Great accommodation a few steps from Porta Romana, which gives access to the walled city. From this apartment, you can reach the Piazza del Campo (neuralgic city center) in just 15 minutes by walking. It was clean and faithful to the announcement. Moreover, it has a charming and generous private garden with excellent panoramic views, which is very pleasant for having breakfast and meals and makes this accommodation a perfect option for a several days stay in the city. The hosts had nice details with us such as leaving supplies for a complete breakfast throughout the duration of our stay (milk, coffee, bread, biscuits, cereals...). It is also possible to park for free in the nearby (sometimes is needed to search for some minutes until finding place, specially on weekend nights, but most times you will finally find a place and in the worst case there is a blue zone in Porta Romana). We definitely recommend this accommodation!

One of the best places we've ever stayed and he explained why: Monia and her daughter Giusy have been very kind, good hosts and respond quickly. We loved the place: perfect for disconnecting and spending time surrounded by nature in a large, clean and comfortable house. In addition, the house was very well stocked, especially the kitchen: they left us many things for breakfast and also for dinner, which was enough for more than one day without having to go shopping at the supermarket! As parents, we also really appreciate that our baby's crib was made of wood, with a mattress and everything, just like at home. It wasn't a travel crib, so it turned out to be super comfortable for our baby. They also had a changing table and high chair, which were great for us. We'll definitely do it again in the future!

My friends & I spent 5 days at Il Casone in May, and what a delight it was. The Villa is both isolated and a short drive to various levels of towns and shops, cafes, and restaurants as needed. And of course a well equipped kitchen to cater for yourself. We were met by Roberta, the hosts father, and had a wonderful introduction and tour of the garden, the history and stories of the house and area, eventually we were allowed inside! It was a great welcome and Roberto was a good help to us many times we had questions the Villa is nicely renovated, farmhouse style and has everything you need it is very clean and good for people, like me, who might have mobility issues as it is all on one level and has wall in showers. While there we did a full day tour of the Chianti region which was great. They picked us up at the Villa and we visited two places to taste and also had lunch - do this! We loved our rural Idyll and would recommend Matteo’s Villa enthusiastically! Thanks Matteo & Robert

Clara was responsive and helpful. She was there to meet us and help us with parking and walked us through the entire house. She was wonderful. The space was perfect with a wonderful patio. Totally would recommend.

I had a happy time in a house that looked like it was in a movie in a beautiful natural environment. I think I'll keep my time in Kian Tti as a good memory thanks to the kind and friendly host who responds so quickly. It was a little difficult at first for the city girls who were new to the road to the accommodation, but it wasn't difficult when they got used to it. It's perfect for watching the sunrise and sunset. I left today, but I want to go again.

Lovely place to stay! Conveniently located near Siena. As other reviews have stated, the road leading up to the property is very rocky and bumpy but no issues if in a sensible car. We were greeted at arrival, very welcoming and any issues were quickly responded to and resolved. Highly recommend staying here!

Filippo's place is definitely one of the best Airbnb's to know the Toscana. Filippo, in the first place, was very flexible with the check-in hour, allowing us to make the check-in around 6 pm after we visited San Gimigniano and Certaldo. Filippo's apartment is strategically located if you want to visit San Gimignano/Certaldo/Siena (25 minutes away by car). And the rest of the beautiful towns of Tuscany as Montepulciano/Montalcino/Val D'Orcia/etc...are only 1 hour away by car. The surroundings of Poggibonsi are beautiful, and the town is really relaxed and full of excellent options to eat (eating information provided by Filippo). To resume, this place is outstanding and has everything you need to have a wonderful time under Tuscany's sun and landscapes. The apartment has a dishwasher, a clothes washing machine, and it's really big. If you want to visit Tuscany, this is definitely your place. Thank you, Filippo, for being a wonderful host.

We stayed here for three nights. The location is great for visiting the historic center of Arezzo on foot and the area is really very quiet. Being the historic center, you have to park outside because of the ZTL (active at certain times and days) but in 5/10 minutes on foot there are parking areas. Great starting point also for visiting the surroundings, Val di Chiana and Val Tiberina.

This BnB is incredibly charming and beautiful. Though we were only in Siena for a day, we wish we could’ve spent more than a night here! The vintage feel is curated so well. Our suite had the bathroom outside our room which we originally thought may be an inconvenience but was not a problem at all! Highly recommend!

We were guests for two nights, at two different times a few days apart, during a couple's bike trip along the Eroica. The location is excellent, we have always and only reached the farmhouse by bike. In the evening, you can only hear the sounds of nature, which is truly regenerating. The 360° panorama is breathtaking, especially at sunset. The pool is fantastic, very clean, equipped with deck chairs and surrounded by a well-kept lawn. Everything here is authentic. It's wonderful to see how carefully and simply Serena and her family manage the place, respecting and enhancing the nature that surrounds them. It was a real pleasure to stay here, an oasis of peace that gave us moments of true relaxation. The pool, in particular, was a panacea after the intense days on the bike. Thanks for everything, Serena! We'll definitely be back!

We have enjoyed our weekend at Alessandra's place very much. The view from the balcony - where we used to have breakfast - was marvellous! Delicious breakfast and the coffee. The place is easy to reach from the centre by bus or on foot (about 20 minutes) and we enjoyed the calm surroundings (we have slept very well)! Communication with Alessandra was very easy and friendly and she made us feel very welcome. Thanks so much!

I arrived at 9:30 p.m. with my 6-year-old daughter and I immediately found the accommodation as per Andrea's directions, the road before the accommodation is a bit bumpy but my ten-year-old fiesta made it so everyone can do it:) The cottage is spacious and very clean enough to wander barefoot on the parquet, the fireplace is incredible it made me want to come back in winter to enjoy it lit! The only advice I can give, but only to improve the stay in the case of several days, is to replace the shower curtain with a box, which is more practical, but since I only stayed one night I did great! We stayed for seven days in this truly cozy and idyllic house. We lacked nothing. The room and bathroom were absolutely sufficient, as was the breakfast! The homemade brownies were especially delicious :) On two days, we dined at the restaurant, and it was incredibly tasty. All the staff were always very friendly and open to questions and requests. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet at this hotel. Since it’s not a large hotel, we mostly encountered other guests only in the mornings and evenings. We were able to fully enjoy this week and truly relax. We would definitely recommend the hotel and would love to come back. Thank you very much for the stay with you!

La Casetta Amore is one of my special places to return to whenever there is a beautiful occasion to celebrate. The apartment is lovely, and the welcome that Barbara and her team offer guests is the one usually reserved for friends. Kitchen well stocked with utensils for those who want to cook at home, fast internet connection if, like me, you also have to work, view of the main square of Bagno Vignoni truly magical. Excellent and abundant breakfast, served in the room across the square. Highly recommended.

This was our third stay in the stone cottage & we enjoyed it, as ever. It’s in the countryside, with an ever-changing landscape, very peaceful & beautifully maintained! During our week we watched the seedlings in the field next door grow taller, while exploring nearby hill towns. Don’t miss Radicofani! Somewhat nearer at hand is the restaurant La Dogana in Centeno & not-very-far is the Michelin-noted restaurant La Paralina in Trevinano.

Very good and nice accommodation with a great view from the kitchen - but a bit demanding stairs.
