Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt! Die Wohnung ist sehr schön mit tollem Balkon und großartiger Dachterasse. Die Lage ist perfekt wenn man fen Nationalpark Krka besuchen möchte, so wie wir. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft!

Nous avons passé 1 nuit dans ce charmant logement. Tres propre, calme mais très proche du centre historique. A environ 900m du ferry . Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la petite cour fleurie et les bons conseils de Mirjana ainsi que sa réactivité.

We had a great time at Milka's apartment. We were welcomed by Tomislab, who is a very friendly host. We were able to arrive 2 hours later, park the car in front of the house and by arrival Tomislab gave a quick tour around the apartment. The apartment itself is spacious, clean and fitted with a brand-new kitchen. It has two decent sized bedrooms, clean bathroom with nice shower and the very nice and large balcony/roof terrace (which is surrounded by fig trees) with a comfortable sofa. Two smaller balconies on either side of the house. The sea with pebble beach is only one minute walk from the house which is fantastic for an early morning swim or watching a beautiful sunset. When you enter the beach and walk a few minutes to the left you'll find a small bar, a pizza place and small 'harbours' where you can swim in the clear blue sea. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and visited cities like Zadar, Sibenik, Split, Krka & Plitvice National Park. Krka national park is only 30 minutes away.

Vielen Dank es hat wirklich sehr gut gefallen, insbesondere der Whirlpool auf der Dachterrasse mit Blick auf den kleinen Hafen und der Sonnenuntergang waren einfach traumhaft. Eine gelungene Auszeit.

Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt, genau wie vor 4 Jahren . Das Appartement ist wunderschön und sehr geräumig, beide Balkone sind auf der Sonnenseite, man kann so herrlich die Seele baumeln lassen. Strände , Restaurants , die kleinen Städte und Natur pur , alles zu Fuß erreichbar. So kann man das Auto auf dem von Jakov reservierten „eigenen „ Parkplatz gut stehen lassen. Auf eventuelle Fragen bekommt man unverzüglich Antwort . Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden und empfehlen Jakov und sein Appartement sehr gerne. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne, erholsame Zeit, danke

We had a great stay! Lovely little village if you are looking for a quieter place near to split this is perfekt! Everything we needed was there and also right beneath the water so we had a morning swim every morning that was great!! Mirka and her Husband are really lovely people who will help you with everything. We will definitely come back!

Tolle Terasse mit Blick Richtung Meer (aber auch zur Straßenseite), sauberes, großes Apartment und nur kurzer Fußweg zur Altstadt und zum Strand. Außerdem schön großer Privatparkplatz und super freundliche Gastgeberinnen :)

A beautiful apartment in a peaceful location. Everything is spotless and well maintained. Nick is so friendly and helpful including a lift to the supermarket on arrival. A good sized clean pool with comfortable sun loungers set in landscaped gardens which are loving tended. All the beds and chairs are comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The views are stunning - breakfast on the balcony watching dolphins out at sea. A top class apartment that we hope to revisit - thank you Nick and family for making us feel so welcome in your home.

The villa is fantastic and the local area is quiet but has enough restaurants and bars to keep you busy. Getting in and out of Split is easy and Uber is very good value (do not use local taxis). The standout feature of the property is the outside area including the views. It is easy to access the sea and beach, and the water is beautiful. The only potential to the villa is how it is split across two properties. This was not an issue for us at all, and for some people this may be a bonus, but worth noting.

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 9 Personen. die Lage ist traumhaf. sehr ruhig und man kann direkt von der Villa ins Meer. Das Haus war sehr sauber und hat so wie auf den Fotos ausgesehen. die Küche im Haus und auch die Aussenküche waren top ausgerüstet und hatten alles, was man braucht. der Grill und der Pizzaofen fanden wir super. das Haus ist etwas abseits gelegen. Restaurants hat es keine in der Nähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind aber genügend vorhanden und mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. das Haus ist perfekt für erholsame Ferien.

Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Esel sind zutraulich und niedlich. Das Restaurant bei der Unterkunft ist nur für Gäste und sehr gut. Marco war sehr flexibel und hat uns zwischendurch mit Snacks verwöhnt. Wir haben auch sehr gutes Olivenöl von ihm gekauft.

