out (weather permitting) it's a Tuscan treat you won't want to miss. We truly felt like a part of the family and would love to return to her home the next time we come back. Truly a wonderful experience!

Simonetta made us feel truly at home—like a home away from home. Her place radiates peace and tranquility, offering a beautiful view of the countryside while being just a short and convenient train ride from Florence. The setting is perfect for relaxing and unwinding, yet close enough to explore the city with ease. My wife and I enjoyed every moment of our stay and would return without hesitation.

Anna was one of the kindest hosts we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She picked us up from the free parking lot so we wouldn’t have to walk uphill with our bags, helped us to the apartment, and provided recommendations for local activities and restaurants. The apartment itself was spotless and had the most beautiful view of the valley below. It is right down the street from the main piazza and was steps away from great restaurants. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Lovely place. Convenient location to walk to everything

I had a happy time in a house that looked like it was in a movie in a beautiful natural environment. I think I'll keep my time in Kian Tti as a good memory thanks to the kind and friendly host who responds so quickly. It was a little difficult at first for the city girls who were new to the road to the accommodation, but it wasn't difficult when they got used to it. It's perfect for watching the sunrise and sunset. I left today, but I want to go again.

Filippo's place is definitely one of the best Airbnb's to know the Toscana. Filippo, in the first place, was very flexible with the check-in hour, allowing us to make the check-in around 6 pm after we visited San Gimigniano and Certaldo. Filippo's apartment is strategically located if you want to visit San Gimignano/Certaldo/Siena (25 minutes away by car). And the rest of the beautiful towns of Tuscany as Montepulciano/Montalcino/Val D'Orcia/etc...are only 1 hour away by car. The surroundings of Poggibonsi are beautiful, and the town is really relaxed and full of excellent options to eat (eating information provided by Filippo). To resume, this place is outstanding and has everything you need to have a wonderful time under Tuscany's sun and landscapes. The apartment has a dishwasher, a clothes washing machine, and it's really big. If you want to visit Tuscany, this is definitely your place. Thank you, Filippo, for being a wonderful host.

Our stay at Paolo’s was incredible! The apartment was perfectly appointed, so comfortable and absolutely spotless. The amenities are well thought out and has everything you need for a short or longer stay. We greatly appreciated how kind, helpful and responsive Paulo was and the location is just so peaceful and breathtaking! Highly recommend!

I was alone and stayed for seven nights and found it be a great place. Its location just near the Ponte Vecchio, yet in a quieter part of town, is ideal. There are several good restaurants within a few minutes walk. The main room, which is just big enough to accommodate a large bed, a sofa, a table for two and a credenza has large windows with views of the Arno to the Ponte Vecchio. The air-conditioner works very well. The bathroom and kitchen were clean and while I did not cook, I imagine that it would be serviceable for anyone who wishes to. All in all, Cosimo's place can be recommended.

Great place!! Great location: city with many restaurants and supermarket within 10 minutes' walk. Siena 30 min, Florence 1 h. The pool and outdoor area is very nice and quiet. We even had the pool to ourselves :) The landlords are very nice and helpful! The place is very clean. Unfortunately, only the bed was sagging.

We chose Casa Giulia because it is located a short distance from the beautiful villages of Tuscany (Volterra, Certaldo, San Gimignano, etc). We had a perfect stay in this house, which turned out to be a real haven of peace. Since our arrival we have been greeted by Franco with great kindness and helpfulness: everything was taken care of in detail, clean and ready to make us feel right at home! My husband and I had the most incredible stay at Francesca’s B&B! Not an exaggeration that this is the most beautiful place I have ever been. Historic and authentic, with modern updates. The rooftop terrace is absolutely breathtaking and a great spot to watch the sunset over the vineyards. There are several restaurants right next door to the b&b, Divino, osteria di passignano, and Scuderia, all are fantastic and the osteria has a well deserved Michelin star. Breakfast was served every morning where you have a table reserved for your stay. Francesca was very friendly and responsive if we needed anything at all. We will absolutely be back!!

This BnB is incredibly charming and beautiful. Though we were only in Siena for a day, we wish we could’ve spent more than a night here! The vintage feel is curated so well. Our suite had the bathroom outside our room which we originally thought may be an inconvenience but was not a problem at all! Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay at Serena’s! Beautiful location, fantastic views and a lovely host. Serena was very accommodating and we felt right at home (plus her dinners and breakfasts were delicious!). Would definitely love to come back!

Matteo was wonderful and his friends and family were welcoming and made me feel right at home. If I had any questions about where to go or what I should try to see, Matteo was quick to answer and even made calls to help me along the way. I highly recommend Matteo and his housing, you surely will have a fun time and good food!!

For us, it was the perfect place to stay! Maria is very hospitable and communicative. The Airbnb is really nice and the breakfast was perfect (also very great for vegetarians). We felt really comfortable. A big thank you and definitely to be recommended. Arrived by bus and walked from Volterra and found it great (but are also very athletic). There were great hiking trails in the area and generally it was really nice and quiet!

Teresa, Agustino, and Danieli were great. The home was gorgeous. The breakfasts were fantastic. The winery tour with Danieli was beyond memorable. If you get the opportunity to stay at this property, take it! We highly recommend.

From the moment we arrived we were welcomed by Dileta and made to feel right at home. I highly recommend staying here, particularly as a couple. The food available for breakfast and evening meal was amazing. The self service bar was a pleasant feature and the swimming pool was outstanding. Can’t say enough good things, and even when we had an issue with the A/C it was resolved promptly. A lovely family feel to the property and a what I really wished for visiting Tuscany.
