This place is a jewel. The view from the balcony is wonderful - it is tempting to enjoy watching the harbor activity exclusively. But the short walk to the Riva and easy access to the commercial port facilities adds value. A grocery store is downstairs! Helena was very helpful with every question and particularly with guidance on places to see and means to get there in and around Split. Should we visit Split again, Helena's place will be first on our wish list.

We had an amazing time staying at Jere & Ivana’s home. Location was perfect in every way. Great access to shops, restaurants and a quick 15-20 minute walk to the ferry boats. The outdoor patio on the top floor was perfect for winding down after a long day of exploring Split. Very spacious bedrooms. Jere & Ivana were always quick to respond. We were very fortunate to have them share their home with us. The home is on the 3rd/4th floor so it may be a challenge for those who may be senior in age but we had no issue enjoying the residence. *Lidija’s house was wonderful!* A spacious, beautiful home, fully equipped with everything we needed, and with a cozy, welcoming atmosphere — plus a lovely balcony full of plants. There’s private parking next to the house. Although it’s a bit narrow, Lidija kindly helped us with our long car and it was totally fine. The location is perfect — just a 3 minute walk to the old town and about 5 minutes to the harbor. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot, and still, it was very quiet and private. Lidija was a fantastic host — warm, welcoming, helpful with anything we needed, and she went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. She even stocked the fridge with food and treats, which made us feel truly cared for. Highly recommended!

We very much enjoyed our stay! The apartment was larger than it appeared in the photos, was very clean and quiet. A fresh dip in the pool was very welcome after a day of NP Krka. Anita was also easily accessible herself and you could easily ask her for info and tips for the surroundings. If we come to Croatia again, we will definitely come back!

The apartment is in a perfect location, just a 2-minute walk to the beach promenade, restaurants, and a grocery store. It's also only a 5-minute walk to the boat that runs regularly between Okrug and the charming town of Trogir. Inside, the apartment is spotless, beautifully decorated, and very well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, and there's a Smart TV with good Wi-Fi coverage, so you can stream your own apps without any issues. The pool area is simply stunning—clean, relaxing, and a real highlight of our stay. If you're looking for top-quality accommodation with outstanding hosts and a central location in Okrug Gornji, we can warmly recommend this place. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. Its such a beautiful place. Jelena was very welcoming and informative. She gave great advice about restaurants, transport and trips. The apartment is over looking the sea and in a lovely quiet location. It was perfect for needs, I was able to cook a nice breakfast before heading out for the day. I would love to stay again very soon

Marijana & Domes apartment is very well located with a great view of the harbour and old town in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment was clean, very well equipped and extremely quiet. Communication and check in were excellent.

We can not recommend Majda’s place enough! It’s a true hidden gem. Majda and her family are such wonderful hosts and made us feel welcome right from the start. The place is perfectly located and offers incredible views from the balcony - we loved watching the sunsets. If you are thinking of booking a stay with Majda, wait no longer and just do it! We’ll definitely be back :)

The house is a little off the beaten path with a beautiful view of the sea. It is equipped with everything you need. Marijana was a very accommodating hostess. It was all fenced in, perfect for the dogs. The turtles in the back garden were a great highlight.

We had a lovely stay. The house is everything you need and the terrace is stunning. having breakfast under the beautiful tree was a dream. We were welcomed by Zinka and it was no problem that we arrived quite late. there was even some home made chocolate cake for us! Goran is very kind and answered very quickly. he also gave us some good information for things to see and we could even borrow his kayak and use things like the washing machine. Big plus: the sea just 50 meters away from the house makes for a great morning dip!

Wonderful stay right by the sea! We really enjoyed our stay in this house! We received a very warm welcome on arrival. We immediately felt welcome. Dado, the father of the family, greeted us with a culinary surprise and let us taste his incredibly good olive oil. The location is truly unique: right by the water, with a wonderful view from the balcony and from the house's separated terrace on the other side of the street. We always had breakfast and dinner there. A few steps lead directly down to the rocky jetty, from where you can swim in the crystal-clear sea. The bay of Stomorska is just a five-minute walk away. The village is really pretty, had a small well-stocked supermarket (with fresh bread/rolls) open in mid-April and a nice little cafe/bar. We really enjoyed our stay as a family, it was a great vacation for us in a very special location and with a very nice landlord. We can only warmly recommend the stay!

Sara was very responsive and helpful, the road access was a slight issue but this is something that cannot be helped. Sara sent a video of the roads which was extremely helpful. The house was tidy and clean and had all utensils needed, even some sharp knives! The added bonus was the heated pool which meant a few evening swims with beautiful views. The area was peaceful and quiet and I would 100% stay here again.

High feel-good factor, from the first minute you can quickly get down from the stress of everyday life. The pool is great and bigger than expected. The house is on a mountain, there are few neighbors nearby, yet you have your privacy and it's incredibly quiet! The sleeping areas can only be reached via an external staircase, are newly furnished, each room has its own modern bathroom. The place itself is small, but it has everything you need. The beaches are within walking distance. The mountain is easy to cope with (even with a stroller), if you don't do anything anyway and hardly move, it was a good change ;) The bay is beautiful and the beaches very quiet (end of August), just right if you want to enjoy the nature and tranquility. There are restaurants and the supermarket, a fruit stand, bakery. The ice cream shop directly on the beach recommended. Clear recommendation from us!!! Great communication with the owner, keep it up!

Marija and her husband are very pleasant and kind hosts who really made sure we had a nice time and felt at home. The accommodation is beautiful, the surroundings are very peaceful and quiet despite the fact that we were in the very center of Vodice. We are sorry that we could not stay longer, but we will definitely return at the first opportunity! Thank you for everything!❤️

We loved this apartment! Instructions from Jelena were clear and easy. It’s a stone throw away from the center, yet it’s in a quiet area at night. The bikes were handy to use also. There’s restaurants, garage parking, and grocery stores nearby. If we return to Split again, we’d look into here :)

We really enjoyed out stay at the apartment. Place was like in the pictures, even the weather was the same. :)

We got a very warm welcome. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. Everything worked. We didn’t need to contact Petra during our stay as everything was provided. The terrace was very private, spacious and with beautiful views day and night. The beach and shop are 3-5 minute walk away stocking most items. If you don’t have a car, we decided not to hire, use Uber, super cheap. The 42 bus seems to run only week days in the winter and stops at the shop, again very cheap. So glad we stayed here, would stay again.

The accommodation was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated, providing a cozy and comfortable retreat throughout our stay. josaphine and franka both went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and their prompt communication made the entire experience seamless.

Stayed here with 2 other friends and had an absolutely amazing time, the place was spotless upon entry and the hosts provided extensive information on how to get into the place and it’s amenities. They are super responsive and helpful with any thing you may need, will definitely stay here again. Split is beautiful and this place is in walking distance of everything we needed. 5/5 stars as we have literally no complaints. Thank you for making this part of our trip unforgettable!

This place is exactly what you are looking for when you go to Croatia. Close to the beach, bakery, restaurant, and at the same time no hustle and bustle. Your host is very kind, helpful, and easy to communicate with. High-quality apartments make an even better impression in person than in the photos. I think I'll be back in the next few years!

Great location, only a 15 to 20 min car journey to either Split or Trogir. Lovely home right next to the water. Perfect for a quiet getaway, but easy travel to some of the more touristy areas.

We really enjoyed our stay at the studio. The outside space was a fabulous bonus which we loved. The bed was super comfy, water in the bathroom was always hot and we had everything we needed in the property. Location is perfect. 10 minute walk to the centre yet set in a really peaceful spot. We definitely recommend the property as a great place to stay for a couple.