From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly welcoming and service-minded—truly wonderful hosts. The apartment is in a perfect location, just a 2-minute walk to the beach promenade, restaurants, and a grocery store. It's also only a 5-minute walk to the boat that runs regularly between Okrug and the charming town of Trogir. Inside, the apartment is spotless, beautifully decorated, and very well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, and there's a Smart TV with good Wi-Fi coverage, so you can stream your own apps without any issues. The pool area is simply stunning—clean, relaxing, and a real highlight of our stay. If you're looking for top-quality accommodation with outstanding hosts and a central location in Okrug Gornji, we can warmly recommend this place. Die Unterkunft entspricht genau der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Wir waren zu 6. dort und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Unten gab es eine "Schlafcouch", welche allerdings auch super bequem war. Alles war sauber und als kleine Aufmerksamkeit zur Begrüßung gab es auch eine Flasche Rotwein, eine Flasche Weißwein und einen Orangensaft. Die Gastgeber waren mega freundlich. Auf unsere Nachfrage, was man in der Gegend und auch etwas weiter weg unternehmen kann, wurden wir innerhalb kürzester Zeit über ALLES informiert - über jegliche Aktivitäten, gute Restaurants, Orte, die man sich anschauen sollte usw. . Bei weiteren Nachfragen wurde innerhalb kürzester Zeit geantwortet. Der Check-In und auch der Check-Out konnte individuell abgestimmt werden. Die Unterkunft können wir wärmstens empfehlen und würden diese auf jeden Fall erneut buchen!

I am a little lost for words on how to describe the magnificent property and our hosts. Wonderful people who went WAY beyond expectations to make us feel at home. This property is breathtaking!! I have travelled a lot of the world and there are few places that would rival this house. The decor, the layout, the rooftop pool, the balcony and the beach literally 15m away. One of the most spectacular views I have seen. But again… our hosts Stipe and Ivana a beautiful people and we hope to see them VERY soon ❤️

Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Zeit in dieser wirklich besonders schönen und bestens ausgestatteten Wohnung mit Blick auf das Meer. Morgens den Tag mit Kaffee auf der Terrasse begrüßt und da auch abends den Tag mit dem Blick auf die Skyline von Split beendet. Besser geht nicht... Lily und Jonathan sind sehr aufmerksame und um das Wohlbefinden der Gäste bemühte Gastgeber. Ganz lieben Dank für alles! 😊

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful appartement. The nearest beach is just down the main stairs at the end of the road, within two minutes by foot. This is also where the waterfront is located with plenty of bars, restaurants, supermarkets, boat rentals and other fun outdoor activities. Despite its central location, the apartment is very quiet and offers privacy. The views from the main balcony are stunning. The apartment was very clean and beautifully decorated. Tea and her parents, who live in the same building, were very helpful and communication was great. Would definitely recommend!

Marko and Odessa were perfect hosts! Their home is beautiful and just steps away from the sea! My husband and I enjoyed our time there very much and found it very restful. Marko was a fantastic communicator from the get go and had lots of local recommendations.

We had a wonderful stay – the apartment was absolutely beautiful and Branka had thought of everything we could possibly need. It was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and felt like a real home from home. The location couldn’t have been better, with the beach just a few steps from the door. Having the SUP boards available was such a luxury and made our time by the sea even more enjoyable. We also had lovely neighbours, which really added to the relaxed, friendly atmosphere. Words are not enough to describe how beautiful Fisherman's House Magda is. We were able to enjoy a wonderful break, far away from noise, stress and deadlines. Surrounded by nature and right by the sea. The Fisherman's House is furnished with so much attention to detail that you feel right at home. To top it all off, there is a breathtakingly beautiful garden and jetty right in front of the house. I will never forget the sunrises and sunsets. A wonderful place for anyone who wants to get away from everyday life.

Der Urlaub im Haus Leila war erstklassig. Das haus und der kleine Garten sind wunderschön, und Blitzsauber. Unsere erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Der Strand ist sehr gut fußläufig erreichbar innerhalb 5 Minuten. Die Gastgeberin ist gut erreichbar und sehr freundlich.

Die Wohnung war genau das, was wir für unseren Urlaub gesucht haben: eine wunderschöne Terrasse mit tollem Meerblick, ein kurzer Weg zum Meer. Die Wohnung ist von einem wunderschönen Garten umgeben und sehr ruhig gelegen. Nur wenige Schritte von der Wohnung entfernt ist eine tolle Einstiegsstelle zum Schwimmen, Schnorcheln, SUP... Wir haben hier einen wunderbaren und sehr entspannten Urlaub verbracht. Die Kommunikation mit Edi war super, er ist sehr hilfsbereit und hat immer schnell auf Anfragen reagiert.

Vi är så nöjda med detta boende på vår semester, vi hade en fantastisk resa och lgh hade ett bra läge och barnen älskade att bada i jacuzzin på kvällen! Rekomenderas starkt! Anita var kanon att ha att göra med!
