Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Shinnecock Hills

Nautical Cottage was a very comfortable house with a great outside area. We loved the fire area and the BBQ plus good comfortable outside furniture. Good location to explore the entire Hamptons area. Loved Cowfish and Rumba for delicious food. Bedrooms comfortable and sitting/dining/ kitchen a good size for relaxing and playing games (a great selection). Coffee machine fab! The perfect spot for a wonderful family getaway! Thank you!

This is an absolutely beautiful home. It felt warm and cozy from the minute we walked in. Marla was kind enough to let us check in early, which allowed us to get the most of our first day in the Hamptons. She responds very quickly when you reach out. The location was perfect. It is very close to so many things to do. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet. The house is beautifully decorated, very clean, plenty of room and has everything you need. I would highly recommend this home!

From the moment we booked, to the moment we left, John was quick to respond, extremely personable and honest. This was our first experience with an AirBNB. We sincerely hope all hosts are as accurate and honest. The house is a perfect getaway. A very quiet neighborhood with a back yard is tranquil. John and his partners truly thought of everything. Do not hesitate to rent this beauty.

We had a wonderful stay at Ellen’s place. The house was beautiful and well appointed with anything you could need - it made us feel right at home. The backyard was gorgeous and relaxing. We were traveling with a toddler and Ellen made sure we had everything you could need for a child. The house had lots of room and was extremely comfortable. The neighborhood was beautiful and it was a quick drive to plenty of things to do. We could not have been happier with our stay!

I booked Jennifer’s listing for a girl’s weekend getaway with my friends and she went above and beyond with her communication, recommendations, and hospitality. She was quick to answer any questions I had and her house was beautiful, remote, and peaceful. Even though we didn’t have the best weather, we still were able to enjoy the beautiful backyard and heated pool, and the house was spacious enough for all 8 of us to stay comfortably! This Home was Amazing!! Anastasia is Phenomenal, I could see why they are Super Hosts. Their home is Beautiful and very clean. It’s filled with amenities! all that are in the description. So much so we didn’t even get a chance to take advantage of them all. We were only there for two days. Next time it’ll be much longer. I love this place!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Clean, Comfortable, and Thoughtfully Prepared! We had a great stay! The place was spotless, quiet, and exactly what we needed for a few nights of good sleep and hot showers. It was clear that the host put thought into making guests feel welcome—there was a mini chocolate bar and a bottle of water waiting for each of us when we arrived, which was such a kind touch after a long day of travel. Check-in was smooth, the bed was comfortable, and everything worked perfectly. While we didn’t spend much time there beyond resting, it was the perfect place to recharge. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and cozy spot!

Nancy's place looked just as great as it does in the pictures. Very up to date, stylish, with all the comforts one needs. And looking out the large windows at the green backyard and fire-pit was spectacular, like it was from a home magazine. (Could not actually use the fire pit as it was rainy and cold to start, and then just chilly but I was too busy too). Nancy was extremely responsive to my questions and requests and even anticipated some I might have had. When I had trouble figuring out the locks when I first arrived she must have heard me struggling and was at my side after a few respectful minutes, much appreciated in the cold rain that day. Felt very comfortable and relaxed in the unit. The outside is very green with grass and forest and flowers; just walking around the neighborhood was therapeutic for me! Nancy also gave great guidance on local restaurants and shopping and it was excellent, just like being local. Thank you very much Nancy, a most relaxing and pleasant stay.

We really enjoyed staying here!!! The apartment was spotless and private. There is your own backyard with a fire pit and lights in the backyard that make it so serene. Plenty of closet space and drawers to put your clothes in. We felt so at home and it was so peaceful! There is a Keurig with really unique coffee flavors to try....The bed is very comfortable. This is definitely one of my favorite Airbnb's. I am so glad we found it. The hosts were available via text and made sure our stay was amazing. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Def an ideal place to getaway.

Perfect place for my husband and I, our twins and my dad to stay for a family wedding. Would love to come back and just explore the awesome area in the future!

Clare was a great host and gave many local recommendations right off the bat. She was very reachable when we needed something. Place was clean (very nice bathroom) but we did find a few bugs here and there (it's on the ground floor and we visited in summer) so would recommend bringing bug spray. Overall great stay.

Great apartment, great host, and good location to be based when visiting the Hamptons as well as restaurants in the area. Everything you need will be on the apartment. Definitely did not expect to have this so don't feel the need to overpacked.

Was exactly as advertised

I’ve been to numerous Airbnb homes before, but this home was by far THE most gorgeous and breathtaking experience I’ve ever encountered! The design, architecture, lighting, & functionality of the home felt so well intentioned! Every detail was well thought of and every nuance about the house appeared to have a meaningful purpose! The windows that allowed nature and sunlight to come in was purely art! I felt I was in a heavenly oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the city and a place I could escape and get away from with my partner! We didn’t want to leave! We would be beyond ecstatic to return in the near future! Thank you, Christine + James for being such gracious & accommodating hosts!

Tucked away in the greenery of Commack, this Airbnb was a perfect weekend escape for my family and me. It felt like a hidden gem—peaceful, quiet, and surrounded by nature. Waking up to all that green was such a refreshing change from the usual. The place itself was cozy and had everything we needed. It felt like a real retreat once the sun came up, though I’ll admit the first night arriving in the dark felt a little eerie—nature can be quiet in a spooky way! But by morning, it was nothing but charm. Only suggestion: it’s probably time to update the bedding in each room. The sheets and comforters felt a bit outdated. That said, it didn’t take away from how much we enjoyed our stay. Thank you !

We couldn’t be happier with how cozy and comfortable and clean this place was. Like a tiny home all to yourself. The backyard is absolutely lovely. Everything about this place seems like it’s a labor of love. Will definitely recommend to friends, and will definitely look to stay here for any and all future LI stays.
